The Implantee Manifesto Against Dr. Elist's Silicone Implant 11 years 7 months ago #1291521258

New the board......and I\'m scared guys. Really scared.

I was actually feeling pretty good about this, about 3 days ago. I\'m 3 weeks into the Elist implant and relatively speaking, have been without any pain or real discomfort. The GQ article did it for me. I went to the web site, read the reviews, looked at the YouTube videos and saw what I wanted to see. I have a Flaccid micropenis 2.5\" that turtles in, but EL about 5.5\". I thought this would do the trick for me.

Now I\'m contemplating having it removed now. I can\'t afford to lose any more EL. Would anyone give this a chance and not have it immediately removed?

@JohnnyLovely - I believe that Dr. Alter has removed the implant, but I may be mistaken.

@Prezzjr - There are some guys on here who have had the implant. I think the majority of them have had it removed. Really, I am unsure about how long you have to wait to have it removed after receiving it, but given the track record, I would not personally trust it. With Removal you are going to run the risk of scarring, due to the implant. Elist actually says the scarring is a benefit. Spin doctor.

@Johnny Lovely. I got in contact with Dr. Alter\'s office. They\'ve done a number of removals, since the GQ article came out. That\'s who I am going with.

@briceb. Dr. Alter and I are going to discuss options next week. I think the thought process is Removal ASAP, but I\'ll know more after speaking to him. Definitely the longer it stays in, the longer the risk of scarring. Psychologically for me now, I need it out.

@hoddle 10. A silicone implant is a completely stupid idea, agreed. For some reason, I bought the idea that it conforms to your body eventually, and at some point becomes unnoticeable. I heard what I wanted to hear from him, and that stupid GQ article, which made it seem like this was a no brainer and everyone is doing it. I should have seen the signs. The data and story didn\'t reconcile. GQ said no sexual intercourse for 3-6 months. The initial phone discussion I had was 4-6 weeks. The post op said 4-8 weeks. Which was it? Flaccid gains, was it immediate or does it take time for \'gravity\' to do it\'s work? Again, the story always changed.

I have to agree. Email these people and let them know how irresponsible this was.

Just asking.

Everyone here, especially former Elist patients, ought to make use of those links/addresses ASAP.

Reading it in GQ can legitimize this procedure in the minds of many clueless guys who may or may not come across this forum.

It\'s actually really absurd.

The best man to remove the implant and reduce damage is Elist himself. He gave me a good Removal.
Its gonna cost you over 4 k anyway, so why not pay it to Elist ? other doctors dont have the same experience.

Sent an email to Dr. Solomon who removed bostonman5555

Well, I do have a 4 in scar across my pubic bone area 1 in above the base of my penis where Dr. Elist inserted the implant. I was not expecting that he told small incision. I know Elist is not a plastic surgeon but Dr. Solomon is. Maybe he can clear it up a bit better.

Well send a email to Dr. Alter soon haven\'t seen a post of him removing Elist implant.

Haven\'t been on this site for quite a while. Still.seeing guys going thru this surgery with Dr Elist the Butcher of Beverly Hills. I remember reading about the guy from Dubai & still ignored the cautions, but there wasn\'t as many negative stories out here as there is now.

Thing is, even tho my erect penis size was 5x5, I could live with that, I use to have good sex with my gf, problem was my flaccid length. I couldn\'t stand how small it was since I\'m a grower.

I rather have a flaccid penis that\'s 5 inches in length & not much growth than a damn small ass 2.5 inch in length flaccid penis. I would never have met this psychotic doctor if I had a flaccid 4 to 5 inch penis.

My insecurities & embarrassments drove me into his hands & scalpel.

I hope he gets sued & goes out of business. Knowing this clown, he will open another business in another country for desperate men.

Hello all, I\'m new to the site and am very glad I seen this before I got any kind of surgery. It seems like enlists rigid implant isn\'t a good option. What kind of horror stories have come from the alloderm or belloderm implanting? Also, has anyone heard of anyone working on a more dynamic implant such as a saline or silicone filled implant that wraps around the penis and becomes rigid when the penis is Erect? This seems like it would solve the problems from both the enlist and grafting implants.

you paid $13k for implant, have no pain or discomfort, read some threads and now want it out? doesn\'t make any sense to me..........yet

I think you ought to at least try and see what happens - you\'ve already bit the bullet - why not follow instructions, take it easy and see how it turns out?
