Hi EP,
Thanks for keeping us posted, and thanks for asking the questions. Did you receive a formal diagnosis from the doctor? Good luck on your recovery.
Thanks,Skatezy

Great posts as usual smartman. Thank you for contacting the professer. I dont see how lemperle can compare penis injections with the depth of buttock injections. Stop me if im wrong, but isint it impossible to go deep into the penis?

Thats why it is recommended to alternate sides with each use, as well as vary the site of injection. To avoid the formation of scar tissues in the Tunica

HC
You have mentioned that you are planning to take a strong Erectile Dysfunction injection daily directly into the penis . Dont do it , they can cause scar tissues formation in the tunica after multiple injections ----> Peyronie (curved penis)

Another one:
1. Necrosis cannot occur with cannulas since it is impossible to inject it into in artery (which has occurred with PMMAin Brazil several times in the facial artery with nasal Necrosis).
2. However, foreign body granulomas can occur after PMMA, especially when injected superficially into the dermis. This is not the case with cannulas ! Granulmas after all injectables occur in about 1:1000 in the face. In buttocks and penis I haven\'t heard or read about one case. As deeper from the skin injectables are deposited, as less they cause granulomas.
3. If inflammation or granulomas should occur, thet treatment of choice are Cortisone (Kenalog) injections : 2 -5 and they should be gone within 3 - 6 months.
4. Keloids raise from the dermis and have nothing to do with a foreign body reaction around PMMA microspheres, e.g if the PMMA or injectable is injected sub-dermally as in a penis. There is no proof or relation published within the last 20 years,
5. This is the best question : The cannula runs normally between the 2 fascia , that\'s where the skin moves over the corpora (and where also an implant is inserted. The early morning erections, however, let the corpora move forwards - and with this movement, the injected PMMA or whatever becomes automatically attached to the Dartos fascia, e.g. the skin.
6. I have tested NewPlastic - and it is almost pure , e.g. free of small PMMA microspheres, which might cause inflammation. The FDA approved ArteFill is absolutely pure and causes no granulomas anymore, however , it will be 10 or 20 times more expensive : 0.8 ml cost $ 450 to the doctor ! And you will need 10 -20 ml! -
7. Since the PMMA is attached to the skin , its Removal is rather difficult ! The excision can lead to Necrosis and skin defects and should be avoided ! Irregularities are in my eyes the only complication you may fear - and that is something you have to discuss with Dr. Casvantes : how often has he seen it - and how did he treat it ? Probably with more PMMA into the depressions. From all injectables today, PMMA is the safest (I say this not because I am biased) . There is Macrolane from Sweden on the European and Japanese and Korean market since 2010 , a high viscous Hyaluronic Acid like Restylane - however, it last for 1-1,5 years only - and is much more expensive than NewPlastic.
As far as I remember he mentioned before to me :
Low concentration of PMMA ----> less irregularitiesMore concentration of PMMA ----> more irregularities

@Dd71,
I agree with you there is a difference in penile injection and buttock injection in regard with the depth of the injected pmma. But I think what he ment you can get granulomas or lumps or prolonged redness of the skin if you inject pmma Intra-dermaly or superficially e.g nasolabial fold So as you inject more superficial in the skin you will have more body reaction than the deeper layers.
So I think what he ment comparing penile injection and buttock\'s injection with the more superficial plane e.g. facial wrinkles (here you can get 1:1000 a chance of a granuloma formation which can happen between 6 months -5years).
There is an article written by him about the correct technique of injecting pmma for correction of facial wrinkles and how to avoid any complications :-
escholarship.org/uc/item/45b4s0jb;jsessi...4647B34CB860F#page-1
There is another paper which we can have more information about pmma , how to avoid any complications and its treatment and there is a picture of a patient who had Arteplast (the bad pmma) in 1991 and post-injection pic. 15 years after fig. 6+7 :-
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2872008/
I just found out exactly what is the benefit of using bovine collagen (in Artecoll and Artefill) :-
Collagen is merely a carrier substance that prevents the microspheres from agglomerating (i.e. collagen prevent the formation of rounded mass of the beads) during tissue ingrowth.

Dd71 I have tried a temporary filler, It was macrolane which is basically a form of Hyaluronic Acid. The result was not good, I don\'t think you would like it.

@HC so does that mean your not getting PMMA? or are you getting both FFT& PMMA? BTW no direspect but you are doing alot of diffrent methods in regards to PE. DHT, pregnyl, glans enhancement,HGH,possible PMMA & FFT + fat pad! I know your kinda in a shotgun situation with meeting your lady friend in a few months. But with all these chemicals your adding to your body + the fact you may be getting surgery I just hope your not putting yourself in EXCESSIVE danger. We all are taking risks of some sort in this brotherhood, but I would hate to see you or any one here hurt themselves in the midsts of our obsessions spiraling out of control. Im sure we are all interested to see if any of your methods work, but not at the cost of your well being. If some of these methods were just thoughts and not actions I apologize. Just looking out for a fellow brother. Cheers

Hi Mustang2020,
I\'ve scheduled an appointment with the leading French expert who happens to be a few blocks away. He is Dr Marc Abecassis who only does FFT. I think that if he can do something about the cost, some form of stage payment plan or facility, I could do a temporary resorbable enhancement which for me would be an added benefit, the fact of non permanence. This means that first it would be softer tissues which can be easily moved around or rearranged if undergoing penile growth, plus it would simply evacuate within ten months anyways. BTW I just gave myself my first Chorionic Gonadotropin shot in the lower pelvis and it sure feels good. I\'ve started simultaneously to take an estrogen inhibitor too. I\'ll also make sure that at the beginning of the week I ask the good doctor about his ideas on glans enhancement he mentioned he\'d elaborate on \"in conversation\" which will be during my consultation. Any questions for him, shoot away.
Meanwhile, regarding PMMA, I spoke with my Dermatologist yesterday and he\'s the top aesthetic dermatological laser expert in France. He\'s done a great deal of interventions on people with bad cases of PMMA granuloma on their faces, but he said that this is the only problem, having no first hand knowledge or experience of serious migration issues, at least in dermatological uses of PMMA.
He recommended that I not do fraxel laser on the thick abdominal skin fold which came with my recent drastic weight reduction. He said that his best methods would help but would not provide cost effective results so he has sent me to the leading French Cryolipolysis doctor whom he thinks can make a difference. I will be asking him what his procedure can do for the fat pad on my lower pelvis to get a better non bone pressed erect length. I thought it was just an extra thick layer of subdermal tissue but my dermotologist told me that it is actually a rigidified type of subdermal fat.

@EP thank you very much for getting that info. I am seriously considering getting a temp. filler. There are a couple diffrent reasons for this but the main reasons are 1:I like PMMA but I think we are just scratching the surface when it comes to injecting it into the penis. I would like to wait a little while and track the progress of our members.2: In the mean time I am very unhappy with my size and really cant wait any longer holding my (little) Dick in my hand lol. Before I found this site I was on the serious about getting the elist implant among others(FFT, belloderm). However, after I speak to wade about the temp. filler and find that its in my best intrest to go with the PMMA....I will do so as scheduled.

The bovine collagen [1, 2] appears to maintain the separation between the micro- spheres and facilitates tissue ingrowth (Fig. 2). Without ArteFill's collagen component the microspheres would clump together'a phenomenon observed in other filler formulations using Hyaluronic Acid-based or methylcellu- lose carriers [9].
Fellas, the above excerpt, courtesy of smartman, is key. Among other things, it actually means (correct me if I am wrong) superior aesthetic results.

So smartman you are saying that collagen somehow keeps the beads spread out evenly ?
