Grafts tend not to do very well on the penis, as it is a dynamic organ and blood supply can be compromised. Basically because it changes in size so much from flaccid to erect, then grafting is a challenge, as the material needs to stretch and often it doesn\'t, which is further complicated by the formation of scar tissue. If your penis is 3\" flaccid and 6\" erect, then it\'s not hard to understand why grafts often lead to shortening and fibrosis. Then there is the issue of blood supply. If you search this site you\'ll find several members who have had tissue death due to grafts. Don3, UncleJJ, Trying, Bonehead and craigcoasty are all members who off the top of my head I can remember who have experienced tissue death due to grafts. Recently we had a member called TheAlchemist, who had his penis completely destroyed by a graft procedure.
