I also have issues with my weight. Calling a doctor fat is inappropriate and I took personal offense to your comment. Moderators should exercise wiser judgement.

This forum has really gone downhill. I am not surprised far fewer people are posting. Moderators dominate discussions and force their opinions down our throats, slander all non-PMMA practitioners, and ban everyone not aligned with their special interests.

An over weight Dr who is treating patients for over weight problems will not get my respect nor my business if I am trying to loose weight, how can I trust what he is doing when he himself can\'t help himself?

Another question to ask the doctor would be why he takes a bizarre approach with forums like he did here:

Maybe he needs to take a more sensible approach to engaging message boards whose users are bright and informed individuals. It doesn\'t help that \"You are a hypocrite\" is violating Rule (R12.), similar to BigJunk & ICE_CREAM. I ask that you stop hiding behind a false IP if you wish to continue posting here. Are you sure you are posting from the Netherlands, or maybe Boca Raton, Florida?

Whoever you are (or whoever you guys are), you really need to stop generating all these new accounts and trying to trash this forum because our members & vets are willing to ask the tough questions. It\'s actually quite embarrassing. I sincerely hope Dr. Loria\'s clinic is not behind any of these recent postings, because that would be incredibly unprofessional.

What everybody is seeing (and has been seeing for the last few weeks) is a mass campaign blitz supporting doctor Loria\'s office (by shills). The proof is very clear, and instead of tucking their shill tails between their legs, they are continuing to set up new accounts and have started throwing tantrums.The reason PhalloBoards was created (in the first place) was to prevent shill activity (and any other shenanigans that go on in the big business of PE)from contaminating our site.Shills beware. The moderators and members on this site have been around the block and are determined to make any attempts at polluting our site with disingenuous information futile. I agree with what all my pe bro\'s are saying. I was very interested in dr. lorias procedure it had great benefits. (ie no leaving the country, having to feal w/ border patrol and passports) but however now things seem to be real shady. I dont know if the Dr. is involved with the suspicioud activity thats been going on but to me & a couple of others its putting a dark cloud over the doc and his procedure and making his practice seem untrustworthy and fraud.

On is website, Dr Loria says:

There are a few problems with this idea though. Sadly \"The American Academy of Facial and Plastic Surgeons\" doesn\'t actually exist. More bad news is that the \"American Academy of Phalloplasty Surgeons\" disbanded some years ago, so despite their website still being up, he wont be able to present to them either! The \"American Academy of Urological Surgeons\" is also going to prove a problem, as regrettably they don\'t exist either. However, the good news is that American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons does exist. Again though, as far as Dr Lorias presentation goes there is going to be a problem - he\'s not a member!

Listen, with all the suspicion of shilling & account deceit that\'s going on, it really troubles & saddens me to think that an American Medical Doctor would be involved in any sort of way.

It would have been advantageous & wise if Dr. Loria came clean with the forum. Either the Doctor himself or a representative of his clinic could have posted on the clinic\'s behalf. The forum rules allow for this if approved by the Administrator, which I would have had no problem doing after I verified the doctor\'s member account.

All he had to do was come clean and upfront with our forum. Questions could be answered, Before & After pics could be submitted, and healthy debate could ensue.

Instead, we are dealing with this fiasco. Shady tactics, shilling, and lack of transparency was & is completely unnecessary, and has done an incredible disservice to the field of Phalloplasty and a disservice to our forum members who are eager to learn about all the new and up & coming methods.

No need to hide behind Proxy IPs while using Disposable Email accounts any longer! End this nonsense, it does not befit a professional.

A damn shame really, since any & all new methods ought to be thoroughly examined. That being said, I continue to encourage discussion regarding any old or new techniques, including the use of Silikon 1000 for penile augmentation. Irrespective of what has transpired here, there are many members who would still like to learn about the effectiveness of alternative filler methods.
