I\'d be more inclined to believe that an \"apparent\" Flaccid length \"increase\" would occur. Due to a filler being inserted and providing what would basically be the equivalent of a \"stint\". Similar to a semi rigid, sleeve implant. Of course, you don\'t have to specifically differentiate between a Flaccid and Erect length increase. A length increase is a length increase when it comes to how you word things from a legal perspective....and when it comes to sales. The patient gained an Inch in Flaccid length, therefor the \"surgeon\" held up their end of the bargain per se.

I agree With Mustang on this one. After those pic of a guy with just a huge Dick, I knew this was bad news. Also the procedure has not been explained at all, so we are just suppose to take it on faith that he knows what he is doing? I think not. Dr.C has explained exactly what he does and exactly what is going into your junk. This whole thing sounds waaaaayy to good to be true. you mean not only can I get a thick penis, but I can put on 1.5 of length? wow!!!! I was going to pay another Dr. 5,000 to maybe get a Inch if i was good about streaching!!! what a joke. The only thing I have ever heard of even remotely increasing the length of the penis by injection is HGH and IGF. Oh also I am in Afghanistan right now and some websites are blocked over here due to various reasons. Such as, adult pornography Which sometimes happens to me when I try to pull up sites reguarding penis enlargement. which is understandable. When I tried to pull up Dr. Loria\'s site is was blocked as well. However, it was not blocked due to adult pornography, it was blocked due to online gambling. hmmmm something is really wrong here.

Hello Kcchief,

Silicone, Artefill, and similar products (such as PMMA) cause a very special reaction when delivered into the body in a micro-droplet form. But before we discuss what that ‘special’ reaction is, let us first discuss what a Micro-Droplet is. The definition of a \'Micro-Droplet\' varies, however, I will tell you that 1/100th of a CC or less - in my point of view- is a Micro-Droplet. A \'CC\' is a cubic Centimeter of volume - or, simply, equal to 20-drops of water in volume. A Micro-Droplet can be delivered in single doses...injecting each Micro-Droplet individually (meaning if I wanted to fill in someone\'s lips- to make them fuller- for example, I would inject 100 times delivering 100 Micro-Droplets of Silicone/Artefill or filler product.) or by another method described next. Another method of delivering the filler product in Micro-Droplets is taking the Filler, mixing it with Juvederm (or a similar product)...and by mixing it the Filler disperses in \'micro-droplets- within the Juvederm product. Think of taking a bag or marbles and mixing them into 5-gallons of Jell-O...the marbles with be distributed in the Jell-O. This is analogous to the Filler (or Marbles) being distributed into the Juvederm (or Jell-O). Now, if I inject this mixed solution, it is analogous to injecting hundreds of \'Micro-droplets\' with only ONE INJECTION and not by hundreds of injections. So, the Physician has a choice in his delivery methods. Now back to that ‘Special Reaction’...these types of Fillers cause a special reaction when delivered in a Micro-Droplet form into the body. When these very small droplets are injected – whether one Micro-Droplet at a time or in a mixed solution - the body attempts to first digest or ingest them...and when it cannot, the body then builds collagen around each droplet, attempting to ‘hide’ or ‘conceal’ this foreign substance. The specific term for this reaction is ‘Foreign Body Reaction’. The whole purpose of this reaction is to hide the ‘offending’ and ‘potentially dangerous’ substance – this is how the body ‘sees’ it and wants to protect you from it...so by surrounding it with collagen it, in essence, ‘entombs’ it and it is forgotten about....the body – or immune system - does not ‘see ‘ it anymore and considers it a non-threat. So, we can take advantage of this Foreign Body Reaction. If we introduce a Filler substance into the body and invoke this reaction, which results in collagen formation, we can build up tissues. For example, we can inject the Filler into the Facial Cheeks, Lips, Jaw Line, Hands, Penis, etc. etc., and the result?....an increase in collagen and thus and increase in the volume of tissue at those particular locations. Let’s look at the negative side....there is a small risk of injecting these types of Filler substances. What can result is Granuloma formation. A Granuloma is roughly defined as “...any small nodular encircled aggregation of mononuclear inflammatory cells, or a collection of modified macrophages resembling epithelial cells, usually surrounded by a rim of lymphocytes”. If the body has a difficult time surrounding the ‘foreign’ substance with collagen, these cells become hyper-reactive, being constantly stimulated by the substance, which causes this Granuloma - or a multiplication, enlargement, and accululation of certain immune cells of the body. Now, considering that the filler is delivered in a Micro-Droplet size, the body has a much easier time surrounding it with collagen. If one delivers these fillers in ANY OTHER WAY, SUCH AS INJECTING PURE FILLER (SILICONE, ARTEFILL ETC), THE RISK OF GRANULOMAS, MIGRATION OF MATERIAL, ETC., RISES EXPONENTIALLY. These fillers are actually DANGEROUS - in my opinion - if injected in pure form (ie – pure silicone, pure PMMA, etc). This information I am sharing with you is not well known in most medical circles. I hope this answered your questions. Dr. Loria

Could you explain the micro droplet procedure and how mixing it with other substances could affect it? Also what are the other substance it is mixed with? So we could research them as well to make a decision on your procedure.Thank you for your time here to answer questions.

Dr. Loria,
Thanks for answering my question. The

IF you are receiving such PM\'s then you need to report it to our moderators and they will make sure to do the right thing for the parties involved. You have that right and you should not give up so easy. If you are having a consultation with dr loria, then it will be to every one\'s advantage to consider posting your experience. Some how, for me at least, not posting will further the suspicion at hand.

Re Post #158...

How predictable! instead of truly answering Kcchief\'s question, seems like Google had a visit by your office.

PMMA on this site has tens if not hundreds of picture proof, and what do you do? you try to put down a well known procedure yet you continue to avoid answering ligit questions...PERFECT, Not many will visit you...

Ignoring giving answers to questions about your FAKE claims of 0.5\" to 1.5\" increase in length, FAKE penis pictures and the way this whole thing is poorly handled further cements that this procedure is either made up or EXTREMELY DANGEROUS....

@Fat Cat,

Good luck with your consultation and I think it will be very important for all of us here to know how your consultation went, I am always interested to know more and more about any new procedures in regard of PE either good or bad, and at the end I can decide if it is a good one or not, in my case I am interested only in EL and Glans enhancement and no more Girth, so please post it here, and if you don\'t mind I would like you to ask him my previous Q.s in this thread, please and also in regard of his future answer for only EL increase :- Is his future method will be by injecting e.g. a high conc. of PMMA ( i.e. >30% e.g. 40-45%) or any other product with a blunt cannula in between the Corpus Spongiousum and Corpus Cavernousum (it was done before by Dr.Sava by using a rib cartilage but he stopped this technique, his patients had upward curve Erection due to unstretchable neuro-vascular bandle) (it has a high risk but could it be done under any radiological-guidance e.g. U/S ??) or injecting it behind the cutting suspensory lig. to prevent retraction ??? (but he said his PE technique is without any surgery as far as I remember ??) of-course he will advise his patients to ware a type of penile extender holding the glans only and keep the penis stretched until the new hard collagen has formed ?? I would like to know his opinion about that ?Or does he have another technique ???

Thanks

@ Dr. Loria,

I am really interested to know more about your mixture and your technique and I think it is a great idea to have a new safe product and technique in PE and this is also important for all other members here to know about it, I am sure you do understand that you will get many questions about your mixture (it will be the same if you present it in a medical conference you will face many questions), as far as I know during a dermal filler injection (even with a temporary filler e.g. Restylane a doctor has to be very careful and to take the same precautions as for a permanent filler) deep into the tissues a doctor should use a back-and-forth technique or at least injecting the product during the withdrawal of the needle to avoid any risk of intra-vascular embolisation, but in your video you are injecting the product during the insertion of the needle, unless you are using a blunt cannula (but I thought the one shown in the video is too short for a cannula, I might be wrong ??).

The other 3 things I have noticed in the video :-

1- You are injecting the mixture too fast (esp. if it contains silicone ??).

2- Also in the video it is mentioned you use either Silikon or Artefill, I thought in your mixture it contains both of them and other substances :
penisenlargementus.com/Is-Silicone-safe.html

3- I think this 3rd point is very important for me, in the video you didn\'t have an assistant to stretch the penis during the injection instead you were holding the syringe with both hands ???
Is this the way usually you do your penile injection without stretching the penis ??
There is also a member here in the forum mentioned in another thread that you work alone :-

The position of his hands I could not see where he went in or headland. I think he said he has done a hundred or two. I was very comfortable with him.

The one thing i liked was he thought I was going to pay the 12k for 3 treatments. When I told him I was only going to do one for now he did not try to change my mind. I told him if it worked I would be back and I wasn\'t worried about the discount. He seemed confident I would be back.
Thanks
