As someone who has had Ellanse, I have a few questions:
Ellanse produces collagen, which is vascularised but not innervated, which means after the procedure there's just going to be this pile of collegan that can't feel sensation or pleasure; is that the same way with MegaDerm? My understanding is that the Matrix allows both blood vessels and new nerves to grow into it, so once integreated, the matrix will also have enough sensitivity to experience pleasure. Now the only way for me to reach orgasm is to stimulate my glans, because jerking my shaft just does absolutely nothing for me.
Another question, when Erect, when you touch or hold your penis, does the Erection feel just as identically rigid and hard as prior to the procedure? Or the fact that the matrix takes on the properties of the tissue it is surrounded by -- namely the penile skin, not the CC -- the part of the penis responsoble for Erection through blood engorgement.
Because I'm really having buyers remorse at this stage but Ellanse is very hard to reverse and then to go through the MegaDerm or AlloDerm instead.
Another frustruction with not having access to this ADM procedure is that you're sort of stuck in a turtleneck when Flaccid. When Erect, the collagen spreads evenly and it looks natural; when Flaccid, the blood retreats from the penis, but the collagen has nowhere else to go but has to bunch up under my penile skin and it just looks completely unnatural. It's sort of like an "all or nothing", the only way for an Ellanse penis to look good and feel hard is for it to be 100% Erect, and anything less than that is, well, not pleasing to the eye. So based on the less optimal photos, I have buyers remorse, but then by looking at the last photo, it's actually not that bad.

Hi there!, in terms of sensation I have really good feeling with Megaderm down there and with the bigger Girth you feel more anyway. (im at 1.4 years post procedure)
There as so many factors to for penis augmentations, your size, your health status your circumsiecion style are a few. I had my reasons for going with megaderm, strangely enough the operation videos made me feel safe and intrigued. After my procedure I also felt a desensitization, my Dick was completely different...masturbation's were no where near as fun. But after several months the sensitivity returns dramatically. You have to get used to what you got.

In your case how long has it been since you had your procedure ?

Looking at you photos, first of all your Girth is really good, the shape is fine. What must be bugging you is how thick you are between the head and the circumsiecion line compared to that monstrous 6 Inch + Girth. The Turtling isn't that big a deal at the end of the day your the most likely one to see it completely Flaccid (and its also looks massive in Flaccid too)

Ironically enough your main issue is that they made it really big for you! But your photo's look fine to me I mean the trade off was to get insane size. Goal achieved

The Girth difference between the glans, the neck and the shaft isn't that big a deal for me, I've sucked hundreds of cocks and they come in all shapes and sizes, including perculiar shapes and proportions. That's why as long as mine doesn't look horrible, it's passable for me. But Bigger Isn't Always Better, so I'd be very happy to have a 14cm thick shaft for more ridigity (less blanket/cushion effect) and more sensation. But I spoke with my Dr yesterday as a post-op review, and he suggested it's best to wait for 10 years for the collagen to degrade a bit, steroid injections won't help reducing it much, and the only thing that will give immediate change is surgery, cutting out the collagen, which carries with it its own risk of damaging nerves. I still masturbate, sometimes I binge on it, sometimes I abstain for a week without any urge. But the point is I'm still capable of feeling pleasure and getting orgasm, but the techniques required for me to feel those feelings are much different now. I've had a habbit of frequenting gay bathhouses where communication about what makes you feel good is not a thing, a lot of nuance cannot be expressed; so that means I need to shift my focus from sex on premise venues (to get validation) to finding a long term partner who cares about my pleasure and how to get me off, and of course it will be reciprocal; and who will accept me as a whole package, as a man who's had penile augmentation. I mean if plenty of women who've had breast augmentation can be in fulfilling relationships and having great sex, why can't I?

Well I guess you make a good point about the blanket cushion effect. But im pretty sure or at least optimistic that you have many nerve endings in the skin of the penis shaft that all work together with thrusting or manual stimulation. Like using a LOTS of lube and just doing full grip strokes might work for more enjoyable masturbation's. But if you are still bruised or healing don't bother until your more healed and ready.

A response from Proud' Urology with respect to AudienceK's question:

And here are their pros and cons and a comparison for Ellanse and Megaderm:

1. Ellanse
Pros:
- Effects last for over 4 years
- Provides a firmer and more natural feel in the penis

Cons:
- Cannot be dissolved or altered after injection
- Results cannot be changed, posing risks similar to fat transfer surgery

2. Megaderm
Pros:
- Can increase size by an average of 2-4cm
- Uses safe materials approved by FDA, KFDA, TFDA (Supplied by tissue banks in the USA, sterilized using E-Beam irradiation to preserve the original collagen structure)
- Provides permanent results and naturally becomes part of the patient's tissue
- Becomes part of the natural tissue
- Unlike silicone materials, it provides soft and natural results, with 100% visibility of blood vessels.
- All immunological protein reactions have been removed to prevent immune rejection.
- Maintains firmness during Erection (Megaderm is effective for penis enlargement, but it doesn't directly improve erectile function itself. If there are issues with erectile function, separate treatment may be necessary)

Cons:
- Possibility of complications
- Requires surgery and recovery period

3. Comparison
1. Longevity: Megaderm is more permanent, while Ellanse lasts over 4 years
2. Safety: Both have risks, but Megaderm is FDA approved while Ellanse cannot be altered
3. Naturalness: Both provide natural results, but Megaderm becomes part of the patient's natural tissue
4. Procedure: Ellanse is an injection, while Megaderm requires surgery

Hope this answers.
