22 years now, and my ridiculous penis saga continues. Over the last year, I\'ve been on a quest to conquer my ED. I flew to Cali 3 times in past 15 months (Dr. Gelman, Dr Alter--procedure in Dec 2015, and just recently Dr Goldstein - the nation\'s top ED dr). Over the last 9 months, I had stem cell therapy twice (didn\'t do much), so I met with Goldstein to consider the revascularization surgery. He has a rigid (no pun intended) protocol to determine patient criteria. I failed on the 1st of several tests--the ultrasound. Few things..he observed severe scarring on my corpora on the gray-scale imaging (BTW, I think this is the cause of the hard Flaccid condition, and major contributor to ED)(also BTW, I was seeing good progress with DMSO). Anyway, the other thing he saw was this massive blob of foreign material. It was shocking to him and his staff (BTW, I had to stroke it to get a boner in front of 5 people--fun, not). He couldn\'t say whether it was scar material, fat, residual Belladerm graft. It was huge. I asked him if he thought it was affecting my ED, and they said probably. I told him I was going to get it removed. He said it was not possible, because it was on the corpora, and too dangerous. So I got the ultrasound pics, and sent it to Alter. Meanwhile, I\'ve known I had this damn lump for decades. The last 3 surgeries--one of the goals of each was its Removal. Each time, that failed. Alter was hymming and hauling, saying it may be too risky, and it would leave a big indent, and basically he didn\'t really want to do it. He said he would \"contour\" it. Fuck the contouring. Contouring didn\'t work for the last 3 surgeries (Solomon and Alter). I told him I wanted it removed--it was ugly, and now I had info that it may be affecting my ED. I could tell Alter was not into it. So I went to Solomon with my pics. He said he would remove it!! I had the surgery on Jan 4th. I\'m 3 weeks out. A bit of a bumpy recovery, but I\'m out of the woods. Here are 3 pics. I\'m thrilled aesthetically--that fucking lump is gone. Solomon said it was huge. It was fat. He\'ll give me a pic upon my check-up next week. However, my new problem appears to be this fucking curve. 2nd pick shows the beginning of an Erection. BTW, I\'m having amazing bloodflow, especially at night, so I know that the lump Removal may help my ED. You can see I have this curve now. Dr said \'you\'re still healing\' but I will press him more next week. The 3rd and 4th pics show the underside. There\'s this lumpy, hardish mound on the bottom. This is causing the curve. What is this? Is this just residual swelling from surgery, or is it scar material? Once I get that resolved, I think I\'ll be off to the races. Any thoughts? Hoddle10, my man?

Out of curiosity Brave,
If you could do it all over again would you take a more specific route or bypass it all completely??

Thinkitstime, great question. I\'ve thought about that many times. I have 3 young sons, and don\'t want them to be fucked up, like me. While the surgery in my early 20s gave me some immediate confidence, which allowed me to move forward without significant insecurity, it\'s a no-brainer....that I would never ever prefer the route I took. I would have been much much better off getting some psychological counseling, concerning my sexual mental disorder. To boot, I\'ve gained nada in size from 22 years of torture, and nearlry $100,000. Back on topic, what the heck is causing this Erection curve and restriction? Is it scar, or swelling?

... what the heck about Erection curves, lumps and what\'s not? Can\'t you fuck with it? If the chicks who\'ve seen all those shapes and sizes could come and hear us on this forum ...

Probably swelling. But it looks like you have some wrinkles. Is that due to the skin bunching up, or is it stuck. Basically does the shaft skin move freely as it did before surgery, or does it feel anchored to either the shaft itself or some scar tissue?

My man, Hoddle. Thank you. Rather deal with swelling than scar. The wrinkles are due to skin bunching. The shaft skin moves fine, so I think that should work out. Thanks again, for support and advice

I think I mistakenly blamed that lump on my curve. After further inspection, the right side of shaft where the fat was removed is hard. I think this hard constriction is causing the bend. You can\'t see it in the pic, but it\'s there underneath. Do you think it\'s scar material? If so, should I do something to help dissolve it?

Braveheart ive just through your thread.
On your first post you mention you got tissue Necrosis from a FFT top up, is this correct?
I\'ve never heard of getting tissue Necrosis from a simple injection before, did he use a cannula or needle?

Hey Reklaw, yes I got tissue Necrosis in 1998, after Dr Giunta injected Free Fat, in an effort to balance-out my deformed shaft. I believe the Necrosis occurred because the skin did not have enough oxygen/blood to support the pressure created with the extra volume injected into my shaft. Who the fuck knows, but it was fucking scary as hell, having a hole on my Dick. Anyway, fast forward 20 years, I\'m trying to determine if this post-surgical curve is a temporary result of the surgery trauma, or if I now have Peyronies scar tissue. I know, if it\'s scar, the sooner I deal with that, the more effective I\'ll be, in getting rid of it.

Yup, If you think it is scar tissue, you must deal with it now. It gets worse on daily basis and after a while is almost impossible to deal with even with surgery.

Right now, I\'m taking the enzyme oral products sold by that PD naturalpath that\'s been on the internet for 20 years, and pentox and earring healthy. After my follow up with Solomon on Monday, I plan to add DMSO with topical Vitamin E (also sold by that naturalpathic guy), and hopefully the 1 lb ADS. All these items have worked well for me in the past. I\'ll be 4 weeks out, on next Wed. What else do you guys think I should do?

That sounds like a good plan.

I had my follow up with Solomon. He\'s happy with current status. He said the curve is caused by residual swelling around the surgical site. He didn\'t think it was scar. He cleared me from any restriction. He ok\'\'ed th 1 lb ADS, the DMSO etc. I\'m gonna go slow with the 1 lb ADS, as I don\'t know if that will help the swelling. What do you think? Just let it run its own course, or use the ADS? Here is current pic of erction. I think it\'s getting better, but I have that lump of swelling to deal with still
