Hey guys, sorry I haven\'t responded I\'ve been a bit wrapped up with christmas etc.
Things are much the same. It is not the worse thing in the world, the aesthetics looks good, no one really realises. The only issue for me is the softness and how it moves down the shaft when penetrating.
I had sex with a girl I was seeing and took a viagra. I felt really hard and lasted an extremely long time. It was a great performance compared to normal standards. When she questioned me and asked me if I had taken viagra, I said yes and she was a little annoyed (I know her well enough to be honest about these things) She said she would prefer if I hadn\'t and that I had been harder before with her. This makes me think that she was feeling the softness around the firm Erection underneath. Obviously, it add size even though the added size is softer but it made me realise how important it is to have a firm feeling penis. That is a turn on to a women. My only concerns are the accordion effect and the softness. glad to hear your okay, definitely go to Dr C, he will be be able to tell you what's inside and should be able to mitigate any issues with PMMA.

Thanks for the great update and I'm glad that you are doing better and have a more positive outlook toward it.
Both the options you are considering (partial Circumcision and visiting dr.C) seems very solid to me.

That\'s odd because the only filler I\'ve ever heard described that way (a softer layer over the hard tunica) has been some cases with HA ... never heard of that from PMMA. I\'d definitely try to find out what it is before proceeding with anything else.

It\'s hard to say. I think there is definitely some noticeable decrease that I think was from swelling. There is one kind of elongated lump on the underside which I think is from the filler being placed too superficially. It feels trapped right under the first layer of skin. I can\'t pinch the skin away from it in the same way I can the rest of the shaft. This has got more noticeable which I think is from the swelling going. The filler still feels squishy but ts hard to describe. It almost feels like my skin has stretched and is baggier around my shaft. The new filler is then stuck under the baggier skin which makes the movement more noticeable. I don\'t know why the skin has got baggier though. Maybe it\'s from having my HA dissolved just before the treatment.

I\'m agree with @naginati. You definitely need to talk with Dr.A as well as with some other unbiased surgeon.

Hi guys, a little update. So yesterday I went to see Dr Suks Minhas a Urologist here in London. He was an extremely nice guy. He said that it would be very hard to remove the filler because it has fused with the skin and that if I wanted to remove the small lump it would mean cutting off the lump and the skin that surrounds it and sewing the skin either side back together. Both seem like drastic measures for what is really something that isn't noticeable. He advised against both and said he didn't really notice anything and if I hadn't have told him he wouldn't have noticed. He did say he would refer me to have an MRI on the NHS which might give me a bit more of a sense of where the filler is injected etc. He seemed to think the lump was a result of the filler being injected intradermaly (actually into the skin layer) rather than underneath. I guess because it's in the skin layer it kind of bunches up into a lump and can't be massaged smooth into the surrounding space. This I would say is the most likely risk of injecting filler with a needle. All in all I am fine with it, no girl I have been with has noticed anything. The aesthetics are fine. I am noticing some slight firming up. Yesterday I had a wank and noticed that the filler felt a little firmer and not so soft so maybe there is some collagen growth starting to happen. I have attached some Flaccid photos which show the bunching and the lump and the general aesthetic. For those that are private messaging me, better to do it on here. Most of the information you're after is on this thread but to repeat, Dr. A used a needle not a cannula and used multiple injection sites with the needle.

the photos look great tbh and i\'m pretty sure from my own experience that the softness you feel is just swelling and you know, whatever it is that the water that accompanies swelling is called. it just takes time and each person takes time to settle differently.

why do you think injecting with a needle increases this risk of intradermal placement?

Because a needle travels through the layers of skin and will inject filler at whatever point the tip stops. If the Dr. doesn\'t push it in deep enough before injecting there is a chance the filler could end up actually between the layers of the skin rather than beneath it. As the needle method takes multiple injection sites it is constantly being pulled out and pushed back in, increasing the chance that it ends up in the wrong layer.

A cannula once under the skin will stay in that layer for the duration of the procedure. It is also easier to tell if the cannula is in the right layer as you can move it freely which you wouldn\'t be able to do if it was placed intradermally.
