TOPIC: Any Pmma patients in the Los Angeles/Southern CA area?

Hey guys:

I am considering getting PMMA soon. I am looking for guys who have had PMMA and who are in the Los Angeles local area to speak with.

If you recall I had implant surgeries with Dr. Elist (penis and scrotal). I had the penile implant removed like many men. I also had 1\" decrease in Erect length (original Erect was around 8\" and is now around 7\").

I am very wary of going in for another procedure before really researching it. I\'ve already talked to a few guys who have had the Elist implant and then subsequently PMMA and they seem happy.

I\'m going to throw this out there. I would really like to feel how the PMMA feels in the penis before getting it. I feel so deceived by Elist that I need to be sure. This is a not a gay thing I assure you. I\'m just looking for someone who is comfortable and in the area so I can feel more comfortable with my decision.

The concept of PMMA augmentation is :- These PMMA beads will trigger your body to form your own new collagen and connective tissues that surround and fixed these beads in their position, so it is almost similar in the idea in a Pearl farming \" when a foreign body (in our situation is PMMA beads) lodges itself in the soft body of an oyster. There have been no reports of rejection of the PMMA beads. PMMA has been used since the early 1930\'s in dental prosthesis, and since 1947, when the 1st hip prosthesis was introduced. Many scientific articles on bone repair have mentioned the chemical inertness and biocompatibility of PMMA.
It is true about what you have said that PMMA is synthetic but only around 20% of the gained volume you get and the rest 80% of the gained volume is your own body tissues.
It doesn\'t feel squishy, in flaccid it feels firmer than fat and in my case it feels like your muscle fibres when they are relaxed (but rough) and the amazing thing about it it becomes so firm during erection.
In flaccid when I dig my finger between the collagen strands which run in a longitudinal axis of my penis and these strand are attached and sticked to each other side by side (and you cannot separate them from each other) and they feel almost like zigzag strands like in these pic\'s :-

Glad to have you on the forums. If you spend a few hours reviewing all the PMMA-related threads both on the old & new forum, you\'ll find most (if not all) your questions answered. Sure, it can be a lot of info to digest, but then again, it is your penis you\'re thinking about here, and you only get one!
In the Flaccid the penis, the collagen can have a rubbery feel to it, but otherwise behaves like a Flaccid (soft), and when it becomes Erect, it becomes remarkably firm. This is at least true in my case.

I don\'t get the physiologically of losing length after getting an implant removed. His does it make your penis smaller?
