Yes the tension is fine. wade said the goal is just to keep your penis extended as to keep the product, and later collagen in place on as close to an Erect state as possible. The tension is just enough for that, and it\'s adjustable. He advised me to get hard as often as possible in the first 2 days, then wear the extender the rest of the time(except when sleeping). Wannabebig: The\'s a day after surgery b to make sure everything is fine. Wade will look at your penis and then go over the mechanics of aftercare. As for cost, you should inquire directly with Dr C\'s office. It costs me a little over $3k for the entire visit. It\'s not cheap but for me it was worth it. Peace of mind means a lot. Hey CPW did u stay in the hotel the entire 48 hours? Is it safe to walk longer distances in the first couple days?

Hey Bdog! I only stayed one night at the hotel. It was fine. My surgery was a 11 AM. I think I was done between 12:30 and 1 PM. I checked into the hotel after surgery. Avanti Derma and the hotel are right next door. Two towers and the towers are connected on the ground floor. After I checked into my room. I went across the street to an Argentina Steak House. I had a huge ribeye steak, baked potato, veggies, and a glass of wine. After that I just hung out at the hotel room. Massaging the PMMA. I fell asleep at about 8 PM. I didn\'t walk around at night. Seems like an OK area tho. I was just tired.

You don\'t need a prescription for any of the pharmacies there but it might be nice in case of any problem crossing the boarder. However, I can\'t imagine CBP saying anything to you about Viagra, that would be a stretch.
