My second session will have a picture taken at the doc\'s office.
My Erect shape isn\'t really any different, just plumper in appearance than my \"before\" look. There are some minor aesthetic concerns (I consider them minor, others may not), where I have some spacing between the upper shaft and glans which I was told can be resolved with a second session.
So far I\'ve avoided any lumps, bumps, and redness, and hope it remains that way.

are these gains permanent?

I will submit photos in due time yes. Speaking of this, I\'ll resend a request for my photos (I believe they may have mistakenly sent me Round 1 instead of Round 2, and it has simply fallen through the cracks since). As for reporting, if I don\'t post anything it usually means I\'m just allowing collagen formation to take place (at a snail\'s pace) and haven\'t seen any complications.
I\'m very happy thus far with the outcome, and both the gap issue and bumps issue have been greatly improved after the 2nd Round. I suspect the gap issue will be resolved by a 3rd round. Everything else is awesome.
I\'m not sure there is much I can add, I choose not to measure daily or weekly because there is really no way of determining for certain what to attribute the fluctuations to. I\'ll wait till around 6 weeks post-op, then take final measurements and observations.
If there are any questions, however, feel free to continue asking them at any time. A lot of my \"reporting\" takes on the form of instant messages and private messages. Pardon my lack of actual posts with respect to my Progress Report, but I believe I make up for it in direct consultation.

Our longest reporting member is Smartman at about 3 years but he did not use Dr. Casavantes. The longest reporting Dr. C report belongs to GSXR, he has his Progress Report on this forum and I believe he\'s at around 8 months or so from his first round.
You can conceivably gain 1-2 inches in Erect Girth, but keep in mind that the proportion may be jeopardized if you don\'t possess substantial length & glans, so be sure to keep aesthetics in mind when going for \"big!\"
It sounds like you\'ve been around for a while if you\'ve been searching for 11 years, so you more than most can appreciate the need for patient and thorough decision making. Hopefully you\'ll give this one just as much scrutiny as you did all past procedures.

Sound great SO. I am also progressing 3 weeks later at a snail\'s pace. I wonder if the 10% solution takes longer to kick in? In any case I am happy and not even wanting to go for round two until I\'ve gained some length and maybe some glans enhancement if we can find a way (Dr Runels vampire method is so far my only hope for the glans). So I hope I won\'t have any twists, curves or bumps as it is very far to go just for a tiny bit of touch ups.

Hey guys, I\'ll be taking measurements soon as 6 weeks closes in. Sorry for the spottiness in my progress report but I\'ve been the type to wait at least 6 weeks (and maybe advisable to wait as many as 8-12 weeks) before measuring conclusively.
As for the penis at this current state:
The shaft isn\'t significantly thicker but seems to have a little more plumpness to it. The base probably benefited the most as far as Girth is concerned. There is a small contour issue on the right side of the shaft which should be correctable in a 3rd round.
Most notable aesthetic concern would be found just before the glans where it has been very difficult both rounds to administer adequate PMMA. As a result, the last quarter Inch before the glans appears more \"beady\" of PMMA: areas of original shaft and areas of clumps of PMMA. While this is a concern, I suspect a couple of more rounds should inevitably smooth it out just enough to warrant realism. I suspect an ADS may prevent this clumping in the future, since the area near my glans are super tight and may prevent PMMA from holding immediately by pushing some down (just an idea).
Otherwise the shaft in general is quite nice and it still manages to look proportionate in the Erect state. If I turtle hard (which isn\'t half as bad as it used to be pre-op), I do get a bit of a pig-in-the-blanket effect, something that I was expecting given my under-average glans size.
The small invisible-yet-palpable bumps from Round 1 are less pronounced and less detectable after Round 2. Unsure as to what was specifically done to reduce it, but so far so good.
Function, sensation, and Erection quality have not changed. Erect length is the same. Flaccid length does not retract as small as it once had in the past. I regrettably did not pursue the proper nutrition/supplements for collagen formation aid after Round 2, but will be keen on doing so after a Round 3.
As E.P. stated, I have been pretty busy the past few weeks but am happy to report that my schedule & routine have now stabilized and I look forward to resuming normal forum activity. I also intend wrapping up all the pending matters for this site, which include (but is not limited to) the Donation System, Forum Logo, etc. There are also a whole array of glitches and bugs I need to address with the site host.
