@Dbrphallo

@Topic hot wet rags
So when I understood correct: Better to use them only in the first days IF there is some irregularity.
If there is NO irregularity - just do the normal general massage all 3 hours. Right?

Not in my opinion. I would use them either way for the first few days to ENSURE that no irregularities pop up why be defensive when you can offensive.

You want to go ahead and be doing it either way in order to prevent irregularities. It helps the filler "settle" more evenly.

Ok so you do all 3 hours the hot massage. I m just wondering why the doctors do not recommend this.

So is this fine: Water + tea maker/ormicrowave + after the water is hot you to it on a small rag.
Then you massage with the hot water rag in direction glans. OR when there is irregularity you try to correct it.

You want to take a washcloth or hand towel, put it in a bowl of water, then microwave it for 10 to 20 seconds. You want it very warm but not HOT. We don't want you to burn your penis.

There's a memory trick to help you remember everything: 3, 3, 3 and 30. The 30 is soaking (in a warm tub or with the wet washcloth method) for 30 minutes. You then do the rolling exercise for 3 minutes each in both the Flaccid and Erect states. You do this 3 times a day for 3 days. You do NOT want to massage your penis for 3 straight hours.

Keep in mind that these are the aftercare instructions we give at Rejuvall that are specific to Dr. Carney's injection technique, so I can't guarantee it will give you the same great results if you went to someone else who uses a different technique. You always want to follow the aftercare instructions your provider gave you, and if you want to add in anything different you need to discuss it with your provider first. I hope that helps!

A lot of doctors recommend that hot water rags method.
Always in person. Never written on a paper.
But well, I ll do it in a next session.

I only always was wondering.. why this should be good - when hot tubs are not allowed. I was always worried to make something wrong with too hot water.. in general. Even with shower: Not too hot, Not too cold. Always medium.

OK, let's wrap this topic up on here or move to a new thread.

Bottom line:l. It is very recommended. I have done it, as have others on here and we documented how it works.
If you are worried at all, then you should not use this method.

Hello, everyone. I had my third Juvederm Volux procedure on Monday. The swelling was greater from this procedure and I was told not to massage for 3-5 days. I have some Foreskin so always get a bit of a donut. I’d like to massage it out a bit more to make to even, but the product doesn’t seem to move at all even with strong pressure.

Any tips for massaging Juvederm? Heat or no heat? Techniques?

Thanks!

Like Texas and Rejuvall said, use the hot wet rags through the 3 to 5 day settling period. I've always done that during day 2 through 5. I don't touch my D the first day because it's too painful and still oozing and the Belafil doesn't start to set up until around day 3 anyways. For my last round, round 6, I didn't use anything. Just lots of massage and erections.

For the heck of it, I always put collagen powder into my protein shake before and after a treatment. I also make a lot of chicken soup, because the chicken bones, tendons and ligaments have a lot of collagen. Probably doesn't make a difference, but it makes me feel better :lol:

Hello all, does somebody have experience with both HA (more specifically Volux) and PMMA? How does the aftercare differ between the two? Would appreciate any input.

There isnt to much aftercare to be done with HA. its a weak product that you arent going to want to mess with much.

PMMA is permanent, thus making the aftercare routine paramount.

@ Permanency: Whats also interesting - Dr. C says PMMA is permanent. And also I thought this is an absolute clear fact.

But:
Now at my appointment with Dr Rupeka some weeks ago, he said: Its 10 years / „nobody really knows“. Also his newest webpage Youthology-penis.com - talks about 10 years.

( I understand why some doctors say 5 years.. cause the FDA report was only 5 years and so on … yes yes, but in fact its simply permanent - sure I know )
… And because of this I m wondering about this „new number“ 10 years on Rupekas new homepage.
The webpage: youthology-penis.com

Please see responses (by me, Dr. Sullivan, and Dr. Rupeka) here --> https://phalloboards.info/forum/general-discussion/10156405-is-pmma-really-permanent-dr-rupeka-youthology-penis-com.html

Let's try and not repost topics/inquiries in multiple threads, especially ones that don't pertain to the subject at all (example: this topic is about Aftercare, and your question pertains to the lifespan of PMMA filler). I know you're trying to get answers, but you just created a separate topic about the same thing, just have some patience and the Community will eventually come around to chiming in :)

I‘m based in europe and planning to go with doctor Horn in brussels because uk is to much of a hussle. There‘s a lot of reports of him just putting the filler in one place and leaving the rest to the patient. When would you recommend to start molding with HA?
