The Implantee Manifesto Against Dr. Elist's Silicone Implant 11 years 1 week ago #1277708353

I\'m 5 weeks post-Removal tomorrow and now have a long road and who knows how long time to even get back to normal. Here\'s my quick story in a nutshell:

Had it put in me in late 2011 cause I felt like I needed a self esteem boster. I was 5.5x5.5 Erect pre-implant. Paid the same fees as described above yet no horror stories during the travel and implant insertion.

Yet, when i went home and for the 3 weeks after i had a urinary track infection-like symptoms (hospital said there was no infection...) from hell, peeing tissue and large chunks of blood out of my penis every 20s-1m. So, I was sleep deprived and passed out on the floor and couch several times waking up in puddles of bloody urine screaming in agony. Longest, scariest time of my life.

That\'s when I first found these boards in my desperation for help... Too late to stop what I had done but i believe it was Messageman whom consolled me and walked me back from the brink. (Thanks brother, I really owe you big time )

2 months in, things are healing nicely but my member looks like a thing out of horror books. My penis was 4\" in length and 7.5\" Girth at the base, coming down to a 5.5 at my glans... Condoms were unusable and sex was out of the question... I lived like that for a little over a year and was deeply depressed. Even contemplated suicide among other things. And I was generally an upbeat, half glass full kind of guy.

Finally decided last month enough was enough. Take it out of me regardless the cost. Now I\'m left with a 4x5.5(6 at base) penis with absolutely no sensation on the top of the entire shaft including the head and glands of my penis. I could quite literally stick a needle in my top glans And would feel nothing.

I don\'t know what the future holds, I cant use the bib Hanger because my fella is too small and I\'m refusing to date because of my embarassment. I have a considerable amount of issues not mentioned above including discoloration that won\'t go away, extra subpubescent bulge making my member look like 3.5 instead of the bone pressed 4 ive been left with and my Erect state is no longer firm but playdoughy, especially on the top. I\'m no longer sure if i can ever reach my goal of 7x6 due to this implant and have seriously considered getting lipo to remove the bulge and PMMA to even out the penis.

I\'ve also been trying to post here for help and guidance from similar persons but most of my questions have gone unanswered, probably because no one knows or I\'m in a unique position? Regardless, I\'m here for anyone who is going or will need to go through the same ordeal. I\'ll answer what I can the BS you\'ll hear such as the VitB and Folic Acid supplements the good doc tells you to take to revitalize the sensation does not work. Nor does anything else they have ever said.

Please.. please avoid Dr. Elist if you care to continue living a normal and healthy life.

I was one of the first guys that i know of to have his implant, way back at the beginning of 2009.
At that time there were no known (implant) horror stories and plenty of Elist shills swimming around the Mynewsize website (along with Dr. Elist himself, my main source of information). In short, I was fed the usual Dr. Elist bullshit, and I lapped it up like a parched dog on a sweltering august day.
A) Less than 1% complication rate
B) Undetectable/Looks and feels completely real
C) Easily removed
D) sensation is not affected
E) blah, blah, blah, blah, blah
It was like leading a lamb to the slaughter....
And...Dr. Elist was late 4 hours for the implant surgery. I had to wait on a gurney for over four hours. I actually ended up having my surgery in the early evening and left the surgicentre around 10 or 11pm. I was originally scheduled to be back in my hotel room by 6pm. This is par for the course with this doctor; he is always late for everything. Too bad this isn\'t nearly the worst of his offenses.

Oh another beauty...He never gave me any pain meds. When I was leaving the surgicentre, the chief nurse\'s face looked shocked and then angry (at Dr. Elist) when I informed her of this. Nonetheless, I left the place with nothing to offset the indescribable pain that was waiting for me that night.
And yes, the pain was indescribable. Every time I had a nocturnal erection, I would wake up with a blood curdling scream. No doubt the people in the hotel room beside must have thought something incredibly horrifying or kinky was going on in my room.

Over the next four months my penis healed and I was able to resume my sex life. Unfortunately, my penis had retracted over an inch due to the implant (something the doctor neglected to mention would happen). Another, more disturbing, thing was that I lost about 80% of the sensation on the shaft of my penis. When I first asked the doctor about this, he assured me that it would come back in a \"few weeks\". When it didn\'t, he assured me it would come back in \"a few months\". And when that didn\'t happen, he blamed it on the fact that I had previous surgeries.
To this day, the sensation to my shaft has never returned.

Fast forward 4 months and my penis suddenly balloons up with puss and is infected. I am (via telephone) informed that I have to have it removed . This meant I had to suddenly fly from Tokyo to LA and take off four days of work (something that is difficult when you are trying to run an office). But hey, my one and only penis was worth it.

Well.. I arrive at his office after a flight from hell, , and the first thing the doctor tells me is that he has \"never seen this before\". What he was saying is that he never had seen an implant rejected due to infection before...Which was news to me because I had been in contact (through email) that very same week with an implant recipient who had experienced the same I was experiencing , and had to also have it removed. When Dr. Elist told me this, my heart sank because I knew once and for all he was a liar. I had ignored so many warning flags and now I was paying the price. He then went on to explain to me that it (the implant) could have been saved had I come to his clinic when the infection first appeared, and asked me if i had somehow injured my penis to cause this to happen. You see, that\'s Dr. Elist\'s \"go to move\"; He blames the patient for any problem (catastrophic or otherwise) with the implant.
What followed was something that would have been comical if it weren\'t so horrifying... He proceeded to take the implant out in his (unsanitary) examination room with his secretary as his assistant. He gave me some tea (with some type of narcotic in it) to relieve the pain... As I was leaving his examination room, he have gave me a penis pump and told me I would be able to resume sex in about a week. I was then promptly billed $750.00 for that pump ( later finding out it was only worth $150.00). Nice.

What the good doctor failed to tell me was that my penis length would experience severe retraction due to the trauma and scar tissue. I did end up reclaiming the retracted length (and even more) but my case is quite rare and most implant recipients who have theirs removed (which is a very high percentage), will end up with a shorter, often deformed penis.

I truly believe that Dr. Elist is a criminal...if anybody is thinking of getting the implant, I implore you to reconsider. There are so many implant stories that are worse than mine out there. In fact, I don\'t know of one truly successful implant story and I\'ve been active on these boards for well over four years....
The prime motivation behind my spending so much of my (treasured) free time on this board is so that I can help prevent other men from experiencing the same nightmare I (and now countless others) have. In fact, as I have always said...If I can prevent even only one man from getting the implant, it will all be worth it.

Hey guys!

I wish i had read all this information posted here prior to do the PE surgery with Dr Elist.
Now its too late for that. I have had the implant for 4 week now and I am still experiencing lots of pain and swelling. Its worst during night time with the erections. There is also edges of the implant which is very sharp close to the glans and is really painful if it comes in contact with anything.
Further more i have lost at least 1-2 Inch in EL. Now that i have read all this scary stories I have decided to remove the implant.
Is there anyone who can guide me through the procedure, how long is the post surgical recovery and how can i get back my length back.

Did you find this site as you were already concerned about the implant, or have you become concerned since reading the information here? I think you should only have it removed if you were already worried about how things were going and didn\'t like the implant. As much as I\'m opposed to the implant, I don\'t like the idea of the posts at this forum scaring people into having it removed. There has been the odd success story after all.

I haven\'t had the implant myself, but I think pain and swelling are still fairly normal at this point. I\'m unsure about the sharpness close to the glans and obviously infection becomes a worry if the edge is sharp enough to damage the tissue.

Thanks for the replies...

I have not contacted him but when I do I\'m removing the implant at the medical center not in his office. I will pay the extra 2.5k fee and extra if I have to remove the scar tissues or anything else.

The thing is I don\'t want to go under again after the Removal. I just one to do it once and move to stretching and Hanging hopefully PMMA.

Dr. Elist is not a plastic surgery from my guess..

Will wait for Dr. Camacho reply and cost if he will do it. Probable have to go down there for consultation.

From ready this board I\'m thinking of removing my implant from Dr. Elist. The silicone on the right side behind the gland tore a a little bit, harden and is putting pressure against the inner shaft of my penis. I sometime feel is rubbing against my shaft and sometime it doesn\'t. It\'s not noticeable when Flaccid, noticeable during mid Erection and not during full Erection. I have contacted Dr. Camacho asking if he would remove the implant for me and any other scar tissue etc... Once removed I like to start streching and Hanging for 6 months and move into PMMA. I seriously do not trust Dr. Elist removing the implant because I feel he will just remove it and not clean any scare tissue or anything else that will hinder my penis length.

What do you guys think?

Unforunately, the best person to remove it is him even though you can\'t trust him. Did you contact him for Removal and did he say he will charge or not? Typically, he removes it for free knowing it is a failure. He will try to convince you to keep it or to fix it or replace it, don\'t do it! Stress to him that you want ALL the scar tissue removed too.

It is possible to find some one who has done it before but he will be more expensive so do your search carefully.

Take your time and let us know how it goes!

The best of luck to you.

Last year, I and another Elist victim (Richard I believe) tried to post our experiences on one of these so-called legitimate medical sites, only to have them mysteriously disappear. I tried repeatedly and they would only stay up for a day or so before vanishing
The idea that men can be led down such a golden path into the mouth of a monster is terrifying....
Even if one were to make a perfunctory effort in his search for the Elist implant, he would find find the countless horror stories attached to it on our site and a few others. And if that were the case, I can\'t believe that anyone would consider the implant as a possible solution from that time foreward.
I know that if I had come across even one horror story (back in 2009), I would never have considered it.
Actually, that\'s not true...One horror story came up just before my implant appointment. The case is infamously referred to as the \"Implant disaster\". Without going into too many specifics, this patient (located in Dubai) ended up almost losing his penis. He was courageous enough to video the horrible results and post them online.
Dr. Elist, of course, explained this way away by reaching into his bag of tricks and pulling out his greatest hit of all (blaming it on the patient). Which seemed even less believable because this particular patient in question happend to be a licensed physician.
I of course believed this excuse because i wanted to....Never underestimate the power of denial.

Its your call, we have several documented cases in the boards where u can read how it went for all. Please spend 2 hours reading you will benefit from it.

Google: Dr Elist reviews There are nothing but positive reviews...

It\'s cases like these that have made me a more critical web user. If it\'s the same site we\'re both thinking of, take a closer look at the reviews, especially the ones that are clearly implant-themed. You be the judge if they are legit or not.

Yeah they are most likely from Elist, not authentic reviews from actual patients.

It\'s just bizarre there are not negative reviews posted on Google because this is the first place one will go if they want to do a \"background\" check on a Surgeon they are considering.
