Yes, pumping so soon after can move the PMMA (i guess i heard it moves it towards head?)

Forgot how long to wait, some people speculated about that (was it 6 months?)

I was wondering the same thing but with HA. How long should I wait until I can pump?

Hi everyone. I recently got 10ml of Juverderm XC HA on Friday, so about 3 days ago. I probably should have done this earlier, but is there any aftercare I should be doing? Like wrapping my D with elastic tape or something to make sure everything settles well and is symmetrical etc. Any insights would be much appreciated. I saw the first post in this thread but couldn't make out much of what the steps to be taken are, and if those would apply to me. I'm hoping I won't be too late in taking those steps for ensuring consistent healing and settling. Thanks.

I’ve had a lot of HA. Honestly I think less is more if it was initially placed evenly. I wore tubigrip which kept it from retracting. I’d wear that for 3 weeks . Don’t jerk off aggressively for a month in my opinion. No Cock rings for 6 weeks. If it looks lumpy or uneven try getting it warm with wash clothes and roll it between your hands. Good luck

Thanks for the response. Out of interest, any tips for how you wore tubigrip? Did you get Erect before putting it on and then wrapping rather tightly, or putting it on whilst flacid?

You want to put the tubigrip on while Flaccid. However, since you've passed the 3-day mark you shouldn't really need it as the swelling should have subsided by now and the filler is now "set." If you have any unevenness, you can try rolling your shaft between your hands after soaking in a warm tub for 30 minutes. You want to roll for 3 minutes, 3 times a day in both the Flaccid and Erect states. We usually recommend doing this for just the first 3 days after a filler procedure since the filler usually is where it's going to stay after 3 days.

Is the warm tub only recommended after the initial 3 day mark?

Yes, you want to do the warm tub/rolling for the first 3 days. You can continue doing it after that (it's safe to do so), but you probably won't get much more benefit from it since the filler has already "settled" by the end of that time.

Aftercare response: Hi all. Generally speaking, I would only use hot water to massage if the product was uneven on inspection. But during aftercare with each of my 6 rounds of bellafil, I really never had to worry about that so much because both Dr. Carney and then Dr. Shafer did a great job with the injections and moulding. But again, I had small amounts of product injected each time so the aftercare wasn't as critical. But if you need to massage and mould the product into place, I used Texas's protocol of rags in hot water, or microwaved to get to a sufficiently warm temperature. I found the bath didn't stay hot enough for long enough. So the wet rag technique was much more efficient.

With respect to sleeping on your stomach with donuts, I had tried those neck pillows you use on an airplane. I had bought a few of them and taped them together. But I found
it was too cumbersome and just didn't work. So I used body pillows which I normally use to sleep with anyways. You can just put the body pillow on either side of your junk. Pretty simple. I only needed one body pillow since I don't have the lenght that most guys have. So for average to larger guys, consider using 2 body pillows. Way more comfortable and you can actually sleep like that. And I would agree about not sleeping on your back too much during the product setting up within the first 3 to 5 days.

Hope this helps.

Thanks @Dbrphallo for the support of the methods.

I have talked about some of this until I am blue in face. There is NOOO amount of hot water or bathing that will do what a microwaved hot (wet) rag will when i comes to getting the heat up enough to mold this stuff and feel better about your look.

and I hate that i even have to constantly add: I ran this past my surgeon ( Carney ) who agreed and even used this same method.

Yep! We have actually updated our aftercare instructions to include the hot/wet washcloth method if someone can't get in a tub for whatever reason.

Also a good method:
2 rubber ring for swimming stuck them togheter. One of them you blow maximum air in. In the second one on top: You blow not that much air in - to have a bit stability when you sleep on it. Also: With the second one you can modify a bit how much you need for your length. (A bit more air if you need it for your length)

At the end: You make on both of that rubber ring a fitted sheet so that you feel comfortable
