Actually, briceb raises a good point and the pain/uncomfortability a guy may get is something to consider too. While I love any well-maintained vagina, I\'m not nearly into \"super tight\" vaginas like I us to be, mostly because now they squeeze me with a death lock! Dr. C knows what he is doing and i dont think patients can take him into injecting more than he feels is safely do-able. And secondly I believe everyone who is independent enough to make the call on doing PMMA should be adult enough to decide their own size.
