Interesting, I do also question such definitive statements whilst the ways of so many anatomical action mechanisms remain unknown. I also agree that even with good intentions, the aftercare game of nowadays providers is shockingly lacking. The following user(s) said Thank You: Texas |

Tex- What are your feelings on IR heat pads? Is it going to get hot enough to allow molding? Have you used or recommend a roller (there are ones that heat up) or.do you think this needs to be done manually? Thanks in advance.

I do not use a roller, I suppose one could be used though, I bought one ( 2 actually ) and didnt like them. I liked being able to feel what I was doing. I am sure that at heat pad could get you hot enough with a bit of time. I never really thought about that. Good point. I use a lot of heat when I hang and pump so why not for moulding and massaging. You will want to start from the cold start up though and not try to place the pre heated pad on the penis, that will burn. But the slow lead up will get you all warm in there. The hot rags from a microwave are just faster, and probably quick and easy when at home, the heat pad could be good for travel where no microwave is present - just longer time to get read. For the heat pads, I don't mean those ones from walmart and walgreens are cloth based and cover your back. I prefer the ones that are small and made of a plastic like material that i find on amazon. I wrap them around my Dick and then rubber band them in place and let it heat up - then start Hanging. So, back to you point, hot enough with time - I think so, the heat will build up over time as you leave it on and you will feel it it when its nice and hot. Not in a bad way, but in nice comfy but really hot state. The following user(s) said Thank You: Vinny81

After procedure plan: 1. Taking cialis after the procedure and then daily for probably 4 days 2. Guess i’ll also take ibuprofen, less swelling kinda sounds good, i imagine a lot of swelling perhaps could also disturb things. Lorazepam: for calmness, last time i just was supertired after the procedure, hm 3. Leaving bandages on, put it in esl stretcher, till meeting with Ian 4 hours later where he removes bandages and does first massage 4. Make pictures of first erection, notice irregularities 5. use esl stretcher stretching, aiming for horizontal (i neighter want filler migration into body nor cracy much fluid in my frenulum) i actually nearly have no retraction at all 6. sleep on back, pillows on all sides and with belt so i stay on my back 7. As soon there is tiny amount of swelling at frenulum put on esl cup or babysock or something, i don’t want frenulum area to get full of fluid swelling Aftercare Massage Plan: Let's see if i do it every 3h or 2 or 1 hour, it's not like i have to do anything else in the hotelroom.. i guess the biggest hustle is the warming up of the penis with water (there is no microwave and i cannot take one) I guess each massage session is: (0. eventually watch porn to get erect = see irregularities better) 1. Warming up under hot water (perhaps with washcloth) 2. Trying to move pmma (from where it is too much to area where it is too little) that is necessary with (strong) force with hand / roller 3. Pinching the skin on the entry point, squeezing liquid out ( @Otis , you meant that did you) Pressing on entry points (perhaps with ballpoint pen backside pressing in just a little instead of with the big finger, hm) -> to prevent nodules at entry points 4. Soft rolling on entire penis with the roller (also for stimulating reducing the swelling) ( @Texas : i was unsuccessful in imagening what kind of massage you do Texas with pinki fingers touching and making a V) - What to expect: Day 1: procedure Day 2: swelling, don’t see much anymore Day 3: day of maximum swelling Day 8: had 0.5cm more girth here than now a year later Day 21: had same girth as a year later Day 30: again 0.5cm more girth than a year later The following user(s) said Thank You: Texas

| What do you think of heating gloves instead of heating rags in a microwave? It says heat can go up to 55 Celsius. Edit: I just got them and their temperature is kinda low. Maybe it's just simpler and hotter under the shower lol. |

| When to use a traction device after PMMA? I have never done any sort of exercise onto my penis (manual or otherwise) but I have read that PMMA can cause length loss. In any case, I'm interested in traction since I've read about it. Do you think using it after the first week is ok or still too early? Will it deplace the product? |

Desinfection: Me: 'Can you tell me name of desinfection spray so i can buy it before the procedure this time?' avanti: 'Disinfectant spray is not necessary, we used to recommend it until patients abused of it and ended up with irritation on the skin. As long as you keep the penis clean with soap and water and dry it very well we wont be having any risk of infection.' me: 'Can you still tell me? I want to desinfect my roller and i never had a problem with overusing' avanti: 'You don’t need any specific skin disinfectant as the roller is not made out of skin, you will be provided with a new one and soap and water and any antibacterial gel can help to keep the roller clean' I guess i want to desinfect my roller before i use it (let it work and dry for 2min before i use the roller) And i guess i will bring also a soap with me don't remember if there is one in grandhotel ps @Concelhaut : Using traction device after the first week? You use this shit right away after the procedure, the first 3 days being the most important. I am confused and wonder if you did not read this thread or smth. | I won't have my traction device till after I get home. I'll use the weight they provide until I get it. What I mean by traction device is the one that lengthens your penis. |

Hi there! I’ll respond here, to keep it all in one big Aftercare-Thread, and this here is the biggest Flomax: Makes you hang lower and prevent retraction. In my personal case i think it makes no sense for me, just because i am an extreme hanger that basically never retracts, especially since last 2 rounds. And makes me pretty dizzy (wouldn’t want this when wandering about in the airport added with being totally sleep deprived in long travel). For others i would recommend. (I speculate combining it with cialis makes even more ‘falling down’ danger dizzyness) Cialis: Used it a lot in the past, to have easier erections in the first 3 days and also at night - my theory was that i would not want pmma to harden in my soft state and then it hindering my erections or something. Now i think this is not a thing / not a problem. I would definitely want to take looks at erect penis in first 3 days, to see how the irregularities show up there. Ibuprofen: Last round i did take it a lot, every 6 hours the first 3 days. Thinking i want to reduce swelling, ideally just leave the pmma in there and have no swelling at all, thinking the swelling perhaps can fuck something up. In a former round i basically refrained from using it. With theory that swelling encourages gains, ibuprofen hinders the body process that results in gains. If i happen to have much fewer gains than expected i will regret having taken so much ibuprofen. Infrared light: Guess makes no difference. On the other hand if this ‘mostly useless therapy’ makes any sense i guess then it’s when you try to heal your penis. Weighted hanging / stretcher: If you have danger of retraction i think totally do it nearly all the time in first 4 days. I even did overnight stretching (warning, dangerous when you do it wrong) with esl stretcher - but i only got a tiny tiny stretch and with a glans-holder that was also super soft, it was mostly just keeping penis in place (while my whole body was also kept in place lying on my back). Last round i did hardly anything, cause my penis is just not retracting. Massaging: I guess massaging makes especially sense in first rounds where pmma is put on the entire penis. In rounds where she puts pmma only in very specific places, perhaps better not massage that around much. Dr M said that after my last round where stuff was put in kinda 3 specific places apart from each other. I mean the swelling - even while the procedure is ongoing, there is already swelling forming on the area of the entry points of the needle! In my last round i noticed that. So there is swelling up in an area where no pmma was put in. So if i didn’t know this i would try to massage this swelling to somewhere else, hm. If i see irregularities even through all the swelling, then i try to massage pmma from where it’s too much to where it’s ‘too little’. When i am happy with what i see i don't massage around so much. I could be totally wrong, perhaps i am wrong. The round before the last one i used a big roller a lot - in my theory it must have helped to keep it all smooth and i am not sure with my results. My penis is not super-even.. Grain-sized nodules on entry points: Avanti can cauterize them away (the old ones, in the next round), i guess also a skin doctor in my home country can do that. And i still have to wait weeks to see how this looks, i just did it for the first time. I guess pinching entry points is good / using the mini-roller, definitely push pmma or whatever out of the entry point instead of trying to ‘leave all pmma in’ (which will probably lead to (bigger) surface entry point nodules) (Entry point nodule theory: Do they happen only when the entry point is in an area where there was pmma put? I guess i will see how they turn out with me. I had only specific areas filled this time, which meant she had entry point in an area where there was no pmma, and she filled another area with that entry point. This time no white stuff came out of entry points, only blood. Swelling at Frenulum: Babysocks or something is i think great when this starts, and i would be careful not to get lower than the frenulum - perhaps i did in my round before my last round and created a kinda harsh pmma bump. I had Frenulum (danger is i guess for uncut guys) swell up to proportions that worried me and it stayed a while, and i think babysock pressure on it helped good. Some feedback to point 6. Tex mentioned he would wrap the penis for sleeping. I personally did that also had it wrapped for some days when I was awake. BUT during the night this caused problems cause I got errections and the wrap would then push into the material and move it around. Thus why I didnt use the wrap after one or two nights. Tex is the real expert in aftercare he also helped me nack then. Truly appreciated it mate ❤️. Tex should be able to provide more insights as he probably had multiple guys doing these wraps. Hi all. I have my second round of Bellafil on July 7 at Rejuvall. Somewhere between 5 and 10 syringes. Since I've only had one round and 5 syringes I can only say I wish I had done something to prevent retraction. Dr. C actually encourages you to keep the bandages on for 48 hours. I won't do that this time. I'll remove them in 24 hours. I'm sure his thinking is to prevent infection. In any case, my plan is relatively simple. I've ordered PT 141 which I will have to experiment with and learn how to inject before my visit to Atlanta. No idea if it's possible to maintain a semi-Erection for 5 days but I'm going to find out. Everyone's anatomy is different. And since I shrink up to a marble, I have to be more aggressive than most. I also bought a "standard" stretch sleeve from Zen Hanger which I plan on wearing during the day. Just depends on how well or not well the PT 141 works. I'll do some very light Hanging as well, with the primary goal of just eliminating retraction or Turtling. And of course massaging throughout the course of 48 hours while the bandages are off. If anyone has some good experience with the peptide route, I'd be interested to hear. Peace.

Concealhaut: Sorry I didn't see your post. I'm an avid skier and sometimes use electric gloves. These are good to keep the hands from freezing but that's about it. You'll want to use wet or moist heat, not dry heat that electric will give. Wet hand towels in the microwave. I use what many chiropractor's use. It's like a heavy beanbag type wrap that you put in the microwave and it generates moist heat for a good few minutes.

I agree with this. I prefer a wet heat. Specifically a wet rag heated up in a micro wave. That is exactly what Dr Carney used for the moulding of my Ellanse. And I can stand behind this method and how makes the product more malleable. I can not confirm other methods - But I applaud the research and feedback.
