Linnea is the successor to NewPlastic. The concentration of beads 10%, 20%, 30% remains the same in both brands. Only the carrier which suspends the PMMA particulates is different. Migration is not likely. The collagen formed is somewhat dynamic and does change somewhat with time. Once the process is complete, there is little change and none that would require touch ups in the future. Expect minimal change after 1 year post op.

OK, Wade confirmed what Miracle 7.5x6.5 said. Linnea safe is the new New Plastic. It will cost me an extra $250 if I choose to use Linnea Safe. Obviously this is a small price to pay for more peace of mind, but does anyone have any good reason why I should NOT pay the extra $250 to get Linnea safe?

Only if you have $250.00 extra to blow. LOL All these people that believe one is safer than the other crack me up. Doctor Casavantes uses geniune OEM non-counterfeited Metacril®. It has been in use much longer than Linnea Safe or New Plastic for that matter. It has an excellent track record for safety and efficacy. Only when commercial counterfeits entered the arena did Metacril® get a bad reputation.

Funny you say that Miracle. I just got off of the phone with Dr. C and his words were almost identical. He explained that counterfeits are the reason why Metarcil received a bad wrap. It IS safe to use Metacril as long as the source is reputable. I may end up going with Linnea Safe just for piece of mind, but I don\'t think it will really matter at this point. Either way the date is set and travel is booked. Dec 12 is it and I am really excited.

I just answered a question regarding PMMA and STD\'s on another thread, but thought I should put it here also for the people that are following my thread to read the Q&A that I have discussed with Dr.C and his staff. The question was,\"if you have an STD that causes blisters is it still ok to have PMMA injections?\". I found out during my vasectomy last Friday that I apparently have HPV. I have 4 very small (about 1/16\") brown spots near the base of my shaft. My Urologist said that those are caused by a specific strand of HPV. Obviously I was concerned that this would be a deal breaker in regards to my procedure on Dec 12. I called and spoke directly to Dr. C, who told me that HPV will not cause any issues with his procedure, nor will the procedure affect the HPV at all. He went on to say that even patients with Herpes can have the procedure as long as they are not having an outbreak at the time of the procedure. Hope this helps some of you who were wondering. As I suggested on the other thread, if anyone who is considering this procedure has an STD, call and Speak with the Dr. that will be performing the procedure before you schedule. There is nothing to worry about as they cannot spread the news due to Dr. patient confidentiality laws. If you don\'t fell comfortable ask anonymously on here and I\'m sure someone will help you. It is much better and more responsible to know than not to know.

By the way if anyone is concerned they may have HPV and are curious about what these spots look like, just let me know and I\'ll post pics. I didn\'t know anything about it until Friday, so obviously I still have very limited knowledge, but apparently this type of HPV cannot/will not cause any problems and is harmless other than just the \"knowing that you have it\". As I said I am still not extremely familiar so anyone else feel free to chime in here and I will do the same as my research continues although it may be appropriate to start another thread. Thanks

Ok, so I pumped again last night and I definitely am doing something wrong. I pumped 3 rounds for 10 minutes. When I finished the results were ridiculous. I have a 5.75\" EL and 4.75\" EG, there is no taper in my unit. It is exactly the same circumference from the base to the glands. When I was done pumping I was 6.25\" Flaccid length which is great, but the Girth was freakish. I was 5.5\" Girth from the base to mid shaft. From mid shaft to glands I was 7.25\" Girth. It looked like a crazy. Am I doing something incorrectly or does anyone have any suggestions? Also does this mean that my skin is most likely much more loose or has more elasticity towards the end as opposed to the base? Do you think I will have similar results with my PMMA? Should I put say 10% behind the glands and 20% mid shaft and 30% base to avoid my Dick turning into a bowling pin. I guess I will have to ask Dr.C when I get there, but any advice or suggestion from you guys would be appreciated. I don\'t know which thread this better serves. I am going to post it on this one and my other and you admin guys can decide if one of them needs to be removed.

I would love to get some opinions on Botox injections with the PMMA procedure to prevent retraction. I retract quite a bit and obviously want the best results possible. It seems that the general opinion is that if one can achieve an Erection or at least a semi while massaging after the procedure that the results are better. It also seems that the 1 Cialis pill given after the procedure, in some cases, isn\'t enough to achieve the desired results. I guess if the Botox keeps it from retracting it could be the next best thing to having an Erection. Am I on the right track with this thought process. Does anyone have thoughts on this? I am probably going to get it just for peace of mind, but would like to hear from one of you guys that has had it and also anyone who has a reason that it may NOT be a good idea. Thanks!!!

I retract a lot also,
I prepared 5 ways for this.

1- Bought the self attaching bandage (4 rolls) as it sticks to itself but not your skin
(however after a couple of uses it does not stick to its self real well)
Solution, i cut 4 pieces about 6-8 inches long (used these to wrap around the head from all different angles)
i then had 2 pieces about 2 feet long each. (used these to wrap from head which encompased all the smaller pieces to the base. Then i went back up shaft to just below head and back to mid shaft)
I then had a smaller piece about 8 inches long (this is the one i changed daily to finish off wrap and it would easily stick to itself and hold badage in place because its new).
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother)

2-Had a extender that i used over the first 24 hours for an hour at a time, 2 hours wrapped, then back in extender (did this whilst penis would fit in extender)
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother)

3-Consult family doctor and get a prescription of Cialis 20mg (i got a 8 pack)
(Plus i got letter from Doctor as i had to go through Australian and US customs and put it my toiletries bag with tablets- No issues)

4-Purchased Arnicare Gel when i landed in US, seemed to take my bruising away fast u can see from my pics. Rubbed it on every time i changed bandage.
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother)

5-took 2X1000mg Vitamin C tablets from 1 week prior to op and 1 week after
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother) dont know how much it attributed to anything but i have had no issues for anything thus far touch wood.

it was all to easy with a bit of preperation
everything was back at my room and i got straight to work after get back across border

hope this might help you

Ok guys, I am strongly leaning toward max cc\'s of 20% for round 1. The more I read, the more I feel that it is the right option for me. It seems that the guys that get 10% for the first round end up only gaining 1/8\" to 1/4\". I am really hoping for 1/2\" or more per round. I am going to talk to Dr.C about it, but that is where my thoughts are headed at the moment. Big John seemed to have great results with both of his 20% rounds and I cant see anything aesthetically in his pics that I can\'t live with. I want Girth!! I just wish that Metacril made a 20% solution. The mixing is the only concern I have.

I am a newbie to this thread.. Believe me notsureyet82, your storyline seems very familiar to me as I went through the same life\'s track. While I am not married due to my embarrassment, but I am reading your msgs and find a sort of \"coming to terms\" as to what I should be looking into and doing to a sensual sexual experience maybe someday. I am in my 40\'s and due to my Girth and size, I have abstain from any sexual activity except masturbating. I am learning things rather quickly through the posts...I am so eager to find out the outcomes and will embark on my own journey (much like yours). I appreciate all your postings which gives me assurance and confident that I am not the only one suffering in silence. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to post your before surgery thought process on the forum. I think it will be very helpful for those to come, hopefully including myself if I decide to go down the PMMA road after my reconstruction. If you have any advice to pass along on the preperation, please feel free to PM me anytime. Again thank you for explaining your plan in detail before going into surgery. Best of luck to you.

Thanks lookingforanswers. I am honestly starting to get nervous at this point. I guess that is natural since this is a big decision, but I am scheduled and paid in full, so it on for Dec. 12th. As far as my preparation goes I am not doing much. I am pumping every other day with a bathmate pump to hopefully loosen the skin and make a little more room for PMMA. I am trying to eat clean and am taking a daily regiment of natural immune boosters such as garlic, honey, and cinnamon. I will stop pumping and start edging about 1 week before the procedure. Hopefully that will help with my retraction issues after the procedure. I am considering not taking the Cialis as I had a miserable experience with Viagra once and the last thing I want after having plastic pumped into my Dick is a migraine headache. I am sure I will have enough to worry about lol!!! I am definitely going to request a combination of 20% and 30% for my first round. I sent Wade an email about it and he said that they would like to evaluate me in person, but can probably accommodate my wishes. Thanks again for the comments. I hope this helps!!
