I had another 10 ml.

How much filler have you had in total now?

Ahh I left about 5:30
I\'ve had 22 ml in total.

Well had round 3, I had a whopping 10 ml this time.

Really had no issues with the increased amount. I had one bump this time, sorted that in a few minutes.

I\'m at just under 6\" in Girth right now, I know I wont\' retain all of that and should end up at about 5.75\" EG give or take which isn\'t bad.

This last lot seems to have ed off the issue I had with not enough at the base , I made it clear to Dr Horn I needed more there.

Dr Horn was on good form, recognised me and was very chatty, I\'m warming to him a lot.

Francis accidentally actually walked in with a credit card machine as my card had failed so I had the weirdest experience ever redoing my pin whilist on my back with my trousers around my knees. Awks. Lucky we get on very well at this point.

I think I will get a photo up once this has calmed down, in about a week just so you can all see what 22ml of JV does , I still can\'t see any difference.

There\'s a temptation to go for 6.5\" but I think I\'ll call it a day, but you never know it is a bit addictive.

Good to hear that the extra amount of filler caused no issue.

Would be interested in seeing a pic to see exactly what that amount of filler looks like.

Would be good to see before and after pictures of both surgery and non surgical. I am still undecided but everyone tells me the fat lasts longer than filler. I am worried about being able to afford top up treatments .
Still open minded on both options.
I am going to see Dr Horn at Moorgate. Aesthetics . They told me they do both options so hopefully I will get an unbiased opinion. Looks professional on the BBC documentary.

I lost a lot of size as the swelling went down considering I had 10 ml so , still keen to have another lot and then call it a day. Goal is to end up at a little over 5.75\"

Dr Horn can be trusted for sure, I don\'t know much about Moorgate but sure you will be in good hands.

I have booked with them
He told me that the fat will last longer than filler which is everything I have been reading
He should know he seems to be the busiest surgeon for this job
I got a good feeling with the whole thing and the reviews for both moorgate and Horn speak volumes

Once you\'ve had that fat injected the best case senario is that it will wear off within a year or 2
Where do you get your reviews from? Because the general consensus among most Urologists and people ont his board is the fat injection doesn\'t work.

6 months ago I came across Moorgate Aesthetics in london and enquiried into HA, I met the sales man and then Dr Horn, I was told that it would be best to have 10mg of Voluma inc 2 in the glands and I would get a free extended in a shiny varnished box (I never did get that!!) - about '3600 in total.

I came back a few days later. I applied a numming cream, half an hour later it felt like there was nothing there! I lay down completely Flaccid and to be honest, shrivelled!
Dr Horn in a 5 minute session literally began injecting randomly along the shaft, he then pulled the foresking back to the gland and to my shock all the gel had dissipated under my Foreskin.

He wiped it off with a tissue and then stuck two jabs in my gland. In total shock I said to him that surely that isn\'t normal and that everything he has injected is now lost. He flippantly said, \"you have thin Foreskin, it\'s fine\"! To add insult to injury, I then noticed that he had actually used the standard Non Voluna Gel.

Not knowing what to do, I left and waited a few days. My penis went red and black; very bruised.
After 3 days it went to my normal colour. Unfortunately, the shaft didn\'t change at all, my suion was correct and the gel was in fact completely lost.
What was more worrying is I had a small spot like lump on the injection point of the gland and my Foreskin was bubbled up with fluid like a cauliflower.
I called the Mooregate director to express my concern and they said to keep massaging and it should dissapear but should it not, I could visit Dr Horn at another clinic.

After a few weeks I seriously complained and they told me to come back, Dr Horn agreed that it didn\'t work and i therefore insisted that he inject the regulariser solution to reverse it and for them to allow me to follow up with a return visit for the proper voluma injections, 7 in total for free.

I came back two weeks later, as I was waiting a girl came in with a plastic bag which contained the voluma, fresh from the pharmacy with the receipt still in it!!!

Again, whilst Flaccid and shrivelled, he began injecting, he did 4 and then said it had been a long day and would have to do the remaining 3 another time. Bearing in mind the problems I had experienced and that I hadarwadt waited 2 hours for him, an extra 2 minutes was just too much for him.

I felt so disheartened that I didn\'t bother going back. The voluma had the same effect, red black bruising followed by a very stiff skin. I massaged so much it bordered masturbation!!! Anyway, after a month or so what little Girth was gained initially turned into 2 small nodgules which still appear like ballbeary implants when I\'m hard.

As a word of advice, if your looking for a personable and professional Dr that you can be sure isn\'t going to treat you like a object on a money conveyor belt, I urge you to some serious research, at the end of the day, you are putting your manhood in the hands of these specialists and you don\'t want a Dr that has the end of the day and fat pay cheque as the priority in sight.

I think I will be as old as the lorry driver on BBC by time a surgery I feel comfortable with is developed!! ??

Wow Grandpa! This is an amazing first post, welcome to the forum as it looks like you just registered yesterday. So your standard Juvederm fully dissolved in 3 days! I think that\'s the fastest absorption we have had of any HA reported so far! Why did they use the \"regulariser\" to dissolve it if it had already dissolved? So a clinic that specializes in Girth enhancement via HA does not even keep it in stock? But rather buys it from the pharmacy for each patient! This is very eye opening thanks for your contribution. You obviously documented this ordeal, any pictures would be greatly appreciated to other members.
