After getting fillers (20ml 5 days ago) my penis has developed a curve. It seems like most of the filler is on one side of the penis. Im kind of a tricky case because I have a partial Foreskin.

Should I get some more filler onto the other side or should I get some of the filler dissolved?

Also considering a Circumcision. Not really happy with the results.

Do you have a "Before" Photo to compare it to? Dermal Filler injections do not cause unnatural curvature, although I suppose if one side has more filler than the other, it can give it the appearance of some curvature.

I do need to post this where more people can see because I feel it's important for everyone to know that you'll almost never have a "One & Done" session with filler injections. I would go as far as saying 99% of Progress Reports indicate at least one follow-up appointment because of the near inevitability for touch-ups (or to add more Girth).

The penis is a dynamic organ (it changes shape, temperature, and position throughout the day), making it predisposed to some (unpredictable) irregularities. Typically with good injectors you see less of this issue, but inevitable nonetheless. Also, part of the end-results depend on the patient following the post-op protocol which usually calls for massaging (which I'm assuming you did?).

Additional photos will help. I believe what you are pointing out is fixable for sure.

I think it looks ok when hard/semi. Maybe i'lll go for a touchup and add some to the base and to the other side to even it out. Undecided.

I dont have a before picture.

I did massage it, but it was hard to massage, because the filler was leaking out of the insertion hole.

Also my penis skin has some discolouration, so it looks worse than it is, because there is a big light spot / uneven coloring.

It looks MUCH better when Erect. It really does seem like a matter of touch-up.

When Erect it's very squishy on one side. the other side has no filler and feels normal.

Leaning towards getting it dissolved. Maybe it would have been better it it was injected more evenly, but now I have everything on one side.

Also the insertion hole has not completely closed, should I squeeze some of the filler out through this hole?
