Medilook, no, I did not lose orgasm sensation--they are just as good. I do think I did some ED damage though with Jelqing and/or Hanging.

Dr Alter quoted a price for the vy reversal, fat Removal and scrotal dog ear Removal that was just too high, and they said I would have to stay in CA for 6 days. That\'s just not possible for me. I feel very depressed about this and my deformity. It\'s like the more I think about it, the more depressed I get. If I can avoid thinking about it, I\'m better off.

Yes Alter is very expensive. What about the insurance root?

You could go back to Solomon and ask about him just removing the fat lump.

How many tattoo sessions did you have?

The insurance reimbursement was probably remote, but the 6-day stay is the problem as well. I actually have a consult appt with Solomon next week. I hope he is agreeable to helping me-I sort of drove him crazy in 2009 after my surgery because of my anxiety and fear of Necrosis. He\'s actually quite talented, so I hope it works. Another crazy thought I had-do you think Giunta has any skill to remove fat? He knows me well, and I know he would agree to help me, and he\'s only a 3 hour car ride.
I only had one tattoo session. I know the artist warned that I would need a couple, but I\'ve given that up for now. I do want to check out that Microskin product. My scars are one of my many big problems.

After my fist tattoo session it totally faded. It was great for the first couple of weeks, but by the time I went back for the second session it was back to normal. It took 3 sessions for the pigment to take.

I know of a guy who had his fat removed by Giunta and was pleased. Theoretically all he has to do is make and incision and flip the skin so he has access to the fat. He can then trim it right down. He should try and leave a think layer to ensure he doesn\'t damage the fascia. He could be a good option. If you were having more than fat Removal I\'d say only see an experienced reconstructive Urologist. But the main thing in your case is to get rid of the horrible lump. You can make other improvements that are non surgical, such as tattooing and hair Removal.

Btw you don\'t need to worry about the laser going any damage. It can leave the skin feeling red for a few days, but it\'s nothing major. They will do a small test spot beforehand to make sure your skin can handle it.

Update: I consulted with Giunta and Solomon. Both agreed to do the scrotoplasty with fat Removal. Solomon is more expensive than Giunta, but I feel more confident with him, especially since he did my last procedure, so I\'ll be going with him. I\'m looking forward to my progress and have hope

Good luck!

Btw before you had Necrosis, you\'d already had several FFT treatments. Were you reasonably happy with these?

Thanks, they were able to squeeze me in on Monday. Yes, I did have a few FFT treatments before my Necrosis in 1998, but it was so long ago. I remember not being satisfied with the results due to very quick loss thereby not meeting my goal of evening out the shaft. This is the only reason I kept getting more treatments, but didn\'t realize the lurking and danger I put myself in with each treatment with the threat of that horrible Necrosis

Out of surgery, it\'s 12:30 Pm Et. I\'ll try to post pics soon. One thing I noted..one of the reasons Solomon is more expensive is because the surgery is at a real surgery center instead of a doctor\'s office setting, like some docs. I think that\'s a good thing because they\'ll be prepared for any complications. Geez, I hope this is the last time I\'m sliced open like a piece of meat.

Good luck with your recovery. I hope you get the result you want. You deserve it after all you\'ve gone through.

Did Solomon say how he thought it went?
