I had done something to prevent retraction. Dr. C actually encourages you to keep the bandages on for 48 hours. I won't do that this time. I'll remove them in 24 hours. I'm sure his thinking is to prevent infection. In any case, my plan is relatively simple. I've ordered PT 141 which I will have to experiment with and learn how to inject before my visit to Atlanta. No idea if it's possible to maintain a semi-Erection for 5 days but I'm going to find out. Everyone's anatomy is different. And since I shrink up to a marble, I have
to be more aggressive than most. I also bought a "standard" stretch sleeve from Zen Hanger which I plan on wearing during the day. Just depends on how well or not well the PT 141 works. I'll do some very light Hanging as well, with the primary goal of just eliminating retraction or Turtling. And of course massaging throughout the course of 48 hours while the bandages are off. If anyone has some good experience with the peptide route, I'd be interested to hear. Peace.

I would caution on the use of Sleeves as they might be to compressive. That is up to you though. I would ask Dr Carney about the wrap they have on hand - and to cut you a few lengths of it.

Tex is the real expert in aftercare he also helped me back then. Truly appreciated it mate ❤️.
Tex should be able to provide more insights as he probably had multiple guys doing these wraps.

Everyone is different on what they can tolerate at night. For the tubular wrap that I use - I can wear two of the them during the day, BUt only one at night. I do NOT like to use coflex tape wrap at all or any other wraps like that.

Hi there! I’ll respond here, to keep it all in one big Aftercare-Thread, and this here is the biggest

Flomax: Makes you hang lower and prevent retraction. In my personal case i think it makes no sense for me, just because i am an extreme Hanger that basically never retracts, especially since last 2 rounds. And makes me pretty dizzy (wouldn’t want this when wandering about in the airport added with being totally sleep deprived in long travel). For others i would recommend. (I speculate combining it with Cialis makes even more ‘falling down’ danger dizzyness).
Thats interesting, I never thought this drug for use in this way. Good info. I do like Cialis though.

Cialis: Used it a lot in the past, to have easier erections in the first 3 days and also at night - my theory was that i would not want PMMA to harden in my soft state and then it hindering my erections or something. Now i think this is not a thing / not a problem. I would definitely want to take looks at Erect penis in first 3 days, to see how the irregularities show up there. As you said, I find that this helps achieve erections far easier and more often that without. I also like the feeling of constant blood flow down there. Anything at all to help with "hang"

Ibuprofen: Last round i did take it a lot, every 6 hours the first 3 days. Thinking i want to reduce swelling, ideally just leave the PMMA in there and have no swelling at all, thinking the swelling perhaps can fuck something up.
In a former round i basically refrained from using it. With theory that swelling encourages gains, ibuprofen hinders the body process that results in gains. If i happen to have much fewer gains than expected i will regret having taken so much ibuprofen.

Infrared light: Guess makes no difference. On the other hand if this ‘mostly useless therapy’ makes any sense i guess then it’s when you try to heal your penis. I personally have never used this - but if there is any science to support it - or if its cheap enough to get set up and use. then why not.

Weighted Hanging / stretcher: If you have danger of retraction i think totally do it nearly all the time in first 4 days. I even did overnight stretching (warning, dangerous when you do it wrong) with esl stretcher - but i only got a tiny tiny stretch and with a glans-holder that was also super soft, it was mostly just keeping penis in place (while my whole body was also kept in place lying on my back).
Last round i did hardly anything, cause my penis is just not retracting.
I am def a big proponent of Hanging LIGHTLY as soon as possible and frequently. My theory is: even this doesn't work, the end result is still maximized; If your material is hardening while you are in the most lengthened state possible then it is entirely plausible to lock in a tad bit of extra Flaccid gains from a Girth procedure. Which thereby will make future length gains more possible due to the Known fact that all Erect gains will track behind stretched Flaccid gains. Meaning the Flaccid has to gain first. ok thats a topic for another thread.

Massaging:
I guess massaging makes especially sense in first rounds where PMMA is put on the entire penis. In rounds where she puts PMMA only in very specific places, perhaps better not massage that around much. Dr M said that after my last round where stuff was put in kinda 3 specific places apart from each other.
I mean the swelling - even while the procedure is ongoing, there is already swelling forming on the area of the entry points of the needle! In my last round i noticed that. So there is swelling up in an area where no PMMA was put in. So if i didn’t know this i would try to massage this swelling to somewhere else, hm.
If i see irregularities even through all the swelling, then i try to massage PMMA from where it’s too much to where it’s ‘too little’. When i am happy with what i see i don't massage around so much. I could be totally wrong, perhaps i am wrong. The round before the last one i used a big roller a lot - in my theory it must have helped to keep it all smooth and i am not sure with my results. My penis is not super-even..

Grain-sized nodules on entry points:
Avanti can cauterize them away (the old ones, in the next round), i guess also a skin doctor in my home country can do that. And i still have to wait weeks to see how this looks, i just did it for the first time.
I guess pinching entry points is good / using the mini-roller, definitely push PMMA or whatever out of the entry point instead of trying to ‘leave all PMMA in’ (which will probably lead to (bigger) surface entry point nodules)

(Entry point Nodule theory: Do they happen only when the entry point is in an area where there was PMMA put? I guess i will see how they turn out with me. I had only specific areas filled this time, which meant she had entry point in an area where there was no PMMA, and she filled another area with that entry point. This time no white stuff came out of entry points, only blood.

Swelling at Frenulum: Babysocks or something is i think great when this starts, and i would be careful not to get lower than the Frenulum - perhaps i did in my round before my last round and created a kinda harsh PMMA bump.
I had Frenulum (danger is i guess for uncut guys) swell up to proportions that worried me and it stayed a while, and i think babysock pressure on it helped good.[/quote]. . this issue is common when wearing sleeves, socks, wraps, and etc. I was able to overcome this by using papertape and pinning down the Frenulum area. I still do this frequently when wearing my Cock sock wraps for long periods of time.

Thanks Tex. I'll ask Dr. C to cut me off a few pieces. I'm so fucking small though that to date I haven't found a sleeve that wont' slip off during Hanging, so too
much compression would be highly unlikely. I'm looking forward to the extra Girth after round 2 so I can actually hang better without having to constantly put
the sleeve back on.

And where to source the peptides I’m doing this on the quiet so will I have to rest up completely a few days or just take it easy? I know everyone’s opinion is different but would appreciate the feedback

Please don't use a Bathmate or any other pumps for at least 4 weeks after HA and 12 weeks after Ellanse. This will likely cause the filler to migrate.
Even after 4 weeks, HA can shift with excessive pumping.

Ellanse sets quickly, you need to make sure that the result looks symmetrical and well distributed on the evening of the procedure, when erect.
I would have in my Ellanse tool kit some Viagra / ED medication in case you suffer anxiety and are unable to get an erection in order to check the shape on the evening of the procedure.

The reasons to be checking the result on the first night are two-fold.
1. It is still possible to manipulate the filler very early on.
2. There is not yet significant swelling, so the patient knows what the result is when checking erect on day 1. Any imperfections after this may be disguised by swelling and only revealed after it is too late to mould them out.

There are two types of bandages recommended particularly for Ellanse > ibb.co/5GckTXq

The first is the blue sports strapping type bandage which allows you to strap the penis up tight and provides a firm surface against which to squash the filler flat.
Put this bandage on during the moulding process and then remove it. Only to be used for moulding.
See video. www.androfill.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2...Moulding-Bandage.mp4

The second bandage, the green cohesive support bandage from the photo linked above, is more flexible and is to be worn the rest of the time for the first 7 days at a minimum. The second bandage is keeping the penis a little extended while it is healing, preventing it from fully retracting and the filler from bunching up.
Change the green support bandage daily (remembering to start the bandage at the base rather than from the glans end).

There are pros and cons of using bandages and for some time we felt the negatives outweighed the positives.

Negatives:
- Bandages get grubby, particularly if they are not changed or if the patient is putting them on and taking them off frequently. This increases the risk of infection.
- Nocturnal erections. If the patient puts the bandage on too tightly while flaccid before bed, he can have an erection during the night. The penis has no space to expand as it is compressed too tightly by the bandage and the filler diffuses / migrates.
- Patients put the bandage on incorrectly, either too tightly or too loose. Or patients will tend to rebandage with the bandage starting at the base and ending at the head. Please do not do this. Bandage from the head working back toward the base. You create pressure when bandaging the wrong way which encourages filler to move up into the foreskin.

Pros:
- It keeps the penis extended and is particularly important for patients who retract a lot. This stops the Ellanse from bunching up in the middle.
- It somewhat holds the filler in place, more so in the case of HA than Ellanse which will have set more quickly.

There are suggestions from the forum that a patient should mould every day, take hot baths and so on.
We feel that you should mould on the first night, get it looking as good as possible when erect, and then substantially leave it alone only rechecking the shape when erect twice per day and only remoulding if necessary.
If you keep moulding it, pushing and prodding it, stretching it and so on you will generate more swelling which can disguise any imperfections and retard the healing process.

There should not be such a wide variation in aftercare protocols and it seems like the patient here was coming to the forum for advice rather than to us, or he even went directly against the doctor's advice.

If you are coming to Androfill for Ellanse, please do come to London. It is nothing against Dr Kimilu who was reluctant to inject Ellanse. The reason to come to London is that I have better visibility over what is going on (I am Dr Horn's assistant and I have guided hundreds of patients through Ellanse moulding). Dr Horn has also performed many more Ellanse procedures, I assume the most of any doctor in the world in the penis. When booking Androfill it actually states "Ellanse is not available in Manchester", so I am not sure how this procedure went ahead.

Before having Ellanse in London please establish contact with me ideally by Whatsapp so you can send me photos after the procedure.
Please ask "is this Francis" as there are a few people answering the inbox.

You are almost certain to have a good Ellanse result if:
- you are checking in with the clinic regularly following the procedure (ask specifically for me).
- you have a small HA procedure prior to the Ellanse to check that you are anatomically suitable and to train you in the moulding and aftercare process
- you don't have too much product
- you set aside time to mould on the evening of the procedure and have some ED medication in case you struggle to get erect
- you use the bandages correctly and avoid pumps and other improvisations.

We shall continue on here -

Please feel free to discuss after care with me and other here - @Dream has very good input as well. What works for some may not work for others. So try and try some more.

My biggest point that I always make is: USE HEAT. This will be a hurdle for all of you using Avanti in MX.

Hi!

I'm on day 9 of recovering from my 1st round of Linnea from AD. I'm really pleased with the results thus far.

Anyways, one thing that didn't sink in with me about this whole process is keeping an extender on for about 6 weeks. I've been consistently wearing either the ball weight when standing or walking, or a Zen Hanger with a suspender attached to my leg when sitting. The only time I take it off is for showers, restroom breaks, and sleeping.

It's been a pain at times but I know that it helps with the outcome, especially for me because I tend to turtle/retract.

What's been the most effective way for those of you who've gone through it on Hanging all day for 6 weeks? Are there any tips you'd recommend to help manage the constant tension and irritation?

It depends on what you mean by irritation . If you mean the area where the "attchament" / noose is contacting your skin: Use a pad between the skin and the attachment.

I use a noose to this day as a Hanger and as a stretcher - and they do require adjustments from time to time as well as breaks for a brief period here and there. Thats how I get through.

Yeah, that makes sense. I think I'll have to come up with a concoction. I have left over sports tape that Ian gave me for the compression wraps. I think I'll use that to wrap over the rubber noose. I have no problem with the Zen Hanger as its made of a cloth material. The only "negative" I would say is that it's thick and my circ scar is pretty low so it covers most of the area below my head. But either way, the material didn't stay there anyways, so hey - it is what it is. Thanks Texas!

On another note, do folks ever stretch their member sideways, as opposed a downward stretch? I was experimenting with the suspender and it turns out I can pull it so one side of my leg and wrap the suspender around my waist. Kind of like the Phallosan Forte offers. I'm wondering if folks have had any issues with their results possibly worsening during recovery.
Also, is it that you're just supposed to be keeping it from retracting, or are you using enough force that you're actually stretching it? How strong of a stretch should we be using?

I just came across this infrared heat pad for penis with usb charging, specifically made to heat up the penis
Did not buy it (yet), but this seems interesting if there should be another round for me

You may also try stealth for men for tpe sheaths, they seem to have a ton of sizes.

I had some PMMA (Bellafill) to correct some unevenness from my Alloderm + fat procedure. I added some extra PMMA for good measure - a total of 10cc in shaft and 3-4cc glans.

Doc suggested I keep my bandage on and wrapped for a few weeks to keep a good smooth shape. This seems different than what others are doing. Any thoughts on what is best here? I am fine with keeping it wrapped but it can be a bit annoying. I change the wraps every day or so.

I am rolling / massaging and am actually taking a break from using weights for a few weeks. I had been using weights post lig-cut. This is contrary to what has been discussed on this thread but since my weight is more like a “vest” I can see how it could disturb the filler.

Hi Southbay, I have recently had Megaderm skin graft for Girth in South Korea, I'm 8 days in at the moment, my aftercare also consists of changing the compression bandage once a day. The actual implant is not as soft as I imagined it would be, it has a firmness to it. Do you think the compression bandage causes this? Meaning making it denser to conform to the shape of the penis? And then once it's shaped properly get softer and feel more natural over time?

I'm asking you this because in some ways the aftercare is related to my question and you have had the experience of the graft longer than I have. Your knowledge would be greatly appreciated ?

Hi SouthBay, these recommendations seem very weird to me. Never heard anyone using bandage beyond when the bleeding stops (few hours till a few days). PMMA i think is set after like 3 days, so don#t know what use the bandage has. Weights thing is also weird imho

(ps never heard of PMMA into glans)
