Yeah exactly Razor, there is a saying you "don't stare a gift horse in the mouth" I think this applies to me. I expected a good result for my money. But esthetically and size I genuinely believe I hit the jackpot.

I have seen many people with great results on here, and they achieved more Girth than I did, but my esthetic results must be in the hall of fame or close to it. It's like I got the perfect balance of both worlds.

And I'm saying this considering that I had one and only one procedure and I was done and happy after. I'm glad that I don't need to spend more time and money on this matter anymore. There is no feeling the grass is always greener on the other side, at least that is the case for me personally!

That's the appeal of grafts in general. Due to being tailored and symmetrical, they eliminate aesthetic & cosmetic irregularities that you find commonly with fillers. Of course fillers have their own advantages to, but with grafts you don't really deal with nodules or lumps, and results are often times very natural looking.

What are your current measurements? Are you still gaining any Girth?

The gains stabilized at 6 inches at the base, 5.8 in the middle and it's tapers off at 5.4 near the glans. I had sort of chilli pepper shaped penis to begin with.

But I am super happy. It's firm and hard. When I take Viagra or Cialis it looks even bigger, but I won't go there because it's kinda like cheating hehe. But I'm 41 years old only 4 months living the healthy life. Can't always be rock hard lol and I won't Keep taking ED medication because I'll get dependent on them.

The day of the procedure they can do it, because when I was there to do my Girth enchantment they offered to do a re circumsiecion. But it doesn't hurt to ask them your self if you want to. But it is definitely included in the 5s procedure of that I am sure of.

Circumsiecion takes roughly 1.5 months to heal properly and the Girth enchantment is much the same. But if you get circumsiecion on the same day, I would highly recommend you wait at least 2 full months before you test drive your super Dick. Just to make sure you heal up properly because there will be slight tension after your Girth +. Ask James at proud Urology, if you tell him your from here he gladly give you all the info you could need.

Every thing is pretty good I have some news to report, it seems over time (meaning 4 months or so), you get back pretty much all your pre procedure erect length. I think it's pretty clear that the graft is designed to stretch very gradually to confirm to your original erect length. I have noticed tha a tiny bit of girth has been reduced from 6" at the thickest part to 5.9". But to be honest even that might be negligible due my own weaker erection quality on various occasions due to well....life. I have gone to town and back with my new penis though it's Great!

So 5.9" brings me to an 0.8" final gain from my original 5.1 but the jury is still out on that because the erections I had were remarkable after the abstinence during 45 days of healing. Not even Viagra can replicate the monster erections I had back then.

So for 4 months in I still give this procedure an A+

And this experience was quite an adventure. But apart from first 3-4 weeks after that hardly any discomfort and nowadays I feel just like before only I'm bigger now.

For firmness, gains and functionality took off a point because even though I am still happy, this procedure does have a long recovery time and due to the graft design it's necessary to wait 3-4 months to see the optimal results.

Let's face it no one likes waiting that long, but I did and now in the present happy with the out come, and safe and sound. And we all lived happily ever after.

Would I do it again, there is a crazy little voice in my head saying do more. But there is an even crazier wife in the picture . So I think this will have to be the first and last run for me.

Yes I have updates,
Well I'm still happy got a fatter dick than before and got all my length back. The only thing is I wish got a longer graft. But it's my own mistake even though I told my stupid bank that I want no limitations on my credit card in south Korea.... They still limited my ability to use my card. I literally had to run around to each ATM in Seoul to gather enough money bit by bit it was very stressful and thank goodness I took 5 thousand dollars with me just as a precaution. But I literally just about made it to 6000 dollars and had some money left to get my self a big fat steak after to celebrate.

But even so the result is still really good, I started using a pump about 5 months down the line. But that caused me to start seeing the graft a bit more when I was super hard. Anyway it's something that can be fixed, but my wife won't let me do it. She is still in love with my dick....so I'd be pretty stupid to not listen to my woman.

What I might do is get some fillers some day just to bloat up the girth a bit, but it's not a real plan or concern. Super hard I'm at 5.9 inches girth at the base and 5.4 ish at the narrowest part just under the glans. The thing is I am super upset with my self for admitting this but I did eventually start smoking again but not heavily and it does affect my erection quality). I wish I was younger and less set on my ways and bad habits. The harder your erection the better it looks and less detectable it is, that's a fact!

Also if your a perfectionist and want to vastly improve undetectability Mostly for flaccid but also erect if you feel you need it...go have some fillers added every few years (you won't need much ml's). That's the pinnacle of perfection because not only can you get it just that bit thicker, I believe that's where fillers truly shine... at "filling in the fine details". And on that note I would avoid permanent fillers based on the high investment of the initial graft. It would be a shame to spoil the good work already done that cost me in particular 6000 dollar. Spending a thousand or so every two years is peanuts, based of the fact you would spend way more than that on cigarette or even alcohol... If im making any sense.

But I love my wife, and I'm more likely to leave it alone just to keep her happy since she makes me happy.

I will never forget how nice James was to me their representative, he saw my shock when my card didn't work, and he said don't worry. Try your best we can wait for you, it meant the world to me that he stuck by my side and believed in me that I could find the rest of the money. He is a very positive and understanding guy. Hey guys I decided to upload some pictures of how things are looking now. Its been over a year so I guess its a good time to show and tell how things stand the test of time.
These are Flaccid to semi Erect pictures with tape measure. As you can see I tried to do length measure, and Girth at base, mid and under the glans. When fully Erect its thicker obviously and that's what I really wanna show you guys. I am just too run down because its so hot all day at work and my libido isn't at its best.

Erect photos are possible ofcourse but I find that my best and hardest erections are during sex (this past week I got really nice boners and their usually early in the morning before tiring my self at my job. But ofcourse where is the tape measure when you need it and do you risk pissing off your wife ? ), I mean their awesome. But I have really bad experience trying to do that with my wife because she gets really uncomfortable with me taking my phone out and a tape measure lol and im not about to lose sex time for you guys.

Honestly that first photo is about as good as a result post-op hang as you can ask for. I'm not even sure if any additional work is necessary to be frank, it looks great. And the fact that you have a partner who knows about it, I'd personally take the "W" and ride off into the sunset with it -- but ultimately you decide.
