Hi gents, it's been a while since I've posted anything. I had round 5 of Bellafil this past May 29, 2024 and this time I took the train into New York (only an hour and a half for me) and tried out Dr.
Shafer. He is a top notch plastic surgeon who has a specialty in penis fillers. Just FYI, The
Shafer Clinic is really the Ferrari of cosmetic surgery in NY so the service is top notch as is the price. It was about $7K for about 4 ml's. About 25% more in cost than my previous procedures in Atlanta. I'm an old bird at 58 so not having to travel with a no stress procedure appeals to me. Certainly not for everyone's wallet. But the procedure went well. I was a bit nervous because Dr. S uses a cannula which I had read about and it sounded awful. The upside is there was much less bleeding and seemingly even less aftercare concerns. I do have more lumpiness than normal at the base but I've grown to accept the consequences of
PMMA and you just get used to it.
I wanted to point out, again, that each visit I've been limited to 5 syringes, or about 4 ml's due to my small size. I've been stretching and
Hanging for 2 years now. I estimate
I've gained a half
Inch to three quarters of an
Inch in length. Probably somewhere in between. It's hard to say since my initial measurements weren't totally accurate. But in any case, my length dictates much smaller procedural doses than most of you guys get. I say this to emphasize that with smaller doses of Bellafil, the aftercare is so minimal as to
be almost non existent at this point. I primarily get hard and massage during the day, sleep on my side and stomach at night and don't think about that much anymore. I do apply very warm wet towels for heated massage, but quite frankly, if the product is spread out adequately during the procedure, you don't need heat. I've always slept with a body pillow because my back is a catastrophe, so it makes it easy to sleep partially sideways and on my stomach.
Oh, I use size A Tubigrip for aftercare bandaging, and it's easy to buy online. I use 4 layers of wrap but that's only for the first couple of days of aftercare. I'm so small and
have considerable retraction so only plaster of paris could prevent me from retracting like I do. So during the day (and I start at about 6 am), I try to get hard as often as I can and massage often. I up my
Cialis dosage to 5 mgs. I take half that normally. Pro-tip: I had taken PT 141 a couple of times during aftercare, but the company has a special
patent now and it's extraordinarily expensive to buy. About $1,000 now from what I researched. So I don't buy it anymore. I used to get it for almost nothing at my clinic. PT 141 will keep you rock hard for 5 to 7 hours. Not pleasant and nerve wracking. But if I were getting large doses like some of you and were concerned about retraction, it's a good way to go. You're not supposed to take more than 1 dose over 48 hours so it can get a bit dicey. I reserved taking the peptide for day 3 when I telt the set up was getting close to finalizing. It's just another arrow in your quiver for aftercare.
Hope some of this information was useful. The main point is, if you're seriously concerned about aftercare, stay with small doses and spread it out over time. You have to
be extremely patient. I've been going for probably 2 years now, 5 visits, a total of 25 syringes. Most of you guys have probably gotten that dosage in 1 to 2 visits. So aftercare is extremely vital. I've also spent enough money for a sizable down payment on a home in CT, so that's something else to consider. But as Dr. C in Atlanta likes to say, "how long have you had your penis for?". If you waited this long, you can be patient for another few years and not risk fucking up the only
Dick you have.
