TOPIC: Bicboyanaconda's journey to South Korea Proud Urology

Hi guys, around mid February 2025 I decided to reach out to James at Proud Urology, in regards to a gap I had at the base of my penis. This gap was completely my fault because I didn't manage my finances well when I first visited South Korea. Basically to cut a long story short in August 2023 when i visited South Korea my credit cards were very limited in purchasing power (due to strict bank max allowance per day in none EU countries where i live). I just about managed to buy 5x8cm megaderm graft but in actual fact I should have got at least a 10cm or 12 cm graft.

So fast forward to today, I recently revisited South Korea and on the 21 of April 2025 I went to correct the 4 cm gap! And I am here to spill the beans and tell you folks how it went... Because it wasn't just the gap we fixed...

It all begins early morning in Seoul 21 of April 2025, After a short wait I get to see my old friend James, it's all very familiar and such a nice buzzing of people carrying out their daily tasks and patients arriving and having a seat. Yet there is a very relaxed vibe in there too, I really liked it. I went in for some quick blood work when I was called, to screen for anything that would be of concern pre procedure.
After joining James in his office we went over the questionnaire regarding penis health and general health.

We spent a while discussing how to tackle the gap and get me some extra Girth if possible. But it was made clear to me that filling the gap and adding another "fresh" layer on top of it was not recommended as its very risky. The clinic uses safe practices based on experience, which is very good and probably why they have such a good track record.

So finally James goes out for a while only to return with Dr Koo after several minutes in the office, I was so glad to see him again it was a very friendly respectful atmosphere. Guys you have to understand that even though I was returning to correct something, it was so amazing my first experience at Proud Urology. The result for me to experience such a large increase in penile size, and it was all thanks to Dr Koo and his surgical team doing such a great job for me back in 2023. So from my point of view there is definitely a lot of gratitude and respect based on my first hand experience at this clinic.

When I spoke with the doctor, I could feel that he already had a very good understanding of what I needed and wanted. That shows how well James explained my side to debrief Dr Koo as well as the doctors own knowledge of my case based on his vast experience. Just feels like your in good capable hands. Also this is just my opinion obviously after meeting Dr Koo in person a second time, he is a remarkable person. He is very good at what he does, he exudes a calm confidence and he is a very good man who is very intelligent well spoken and understanding. Definitely the kind of doctor you want on your team doing your procedure.

James and I had discussed in messages and in person, that I was interested in extra Girth but I was concerned about the shape of my penis and the glans being smaller than the shaft. In particular being able to support any extra Girth in that area (due to the chili pepper shape). We ended up going with fixing the gap at the base and also adding another layer on top of the previous layer right under the glans where it's the thinnest part (neck) area.

So once medically I was cleared and healthy it was time to pay up and go get ready for the procedure.

Effectively now my penis would undergo 4 steps 1) Recercumcision - mandatory
2) 2 pieces of grafts one at the base (4cm) and one at the neck (2cm) respectively.
3) PRF Treatment
4) 10ml of megafill

And so it did, this time the procedure lasted just over an hour. And this time around because I got re-circumcized it looked a lot more bruised than the last time. Don't panic it's normal in adult circumsiecion, it will look really bruised and swollen for a week or more. It is something you just have to accept because it's part of the healing stage.
After the procedure, the guys there take you to your own room to rest and regain your lucidity.

Once I had recovered enough I could literally stand and walk carefully with out too much discomfort. James and a nurse accompanied me just to take a quick tutorial of the bandage being applied and as this time because I got Recercumcision it had a few extra steps to it. It included paraffine gauze dressings which are very important so that the bandage doesnt stick to the circumsiecion scar/stiched site because that could cause bleeding when you try to remove it.

The guys were really great at showing me and explaining everything I needed to do, Gave me lots of gauze, bandage supplies and medication. I was very very well taken care of.

So with that I went home and now back to my every day life 28 full days have passed since my procedure. And very soon I will be trying it out in like a week or two

In the following days I will put up some pictures from very early days were it looked really bruised (keep in mind all adult Circumcision's look pretty narly at first)
And some pictures of week 2 and 3. And finally I will make very recent ones, with Flaccid and Erect measurements.

So you will be able to go at the beginning of the thread to see how it was before I did anything, my first journey and this latest one and see the full difference from beginning until today.

And I will be explaining my experience and my satisfaction with this latest procedure on the 21 of April 2025!

(These are the Before pictures): Here are some pictures I have taken around the end of march 2025 roughly 4 weeks before my latest procedure on the 21st of April. It's to show what the issue was due to the gap.

These pictures will (Before procedure) showing a spectrum of Erect to completely Flaccid, 40% Erect, 60% Erect and 80%. As you can see the more Erect the more the gap shows. This is why its very important you have a clear understanding what size graft you will need based on your Erect length, and that you make sure you have the funds to buy the correct size for you penis. That was my mistake so please learn from my error!

Another thing I would like to add is that as you can see from the pictures Flaccid you could not notice a gap, and standing up it was less visible than when sitting down with legs apart. The gap didn't actually bother my wife, at least she never mentioned it or complained during sex. But after a year or so I just said to my self I want to take care of it, plus it was an excuse to visit south Korea again

Also as you can see in the pictures I have a curvature to the left, which funnily enough wasn't so obvious once I had done my first procedure because my penis was shorter for the first 3-4 months. But gradually all my length retuned along with the curve.

Hey hey! Good to hear from you and congratulations on going in for round 2. Man, I like your write up! If I wasn’t so far away and had not undergone the PMMA with Avanti Derma, I would have gone with Proud Urology based mainly on your review HA!
How much was each round (USD)?
Also, I’m assuming that the mandatory re-Circumcision is kind of like a de-gloving process to insert the grafts, is that correct?
I know you mentioned that this round also included injections of filler - how do go about making sure you’re making adjustments of the material with the graft also being inserted? And I can’t imagine how painful it might be with the new cuts to the Circumcision. How long did you stay after the procedure?
If you could expand on that, that’d be awesome. Otherwise, congrats on new gains! I’m sure your wife is gonna love it even more.

The first round was about 6500 dollars, this last round 5000 dollars, its basically a 5x6 graft cut into two pieces 4cm for the base gap and 2cm just beneath the head of the penis to add sine girth where it chili peppers a bit or thinner to be be blunt.

I didn't stay long at all this time, I had to do this literally over a weekend, and my flight is crazy long hours...17+ hours man, it was grueling but no pain no gain it toughens you up. So let's discuss the circumsiecion, anyway you look at it...it wont be fun because you should not try to have sex at least 5 weeks have passed...preferably 6 weeks and even then carefully with lube.
The pain was a bit higher this time im not gonna act all macho about it, but it was bearable. You really have to have the mindset that your in a process that will require time to heal, your main concern is to rest and feed well, keep clean and look after your bandage keep safe and disinfected. Once you pass week two you practically in the clear if you have no serious pain, swelling with deep redness or fever.

Like I have done this twice! and im ok... what else can I say. My erections are strong already, but I don't want to rush like the last time and have a stich pop or what ever because im so close to the finish line now.

But gains wise at this point its pretty nice, basically we fixed the gap at the base and addressed over all shape of my penis.
The loose foreskin I had before around the glans was utilized to encase my glans along with part of the graft around my glans. Its like my glans has a polo-neck around it now or like a jacket lapel if you catch my drift.

Literally before round 2 it was like erect the base (gap area was like 5.1-5.2 inches) and 5.8 -5.9 inches at the thickest part of the base the middle was like 5.5-5.6 and near the head 5.1- 5.2 depending on how hard I was (had some issues sometimes because of smoking and lack of sleep).

Now just flaccid its like 5.5 inches at the base thickest, and 5.3 mid and 5 near the head. I wanna take a guess from measuring a bit when I had erections. Erect base is way over 6 inches, bordering 6.3inches almost. the middle around 6 inches to 5.8 inches and near the head around 5.5 inches. The doctor managed to make the area around the head much bigger now. You guys will be able to give me your opinions too when you see the next pictures I post.

All I can say is that I really like the shape of it now, and its very thick. I need some more time to heal... because I really don't wanna be popping stiches this time. I will get to 100% healed or close to it and then start showing you guys how great it is now.

What I am really looking forward to is how its going to feel during penetration with this bigger head surface area I have now, its quite sensitive also so I would imagine I will be able to feel more inside hehe. Imagine hitting her G spot with the head of your penis (every single strike) how amazing that would feel.

Guys I will describe every detail as best I can when the time is right, and with lots of pictures. The erect ones probably by this weekend.

And just please notice how most of the curve is gone again! I really love that ! Lets hope the losing the curve in my penis wont be temporary heh!!

Look how beautifully it healed and I am 34 days post procedure! That's why I say don't panic how it looks in the start after circumsiecion ! You have to trust the healing process. I personally think it looks wonderful and that Dr Koo did an amazing job for me. God bless the man! He hit a home run for me again!

And Finally look at how the area around the glans is so much girthier than before. That is so cool, oh my word that's what I wanted it to look like my entire life! I really really like it ! And my wife does too!

My erections are very good at least for my age! They are rock hard when I need to have sex. But to make erect pictures just for showing here, it requires lube, concentration and masturbation lol And I will tell you right now none of those things are my forte

All in all guys I have been twice to Proud Urology in South Korea. Once almost 2 years ago and it was a great result then too..

But this time I am over the moon with joy, Needless to say I owe a big thanks to James the clinics liaison for all his help and taking care of me while I was at the clinic and how perfectly he relayed to Dr Koo what I wanted.

But seriously words cannot do justice to how appreciative I am to Dr Koo for doing such a great job for me, in my books the man is a genius. Thanks so much!

Well I have officially tried to have sex with my latest upgrade. Felt like my wife was a virgin again lol. I am loving the thickness around the head and neck area. I am truly enormous right now. I have to go very slow because th wife is not used to this, neither. Am I for that matter

What I also noticed is that I am lasting alot longer than before. I can go for 30 minutes no problem now. But the best part is the absolute girthiness I have now through out the entire penis base to glans.

The pictures I have posted do not really do it justice because their all from the top view and I'm focusing
on showing the measurements and how much it has healed. I think when you get much thicker like I have the pictures should be taken from a distance to show perspective. Maybe I should use a telescope, jussssst kidding
