TOPIC: Where is the HA injected? How much should I get?

I’m long and narrow, BPEL: 8” and EG: 4.75”

I’m looking at driving down for PhalloFILL in Dallas. I’m fairly certain I want to do this but there’s a couple hangups I’m having.

1. I’m not sure how much to get. I’d like to go from 4.75” to the 5.5” or possible as big as 5.75”. My understanding is that even thought that’s a modest gain my length might require more. How much should I be buying most likely?

2. Where does it get injected circumferentially? From my perspective looking down, I seem very narrow. From the side I look thicker. I’d like to look wider from the top while Erect. The ridge on the underside of my shaft is very distinct. My wife likes it. I’m worried about the filler obscuring that ridge. Do they inject in the underside at all?


In general I’ve had difficulty finding before and after photos of longer/thinner penises that were after a modest gain. I know everyone has their own reasons and motivations for what they set their goals at, so I don’t want to come off sounding like I think anyone’s goals are wrong. I’ve been looking at results off and on for a few months and it seems like most are trying to gain 1.5” to 2”, even shooting for 7”. For me personally that’s very extreme and undesirable (I mean just for myself and my wife). It seems like that often results in a rounded or kind of football-shaped or sometimes traffic-come aesthetic. Sometimes it looks like the fat pad is pulled up.

I haven’t been able to find much example of my situation so I don’t know what to expect. My shaft is fairly regular down the length, 5” base, 4.75” mid, 4.75” at the end. I’d like to stay that way, just thicker. I understand the filler will stop short of the head, but I’d like the rest of my shaft to stay a consistent thickness. Have I not looked hard enough for similar scenarios results, or is what I’m after uncommon, or is that rounded shape just what I should expect? Or… is it just that people with much large goals are the ones that tend to post photos?

I’m very close to pulling the trigger on this but I feel like I still don’t know what to expect—which makes me very anxious. Thanks for hearing me out.

Ok. Here’s my advice being about a year in. Go ahead and buy the 20 unit package. I was thickest at mid shaft before procedure at 5.5ish and right at 7” BPEL.

Your longer, but thinner than my starting. You’re going to probably need three rounds and the 20 unit package is the lowest overall price per unit ( and it used to lock in per unit pricing, ask if it still does) for units beyond 20. Tell them your goals and remind them again when you get there, the PhalloFILL folks are top notch and while I used the Houston location, the Dallas location IS the originator.

They prefer smaller fills and more trips. But figure at your length probably 7-8 units per trip. You’re looking for about .75 growth, 20 units will probably just get you there are your length.

Trip one and you’re going to be surprised……. And a month later you’re going to identify “trouble spots” that no one else can see, and you won’t have reached your goal yet.

Trip two, 4-7 weeks out , you’re going to have the. Address those “trouble spots” as well as overall Girth. This time you may wait as long as three months, and you’ve likely achieved your Girth goal at between 14-18 units. You’ve also had conversations with your XO , and test driven it a while. That discussion determined trip three.

Trip three, addressing any minor “trouble spots” again that only you can see ( you live with your tool every second, nobody else does) and depending on your conversation with the XO possibly further full fill.

While it may seem weird , try to lost before pics here , that will allow more people here to help chime in. Also, even weirder and something I wish I had done at before , during, and after, Buy a few “clone a Willy” kits and make a before model, and an after each round model. Given what you’re already spending on the procedure, a couple hundred for kits ( you’re going to need two kits per model based on length and Girth) is a drop in the bucket

Your mind is naturally going to adapt to the “new you” The tale of the tape and the model don’t lie .

Lastly you never said whether your a Grower or shower. If you have retraction issues , get a glans ring of sufficient weight . I’ve used king rings, but have also ordered from oxy-shop which is lower priced. I still think the king rings sizing kit is worth it to ensure you get the right diameter.

To answer your other questions , the are basically going to fill from 3-9 o’clock with bottom of your shaft “urethral ridge “ representing 6 o’clock. PhalloFILL doesn’t like to get to the undershaft with fillers. So your ridge should be fine. My XO loves the top of my glans and how it rubs against her gspot so I made sure there was a dividing line between filler and glas to maintain that near the glans.

The hardest part of the whole procedure is the initial stick with the lidocaine . Had I to do it over again ( and I will when I go to PMMA) I would get tattoo numbing cream and a box of condoms. A couple of hours before my appointment slather it on your tool and cover with a condom). Wait and hour, remove wash and rinse , then head you your appointment with a numb tool. On condoms, at 5.5 you need magnums, at 6.5 it’s a fight and uncomfortable for with magnums or durex xxl, you’re in custom condom territory.

Get an extra sleeve from PhalloFILL, or buy and extra on Amazon , The slightest nick and the sleeves have a tendency to tear with morning wood.

I agree with the above. For your initial fill plan on the 20. Also have in mind subsequent tweaks or touch ups.

As for the ridge, shape, etc, there is nothing we can do here to address that. Be very clear with the practitioner in the room with what you like, what you want, what you're hoping for.

There's plenty of long guys who have had filler over the years they're just obviously more rare the longer they are. Although it was PMMA, I seem to remember briceb being quite long. He eventually ended up going for more than mild but early on he had a pretty good mild enhancement.

Not sure what’s best for before pictures, but I tried to do “bone-pressed”. The clone a Willy is a really good idea. I have a very old one from years ago before I tried stretching and pumping, but I should get a new baseline.

Yep now send a pm to skeptical one who is the owner of the board and ask for full access.

From the pics you should be able to go 5.5 - 6 and still look totally natural very easily. The clone a Willy kit is the bomb when it comes to tracking progress.

Why does being a Grower or shower matter?

If you are a Grower, are you meant to put on the glans ring as soon as possible after the injections?

If you’re going to PhalloFILL then they will supply a sleeve that holds you at full Flaccid length for the first three weeks while filler stabilizes. After that, if you have strong retraction response you can end up with a “pig in a blanket” look when not Erect. A glans ring effectively continues to hold you at or close to full Flaccid length without the discomfort, irritation, or hassle of wearing the sleeve post three weeks.

With the filler, you will become more of a shower, but the point between circ scar and glans is somewhat difficult to fill, so this ares will retract giving the pig in a blanket look. All of these comments though are for Circumcised men, I have no experience with non circ men
