@P -Long[/url]
Is there risk for filler migration for pmma/ silicone into the blood stream with your PRP injections? Any experience treating patients with prior filler placements?

I use a 30 ga needle so I do not think that there would be any risk. Also ultrasound guidance would help avoid any fillers.

The doctor I am going to was referred by your network I think he said he is using a 27 g needle. Not sure if you can avoid fillers using ultrasound it’s all around an enhanced penis like a sheath over the parts of the penis that need injected. PMMA is microscopic.

He/She can easily change the needle. Fillers are visible as a density on the ultrasound and are easily avoidable.

Does the needle need to hit multiple places on the cavernosa or just a few shots are fine for your protocol? My first session is next Friday with Dr Luis Lee in Roseville. I found him from your referral website but he had no idea about this forum so I am hoping he really is affiliated with you guys lol.

Should be one injction in each side.

@PLong ,

I am wondering why the RestoreX device was chosen for the studies as opposed to devices with more clinical research backing, such as phallosan forte and penimaster pro.

I keep reading everywhere that the RestoreX is a) extremely uncomfortable, almost like it's going to chop off the penis! and b) it requires a penis length of *at least* 5.5 inches to work. I can corroborate the 2nd point - I emailed RestoreX support and they confirmed a 5-inch minimum is required.

I want to start the P-Long protocol soon (though I cannot find a good provider in my area, so I'm simply doing it on my own by purchasing a PRP package from a PRP approved provider). What would be a good alternative to using RestoreX if extended length is only 4 inches or less?

Thanks!

I’ve used all 3 extenders. The RestoreX is mechanically superior to the other two in almost every way, except for comfort of attachment. I connect it just below the glans and it squishes me flatter than I would have imagined possible. That said, it’s also the first non-suction* extender I’ve used that managed to keep traction and stay attached for the full session.

Use 2” self adhesive medical tape with it - it helped considerably above the 1” tape provided.

* All suction devices create blisters from time to time.

Thank you @P -Long for your responsiveness. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but where is the PRP injected? Directly into the penis?

The RestoreX is very well tolerated. I have hundreds of patients that use it and I have even tried it myself. I cannot speak to the effectiveness of other traction devices since I did not test them.

Have you personally done the p-long? If so what are your personal results

I did not personally do the P-Long protocol. I am happy with what God gave me. But I have tried all of the components just to see what it feels like (yes I did give myself a P-shot), and I take 2 AFFIRM tablets morning and night.

I have my first P-Long procedure tomorrow. Should be easy. I will explain my concerns about the PMMA entering the bloodstream to the doctor and hopefully it will be easier to explain in person.

Good luck. I have my first visit on Monday (June 5th). I had PhalloFILL done 6 months ago, but I am not concerned about filler and pumping. I did it before and didn't notice any changes.
