Sorry the delay gentlemen.
So S.O. is out a few weeks post-op from Round 3. Pardon my lack of announcement previously, but I was also enjoying Thanksgiving vacation around the same time and needed a bit of a forum break.
As far as pre-op protocol is concerned, nothing seemed to be different than before. The procedure also went about the same way but they really loaded me up on lidocaine, more than I have ever had in the past 2 rounds. This ensured a pain free session and I\'m happy the numbing effects didn\'t wear off quickly like they did (strangely) in Round 2.
I expressed to them that Round 2 really didn\'t yield much at all (I had 10% then) and I was interested in sheer
Girth. Because of my initial starting size, I knew I would have a longer road to travel to achieve my size goals, so I knew that getting 20% would be a must this time around. Sure enough they did just that, and I believe they I received a total of 13-14 cc (can\'t remember which, it could have been 13cc + 1cc of 10% for the area under the glans).
I regret not having watched the procedure, and this is my 3rd time in failing to do so. If I go for a Round 4 (which may be necessary for touch-ups), I will be making it a point to watch.
After finishing, my penis looked a bit plumper, and the area between the glans and circum line had a beautiful transition. Unfortunately, because of my stay in Southern California with relatives & friends, it made it difficult for me to continue massaging my unit as often as I would have liked to, which may or may not have lead to a change in the aesthetics in the area between my glans and circum line. It went from looking pristine to looking only-slightly improved from Round 2. I strongly suspect in order to really clean this area up that I will have to stay solo in San Diego or TJ and possibly even wear some kind of traction silicone sleeve to keep my unit elongated long enough to prevent the
PMMA from being pushed back into my shaft. This stresses the importance of post-op protocol, something I failed to do to the fullest! The area now between the glans and circum line have what appear to be like 4 bumps, all of which were entry points I believe. The bumps feel like hard patches of
PMMA just under the skin, but seem more pronounced then the patchiness from Round 1 or 2. Whether this is classified as a
Nodule or not is to be determined. They don\'t cause any pain and they are not red, however they do become agitated when masturbating and can cause mild pain that only lasts as long as I masturbate. A change in masturbation technique as well as ample lubrication help minimize this effect. I am hoping this becomes less aggravated with time. The goal is to fill around these patches in future visits, and/or find ways of softening/reducing them.
As for my shaft and base, I\'m currently very content with the aesthetics and will measure conclusively when I get closer to 8 weeks out. I suspect I\'ve broken 5\" at the base and mid-shaft, but am not so sure near the glans.
I did attempt wearing a regular condom about 7 days post-op when I had a blazing
Erection, and found it not only to be painful (probably because some of the swelling was still present), but found it to be very tight. Unfortunately, the swelling did not give me a fair representation of the final result, and so I just had a momentary experience of joy that I look forward to experiencing more often when my \"PE Career\" is all said & done. (Don\'t get me wrong, I\'m still considerably happy that I no longer have to wear the under-sized condoms, the kind that they never stock at the local pharmacy & convenient stores!!!)
*NOTE* I discussed with Dr. C the idea of creating what I called the Shorty Mac Transition. The idea behind it is to provide a filling technique that could help offset the dwarfing of glans on guys who have undersized glans. If anyone gets a chance to check out a profile-view of Shorty Mac (the porn star\'s) massive
Girth, one could see how his penis manages to retain some realism, even though his glans are not big. Not sure if he\'s natural or not, but the idea behind the Shorty Mac Transition is to fill
PMMA under the glans and bottom side of the shaft to create a submarine-sort-of-effect so that it minimizes (but not eliminates) dwarfing. Dr. C attempted this and I believe has managed with some success to build the
PMMA foundations for this transition. I believe a maximum of 1-2 more sessions in the next couple of years will hopefully complete that transition which will help a lot with overall aesthetics. I do, of course, run the risk of other issues in the process, so I must take every future decision to undergo penile bioplasty with serious consideration.
