Thanks ghostfmj, suffice it to say, I\'m long overdue on a progress update.
I\'ve been so busy with personal & forum related things that I haven\'t really found time to provide an adequate update (believe it or not, I find sharing my own story to be more taxing than one might actually understand).
As of now I have no \"final\" measurements but at the very least I can give the forum a \"snapshot\" of my situation thus far. Measurements will come in due time.
As of Round 3, I have no major complications to report of. Length appears unchanged and the
Girth thicker. The base benefited the most from Round 3, and the shaft tapers nicely to the glans. Just behind the glans I had some
Nodule formation which has fortunately softened greatly. While they are still there, they are smaller and less palpable than when I first detected them.
According to Wade, there are a couple of options to treat these: the first would be a series of
Kenalog injections. the second would be making a small incision at each
Nodule site to extract the tissue, then bandage and heal. Or a combination of these two options. Fortunately for me, the nodules themselves have already diminished significantly so treatment may not need to be so aggressive.
A gap still remains although has become less apparent each round. I suspect a continued attempt at \"camouflaging\" this area will help transition the glans to the shaft much better, but I can see this area being a persistent problem for not only myself, but most patients...this area is just inherently problematic.
The appearance overall looks great, natural, and the functionality is unchanged. In the
Flaccid, if I turtle I get the pig-in-the-blanket effect, which quite frankly is far more favorable than my pre-
PMMA eggcorn.
Since I started much smaller than the average guy, I\'m going to require a round or two more to acquire similar results, so I probably wont retire from this
PMMA endeavor until possibly my 5th Round (Round 4 for
Nodule treatment +
Girth, Round 5 for touch-up).
As of now, I\'m incredibly satisfied with my results, even in light of some minor
Nodule formation near the glans. My next round wont be until Fall of this year. I will likely opt for Metacril unless Dr. C suggests otherwise. I will also opt for 20% for base & midshaft, and use 10% behind the glans.
I\'m also saving my nickels and dimes to purchase my first PE device (well technically not my first, I once had a pump before I knew about PE but ended up throwing it away) in hopes to start a moderate traction campaign to see if I can ultimately hit 6\"
BPEL (from 5\"
BPEL) to couple with my
Girth gains. I have reason to believe I\'m a gainer, but only time will tell.
