The magic happened when I went the second time, Dr Koo was really good to me and he made sure I left very happy and he not only corrected my gap at the base by adding a thicker style graft that he trimmed customized to match esthetically, but he made my girth around the neck area just under the glans much bigger too with the same thicker but trimmed graft. Get on his good side because im telling you he is really really skilled at what he does. It's actually hard for me to explain to exactly what he did better than this, I left it up to him to take care of it, like you don't go and tell a master chef how to cook right ? My style was just to explain my issue and let him do his job. People should respect a master to do his job as he knows best. Trust me on this advice it's critical to respect someone who has years and years of experience + high skill.

Dude, it's great to see your success story, especially after reading here on this forum about two sad stories of complications with fillers. I can clearly see your happiness in your words and it brought me good energy.

Of everything I've seen so far about penis enlargement, this procedure you underwent was the one that caught my attention the most and gave me confidence. I'm a little envious of you for being able to fulfill this wish, because it's one of the things I really want to improve my confidence and self-esteem, since I have other aspects of my body/appearance that bring me down - solving one of them would already give me a better outlook on life. I hope that one day - not too far away, because I'm not so young anymore and time flies - I can do this for myself.

No fillers in the glans for me, I never liked the idea to be honest, but this latest round I did Dr koo made the end of my penis just under and around the glans look bigger. It's funny seeing a woman struggling a bit to give me head because of it lol.

The length returns almost completely after 3-4 months. But as I always say girth is king. If I get off my fat ass and go to the gym that would be awesome to make my dick look even longer. I'm super happy you are completely correct!

About the pictures you should get your self a sub on here man, they say a picture is a thousand words. But sometimes even the pictures won't do justice to the actual result.
I have noticed many people who get more girth feel that it looks shorter in pictures after, that might actually be a thing of distortion of perception in some cases.
