Thanks for sharing. does Bellafill, PMMA, And Linnea Avanti have plastic in it? Also, how does Avanti Derma get the hard stuff so inexpensive? I know HA and PMMA is extremely pricey but I was reading Linnea is made in Brazil. How does the plastic long term impact the penis and have the facilities in Brazil been vetted?

Think of it as acrylic-like (so I suppose plastic-like), and they are in the form of microspheres suspended in a carrier gel (that gets absorbed by the body). The microspheres are encapsulated with your body's collagen, and that's how the girth is made.

I'm not sure of any recent review or audits of the manufacturer, the process, or the facilities, but I do know what studies I have read on it shows that its particle size variation is very comparable to Bellafill and thus ideal for neocollagenesis. There has been no reports of recall that I'm aware of.

Medical Tourism is popular because both Cosmetic Medicine AND materials/fillers are less expensive abroad (but not necessarily less in quality). That's why Mexico, Turkey, Thailand, and others are often visited for dental work, hair transplants, and straight up plastic surgery. This explains why it's less expensive with Avanti Derma, but there is no drop off in quality, that much is for sure.

How many weeks you will use your stretcher after BellaFill?

You got BellaFill only on the ontop of the shaft or also on the backside as Dr Rupeka does?

got a bit lost in the wash and i got a bit rambly, ask my question here; for PMMA or PCL, is there a consensus on wrapping while you sleep, either with standard gauze or something like a urowrap?
Specifically wondering if the compression required to prevent retraction would yield a negative result, whether through squeezing out too much filler, OR, causing an odd shape. I know for me when I pump and do my trial run of post-PE wrapping, I can maintain a really good shape and avoid retraction with 3 layers of urowrap (basically pretending the post pump edema is PMMA carrier)

I feel like during the day, alternate between using the weighted ball noose stretcher, and massaging, and when it's bedtime, throw on some urowrap, drink a shitload of water so you're woken up every 2 hours to piss - and after you piss, remove and discard the wrap, heat, massage, slap on a fresh wrap, grab another 2 hours of sleep.

I'm a pretty chaotic but heavy sleeper so a donut pillow and stomach sleeping isn't going to happen. Side sleeping with a solid wrap, however, would.

Is this a sound idea and if not, why not so that i can remove other similar ideas off the list?

So I've scheduled my 1st ever filler - AD PMMA appointment for next month, and I'm all into preparations now.

For stretching - would any recommend the Silistretcher? if not, any other new recommendations? Will also get the still-on systems stretcher, seems like a good option for non-vac.
For Erections - Cialis will play a role here.
Massaging - I plan on using only clean washed hands, and HOT towels as @Texas keeps on recommending.
Wrapping - what are the current conclusions on that?
Would be glad to hear if I missed anything critical.

wrap lightly as not compress the material out but keep edema down and your penis lengthened. one, no more than 2 layers of cock wrapping. My preference was always baby bandages size A. urowrap looks to be close to the same thing.
