The peptide tb-500 might benefit you very, very much. Research it and see what you think. It works wonders for injuries and healing. Atually bpc-157 and tb-500 would work wonders.

Thanks Smalljay and Makj1. Makj1, wow, an unapproved injectable steroid drug? That\'s a bit too crazy for me (as if cutting my Dick apart isn\'t crazy enough lol). The healing is going well. I\'m starting to focus now on regaining my length and conquering my ED. I\'ve successfully used the 1-lb ADS sleeve in the past to regain length lost from post-op scarring, so I\'m leaning toward that again. But I want to try to prevent stretching this darn scar out to a larger surface. As for the ED, I\'m using a device called Viberect. It\'s FDA approved, awesome and fun, stimulating great Erection exercise. Any other suggestions are appreciated, as always.

Hey guys. I lost about 3/4 Inch Erect length. I\'m trying to understand if that\'s a result of internal scarring from surgery or effect of the vy flap reversal. Went from 6.25 to. 5.5. Yeah it blows. Anyway, I used my 1-lb ads, and I hate it, because I get bad shrinkage afterward, so I\'m wondering if it\'s doing more harm than good, and if there will even be a benefit to be derived. Bottom line for me though is that I need to get better blood flow down there for overall health. Been doing kegels, which seem to help. Any advice is appreciated.

Shrinkage after is normal, especially in the beginning - after a while it relaxes and will not do it as much or at all.

Sorry about the length loss though that sucks. It very well may all come back so don\'t despair yet.

Length loss is to be expected. It will come back with post op stretching.

Do you have any recent photos of the incisions. It would be good to see how things are looking now.

The key to PE via injectable materials is compliant skin. Shaft skin is compliant as it\'s meant to stretch the accommodate erections. But half of your shaft is skin from the pubic area promoted forward as a result of the V/Y incision. This isn\'t shaft skin and does\'t have the natural elasticity of shaft skin. So there is a very obvious contrast where the shaft skin expands and accommodates the fat and the groin skin which doesn\'t.

Sadly I\'ve never come across a single Dr who has worked this out.

I felt like this was an amazing point which needed to be highlighted.. something to consider when looking at length and Girth treatments

Hey guys. I\'m healing ok. I asked doc about the loss of length. He said that he have me an Erection at surgery, and made sure I didn\'t lose length, and that stretching was a good idea. With my 1-lb ads, I think I gains back about 1/2 Inch, up to about 6\". It\'s been like that now for weeks. I actually think I gained that back the first 2 times of stretching because I felt a stretch unlike anything since. I have a feeling I\'m maxed out. I think I may be at the length I was prior to 1995 original surgery. Crazy. That said, it\'s only about 1/4 or maybe a bit more difference. I really want to drop the Hanging, as I\'m tired and don\'t know if there\'s any more gain possible. What do you think? I\'m at the point that I\'d rather focus completely on my ED, or just take a break.

Gents, looking for advice. After much research and many meetings with urologists, it appears that the arterial insufficiency causing my ED is a result of severe internal scar tissue at the base of my penis. Not that any professional diagnosed this. I\'ve diagnosed it, based on my angiogram, and clear hard tissue most easily observed during an Erection, and other signs. I\'m meeting with a 4th Urologist on the 18th, and insisting that this cause be assessed. Up until now, the docs just keep pushing pills, saying arterial insufficiency, saying \"I don\'t know,\" let\'s try this.\" Did shock wave, pills, acupuncture, diet, exercise, considering stem cell therapy. But ultimately, I don\'t know if any of this tackles the root cause. I need to break up that scar tissue, to bring back unencumbered blood flow. When I pushed one of the doctors re this (and possibility of the new injectable drug for Peyronies, he threatened to no longer see me because of my insistence. Dr Alter foregoes medical advice re ED, just saying see an expert. I\'m seeing a uro at Penn Medicine next week. In the meantime, any advice re the scar tissue? I\'ve been massaging in the shower. I think that may help, but don\'t know for sure. Anything else help break up scar tissue?

DMSO, Pentox and ACV.

Gentle pumping is great for penis health in general in my opinion.

Also do you have any photos of your progress since surgery with Dr Alter? It was looking so much better last time you posted some. It would be great to the result after all these years.

Here is an updated pic. I had the stem-cell injection therapy, via liposuctioned adipose fat cells 2 weeks ago. I\'m on a rigorous vacuum-pumping protocol. As of now, I\'m very happy with the aesthetic status, given my horrendous past (including a severe necrotic hole 3 months ago). Also, I am seeing great signs with the ED, after the stem-cell treatment. The doctor that did the stem-cell was Dr. Paul Gittens, in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Great guy!

Looks great my friend. You\'ve come along way. I really think you can finally put your penis issues (aesthetic at least) behind you.

It\'s amazing how good it looks considering what you\'ve put it through, you wouldn\'t even guess you\'ve had a single surgery.

Not sure how I missed it. TB-500 is not a unapproved steroid. It\'s a peptide, apples to oranges.
For \"research\" purposes it can really help. When you cut yourself, that clear liquid has tb-500 in it. It\'s what your body uses to heal the wound. So your putting into your body what it already has but in concentrated form. It was just a thought at the time.
