I'd reach out to Androfill -- if their Primary Care Physicians don't offer it, they will have a short list of qualified practitioners who can. If I'm not mistaken, Dr. Greta has a Urological background (and is based out of London), so she may very well be able to do this, but you'll want to consult with them directly (ask for Francis).
