If i'd achive my goal on a absolute safe way, then i was going to prepare with enough time and build the "better version" of me aswell to a certain percentage and then go all out. Spotlight on (but keep ego in check like you said)

While currently, how could it be diffrent, thinking about getting PMMA or not, i came to the conclusion that the PMMA user should almost instantly enjoy as much as possible of the good time with the PMMA. And run the the process of selfimprovement parallel.

Wow, I didn't realize that I'm around 1 year post-op from Round 1 myself... looks like a lot of the early pioneers are hitting their 1 year markers.

Round 4, Signed, Sealed & Delivered. I'm about 3 1/2 weeks post-op and feeling fine. The objective of the appointment was to correct aesthetic irregularities as well as add Girth.


Synopsis:

I decided to stay in Tijuana this time around, wanted to have a follow-up with Wade & Dr. C as conveniently as possible. Stayed at the Grand Hotel right next door to Dr. C's office and it was an enjoyable stay.

Day of the appointment. It's my 4th round, so I'm really not that nervous (I suppose just a little, it's still a medical procedure), and come in and have a good discussion with Wade, and then eventually a discussion with Dr. Casavantes. I ultimately express my goals as having my nodules corrected and adding more Girth. I've conceded that I may not ever be where I want length-wise (though I may still succeed getting to 6" BPEL someday), so I want to make up for it in the Girth department. And having lived with a forum-reported thinnest non-micro pre-PMMA Girth on the forum, I felt that I was ready to pack a mean one. I told them to give me ample Girth that can also adequately taper. We discussed that a 5th (and final) round would aim at even more, but not until I reduce my fat pad (by means of diet, lipo, or both).


Revision:

The majority of my nodules were either directly removed, and the smaller ones camouflaged I would consider the Revision a success, however one small Nodule remains, and I can't tell if it's an old one, or a new one as a result of this recent appointment. Fortunately, I have set my mind to a 5th and final round, and will resolve this issue then.


Girth:

Some of you may know that I don't measure. Hell I may not measure until I'm entirely retired with this Girth thing. That's because it's all mental. I know the Girth will fluctuate and it'll drive me mad, so I'm just going to wait. I will say however, considering how my unit compares to cylinders that I'm familiar with, I would venture to guesstimate my base Erect Girth at 5.5"-ish tapering to the glans.


Aesthetics:

Wow. Excellent taper work. When semi-Flaccid or Erect, looks entirely natural. Phenomenal work. When 100% Flaccid, has the (expected) pig-in-the-blanket look.


Complications:

As of now, none to report.


Overall Impression:

Dr. Casavantes, Mel, Wade, Christian, and all those involved with Avanti Derma are true professionals, and provide a service that's world-class. Because of their handiwork, I've gone from shunning sex altogether, to actively seeking it, exuding a confidence that I didn't know I had. But please, don't get me wrong. Size isn't everything. But it is for those who never had it before.


Thanks again to all forum users before & after me for making this process one that I could anticipate, understand, and work through. I'm currently just past 50% of the way to the 6-week marker and will ultimately provide final Girth results (via PMMA) and final length results (via manual PE) 6 weeks post Round 5. And as I mentioned before, Round 5 will NOT happen until after I've lost a significant amount of my fat pad, so that building a thicker base is aesthetically possible.

I'm now 1 month post-op. All is pretty much the same, though I will note that when I get a raging Erection, I do get a "skin pulling" sensation near the base, as if the new (and significant) Girth gains have exhausted my skin and when fully Erect, tugs at the skin wherever it can get it (if this makes any sense). This is my guess as to why I'm feeling this sensation, I'd consider it a very minor pain at worse, and usually is most noticed when my EQ is max. I'll continue to monitor it.

Overall Round 4 is seemingly great, now I intend on focusing on the whole package (mind, body, and diet) before contemplating any more rounds.

It's always inspiring to follow those with similar size and/or shape of your own unit, and see how they've progressed. My inspirations have been Hunk Chunk, Mustang2020, and GSXR. Granted, those guys were bigger than me, they've had units similar in shape & aesthetics and have made me realize the potential of my own unit.

I know you've mentioned having an EG of somewhere between 3.6" - 3.8" and I can comfortably say PMMA is an effective route, you could conceivably upgrade from Snugger Fits to Regular in one appointment. But I should note, size can be overrated. The Erection Quality & Stamina combo beats out all other penile attributes, fyi.

Yes you are correct that Erection quality and stamina trumps a larger Girth without these attributes but I think that your starting Girth and my current Girth is way below average. Till date I am observing progress reports of other members for which I whole heartedly thank them, whether to proceed or not. I guess the time is getting nearer to decide.
