I don\'t think there\'s a formula where we can distinguish gains between
Flaccid and
Erect by merely increasing the traction and/or weight applied to the penis. I feel
Flaccid length can be increased easier and at a quicker pace than
Erect length, but eventually, you\'ll \"hit the wall\" on increasing length in either the
Flaccid or
Erect state.
I\'m no scientist, but perhaps
Erect length can be increased by more aggressive traction or weight in a lesser amount of time when compared to using less traction or weight over a longer period of time. BUT, you do this at the risk of injuring your penis. I\'ve read about guys having
Erection Quality issues resulting from aggressive stretching and weights, and, I too, experienced it myself when I implemented a more aggressive regimen.
I did a traction device stretcher known as the AndroPenis for a period of 4 hours a day for a period of 6 months. I may have gotten about 1/8
Inch gain or less in length , but really gained more loose skin than anything. During the six months of use, you\'re supposed to gradually increase the tension of the device by adding more rods to the device to create additional tension on the penis. As such, this is a conservative regimen with incremental increases to traction.
After undergoing this regimen, I switched to using a homemade
Hanger using weights. I did this for about 3 months and got up to
Hanging about 18 lbs, which is kind of aggressive for 3 months. In other words, I probably went a little overboard by increasing weight too quickly. With the
Hanger, I think I might have gained MAYBE 1/8
Inch in length or less, but, like before,really noticed gaining more loose skin than anything. Also, my EQ seemed to have been affected.
As stated above, from these experiences and with the gain of mostly loose skin, I\'d say that tension isn\'t necessarily the key to the gains in the
Erect state or
Flaccid state. I believe the gains come more from the length of time you use the device. To support this theory, I just compared the use of my traction device to the use of my homemade
Hanger. I was very conservative with the traction device, whereas I was very aggressive with the
Hanger. So, for instance, if you use the device with less traction or weight for, let\'s say 6 months, you\'ll probably get the same gains (and same amount of loose skin) as you would had you been more aggressive with higher tension and/or weight over a lesser time period, such as 3 or 4 months.
I hope this helps. However, please be aware that there is a point where your gains will be capped. Other members refer to this as \"hitting the wall.\" This is very real and I believe I may have hit the wall already. This means that you will no longer be able to gain anymore
Erect length once you hit your max. Thunders and PEGYM are great places to read up about this.
