I think stretching is always a good idea post surgery. If the Dr has said it\'s ok, then I\'d do it for sure.

Overall, it\'s looking 100% better. You may want to consider moderate tension wrapping at the base and stretching at the same time. I did that after elist silicone implant Removal and it got rid of some of the curvature but not all of it since idiot elist did not remove all the scar tissue and he sawed me up wrong that caused right shaft bend.

Just be easy with stretching so you do not damage any tissue that could cause more swelling you are trying to avoid. In my case, I stretched a week or so after the silicon implant Removal. I\'d stretch till I could not stand the pain then back off till barely comfortable. Every day the stretching force got more and more....

Good luck man, looking great!

Yes, thank you jogift too. As a matter of fact, thank you to everyone on this damn site, lol. Here\'s a current pic. You can see that it\'s starting to straighten a bit. I added \"heat therapy\" yesterday, with an infrared light. The internet is raving about its effectiveness with Peyronies scar reduction. In addition, I asked Solomon about lymphatic drainage massage. He said it might help, so I\'m starting that in a few days. I\'m hopeful to get this fucking swelling on the right upper shaft/scrotum area down. The heat therapy seems to have a good effect. When heated, I can feel very clearly the hard lumps in that scrotal area. I\'m still trying to understand if those lumps are edema swelling, or scar. I think it\'s edema. But the shaft may have some scar adhesions too. So all this stuff should help, including the 1-lb ADS. Never ends, coddling my Dick. I need it to end. On a more positive note, having excellent blood flow, and nocturnal and morning erections. That fat glump was rally affecting my erectile capacity (it\'s clear to me).

I just had a lymphatic massage. Phenomenal. If you\'re suffering from edema or any other tissue inflammation, I think this can be beneficial. Hard to explain, but I felt a tremendous outflow of toxins, and my swollen scrotum and shaft were soft to the touch, allowing me to physically feel the hard lumps, which felt smaller, and allowed me to do more soft massage of the specific tissue injury. Fully recommend this type of massage for any physical suffering

Hey can someone give me some feedback on this.. I\'m trying to understand wtf these hard nodules are. I have 2-3 in the scrotal area, under and around the incision site. I\'m 1 month out. I\'ve come too far, and see light at the end of the tunnel, but I need to conquer this. It only swells up when I get Erection. Otherwise, they\'re not visible.

It will be swelling. After one of my surgeries I started to wonder if some kind of surgical instrument had somehow been left inside my penis!

Solomon insists that the curve is caused by swelling. He said there\'s not much I can do to expedite that recovery (to just be patient). I\'ve also figured out that legit massage therapists can\'t touch your junk, but \"physical therapists\" can. I found a great physical therapist that is helping me by doing myofascial release therapy directly on my shaft. Plan is for twice per week. How great is that. She thinks there are scar adhesions. Also, I noticed I\'m down about 1/2\" in EL. I started using the 1-lb ADS, for about 2-3 hours per day. But now, I noticed my nocturnal EQ not as good as before. Do you think the ADS is negatively impacting my EQ? Did I do more damage? WTF. That\'s my # 1 priority right now - getting good EQ back. I\'ve pretty much pissed off Solomon at this point, by my nagging emails. So I can\'t really nag him with my stupid questions anymore. Any thoughts - re the EQ and the EL?

I know I\'m going crazy with this, but I think I know what happened. I noticed after using the ADS for a couple hours, there was an increase in the swelling of my shaft. That swelling has not subsided yet. I haven\'t done the ADS since Saturday. My theory is that the pressure of the ADS impacted the drainage of the corpora, thereby increasing the fluid retention/swelling. This swelling subsequently impacted my ability to retain the Erect compression of the corpora via the emissary vein function. Hence, my ability to maintain the Erection has been compromised. Do you think that\'s permanent, or will it subside when, and if this swelling subsides?

Its most likely temporary and swelling - but of that is the reaction you got from an ADS I\'d say you are not ready for it. When I had, well several surgeries, from lig. cut onwards, Reed said the most important thing for good healing is keeping things horizontal, meaning bed rest so the fluid doesn\'t build up from gravity and do not stretch for 2 months after the surgery. I know doctors have different protocols but your body is telling you its too soon. You never really loose length, it all comes back in my experience so I would not stress about that. Stretchers in general have to hang left or right and put more stress on one side than the other hence the extra swelling on one side, again jme. I would take 800 mg of advil every 6 hours to get the swelling down and I had the curve as well after one of my surgeries. It went away on its own so I would not stress - just give it some rest it has been through a lot.

My nocturnal erections are gone, presumably because I overdid it on the 1 lb ADS. I was in such a good trend. Did I fuck it up? I can get close to 100% Erection when I try, but the subconscious sleep ones are gone again.

Update. I attached an Erect pic. Nocturnal erections are fairly good, which I\'m thrilled about. My 2 current issues: that residual swelling on the right, around the incision. Is it a seroma? Is there anything I can do to hasten it? Solomon says there\'s nothing I can do, but wait. My other problem .. I\'m down at least 1/2 Inch EL, down to 5.5 \". What can I do, to safely gain it back? Or should I do nothing, and just wait. I hate doing nothing, so fucking passive
