TOPIC: Voluma HA with Dr Horn from Androfill in London

So I finally pulled the trigger after taking advice from experienced members here and Dr Oates. I did it in a bit of silence as honestly I\'m great at expecting people to share their experience but felt really awkward about putting this level of personal detail on a public forum, I wish it was still private to be honest but felt a real hypocrite for not sharing my experience so here it is a few days late but better late than never I hope. As I was drawn to PhalloBoards initially by a detailed log explaining the process of PMMA, the experience etc down to a tee, I figured I would try and be as detailed as possible and hopefully it will help some folks who were in my position. I've been thinking on/off about this for many years despite already being over 'average'. I researched over the years all the various options like full surgery, fat grafts, fat stuffing etc and somehow found PhalloBoards which finally seemed like a place without the bullshit and fake reviews and crap and never ever went to another site again. PhalloBoards really turned me onto PMMA as the light at the end of the tunnel.I very nearly went the PMMA route but the negatives kept weighing in my mind.I would read glowing reviews and be so close , so many times but then always a negative review / disaster would stop me from pulling the trigger.I contacted both Dr C and Dr N about PMMA. Dr N would be easier for me distance wise but time in between communications took so long or just didn't happen so I lacked confidence in her.Then Dr Oates came on the board and I finally thought here's somebody I feel is entirely credible, trustworthy and importantly contactable, so I started following his thread.He then became a sponsor and that gave me the confidence to know the PhalloBoards guys clearly trusted him and so I became interested in HA that route.I really wanted to visit Dr Oates but the 4 days of travelling and absurd costs for travelling and hotels just made it unrealistic financially. I eventually found Androfill on line searching for HA in the UK, it hadn't even occurred to me it was available in the UK , I was never able to find a PMMA guy in the UK and hadn't had the sense to search for HA in the UK. Initially was put off with Androfill as there had been a big disagreement with them on here and a thread really went south over issues over cannula versus injection and then about somebody with the same IP creating a review. I didn't entirely get the gist but I was directed to the thread by a concerned member after I posted a thread asking if anybody had used them. That sort of put me off for a while but they ticked so many boxes in terms of the fact their Doctor Gary Horn was so experienced in penile work and they were so close etc, that I dropped them a line..I ended up getting a reply within minutes and it was very detailed and professional, it assured me somewhat. Over the next week or so I probably emailed them ten times more with various questions I wanted to know about after asking Dr Oates some questions in his thread and they were rapid in replying and always really helpful, they were the first company in this industry who seemed actually contactable and useful that I had been in contact with. Eventually I gave them a call and their guy Francis, was really professional, gave me his mobile number, texted me back at absurd times of night with answers. I did also contact Moorgate another one advertising HA in the UK but I watched a video of there's on Youtube and it put me entirely off with it's cheesy bullshit and scaremongering and their surgeon was associated with a really annoying BBC documentary and it put me off entirely. So I finally took the plunge booked in and saw Dr Horn on Saturday in a swish clinic in Harley street. I googled Horn a lot , the guys a penile surgeon with a lot of experience and no negative reviews online which helped my final decision. I did at one point feel I wanted to make a joke about a guy doing penis work being called Dr Horn but the dude has a needle above my penis and I thought twice about it. I wouldn't say he's the most friendly guy in the world, I don't mean to say he's a misery, he's not, he smiles and answers any questions but he's not the guy you meet in the pub for a pint, but then perhaps after the 10,0000 guy asking you the same shit you lose the will to live.The surgery is what you would expect in Harley street and the procedure is like this. They take you into the back waiting room , the front waiting room is full of rich looking women, presumably getting tit jobs? Then Francis (Dr Horns right hand man) sees you and you then see Dr Horn. He measures you Flaccid, which seemed pointless to me, not sure why he does that, especially as I explained my Flaccid can range so absurdly in size its crazy. I presumed you would get an anaesthetic injection but you don't, they give you some cream to rub on your Dick in the toilet, not the most glamorous experience, especially when you walk out and there's another guy clutching the same tub of cream ' AWKWARD!Anyway you rub the cream on to desensitize yourself , then let it soak in, leave a couple of minutes then rub the rest in, use the whole tube and a big tip, do NOT go back into the office for at least 5-10 more minutes, I went straight in and the first couple of needle pricks hurt a bit.I didn't remember about cannula versus needle issue when I was on the operating table and so just went with the needle, it wasn't until It was over I even remembered that some advice I had was to go cannula but if you want to they do cannular about 20% of the time apparently for whoever asks for it. Oh and they don\'t inject with your Dick Erect, which concerned me a bit as it seemed it would be much easier to get it right across the length but Dr Horn was right, it seems to make no difference as my job is basically perfect although I did have a very small amount (more on that in a bit)I choose to go Juverderm Voluma, Dr Oates uses that and they offer that and a cheaper filler that Dr Horn says lasts about 1 year. It was a no brainer for me to use the more expensive but you can do either and he gives you that choice at the time.The process takes about 10 minutes I guess, I did actually ask to take a look at the boxes to check it was Juverderm, he didn't take offense so I am guessing guys from PhalloBoards have been to him already. They do about 2 of these procedures a day which seemed about right , although it seemed a bit heavy on Saturday, there was 2+ me alone in the time I was there, I did get there early though.After they give you some supporting underwear and Francis gives you a sheet of do and do nots, about post care and just chats through it with you. Basically their rules are, NO sex at all for 10 days, try and get Erect morning and night and massage the lumps, no jogging etc for a few days.I got home fine, driving was fine, zero issues , zero pain. By the time I got home it had swollen up a bit, I will say it was amazing swollen, If a bit lumpy, but it's very weird looking at something you've seen for so long , suddenly be so much bigger. In truth I wish it didn't swell up, it's been pretty depressing the last few days see it get smaller and smaller but it seems to now have stabilized, same measurements 24 hours ago until now.I started 6.25 EL and 5.25 EG at base. I had 6ml, which is a very conservative amount but I was just flat out nervous about the whole thing and that was the first cheap price point on qty. I gained about .25' maybe a tiny bit more but certainly no more than that Erect, but perhaps a little more than that Flaccid it seems to me. I advise measuring really accurately before going, REALLY accurately, because you're going to be looking at your Dick a lot and really knowing where you started from is VITAL or you'll go mad with the swelling going down etc. It's quite hard to remember what it looked like before and I went through a bit of a panic stage thinking it had leaked out an insertion point and stupid shit like that but it was just swelling going down and now it's stabilized it's pretty more tame stress wise. I'm nearing the end of day 4 now and I am hoping all the swelling is gone and what's here is what's to stay for the next 18 months or so.I had some bumps and stuff on Sunday morning and was a little alarmed but not to badly as Francis and Dr Horn both said this can happen. I got Erect and just did what Franics said which is sort of to squeeze it between your fingers. HA is really pliable the first couple of days, you can almost mould it. One thing I couldn't do though was push it a lot down the shaft and I've got a bit of an area 1/3 up from the base on the right that is going to need more when I go back for a bigger amount to even it up perfect.Apart from that I have zero bumps, ridges, nada. For people wondering what HA feels like, I saw somebody say it doesn't feel any different but it does to me. Not in a bad way, but just different, not noticeable I think, except to you as you know how your own Dick feels and I'm already forgetting how it did feel and this is becoming the norm but yeah slightly different but no way would a woman know, it still feels entirely normal but also bare in mind I\'m only on day 4 and so this could be a premature feedback as it hasn\'t even fully hardened yet. I will report back as the days go on.My Flaccid has improved in the sense it's heavier so hangs a little lower and it's thicker from the 6ml which is a good sign as I'm going for 10 ml the next time in a few weeks. I would say actually the flacid change is more noticeable to me than the Erect although Erect is certainly noticeable I do wish it was like it was a few hours after I had the injections and the next morning it looked huge to me.For people thinking about telling or not telling their partners, I was going to not tell her and just put off having sex for a bit (tired etc) but then figured what the hell and told her, she wasn't hugely impressed with me and said I was big enough and it was a zero issue which I think in truth it is for most women, but she's fine with it now and I think once I get the extra 10ml in , it will be more pleasing for her sometimes once she's really wet. I mainly did this for me to be honest. I know people want to see photos, I do have a photo on day 2 and I may post it, I absolutely hate the thought of posting pictures of my Dick on the internet but I do really appreciate all those who came before me to give me the idea of what was possible so I may go back on that if there's enough interest but I will say, it just looks like a Dick, there's nothing there that looks unlike a Dick so I'm not sure it's hugely beneficial to see and as I only had 6ml , it's not hugely impressive , I'll def take a pic with the next 10 ml in once it's stabilized and you can compare it to the 6 ml version as I didn't take any Erect before I'm afraid.Other than that, I think that's about all I can bring to the table but happy to answer any questions that I've missed out.I'll just leave with a thanks to PhalloBoards, especially to some of the old members who've helped me with PM's, helped me with their experiences, it was invaluable, helped me with their logs and advice etc.I'm finally on the way and hopefully within a month or so will be where I want to be which is about 5.75 EG.

I did actually consider Moorgate, I never spoke to them in the end, but they had a video on Youtube which was the most cheesy, unprofessional thing I had ever seen and it really put me off. No reason at all it reflects entirely on them as a whole though, they could be great, I just ended up with great communication with Androfill and I ended up going that way Good luck Buffdawg.

When I have an hard-on, I see one large vein, many small ones and feel some too under the skin. I would be scared shitless to sit and watch someone make a thousand prick-holes on my Dick, knowing one into some capillaries and Necrosis sets in. Do you see all these holes and none are leaking? Is it firm, \"looks\" and feels hard when Erect? Is the HA settled now or still moves?

We are all really different, especially in psyche. We could pass each other by and never know \"it\'s that other guy on PhalloBoards\" so I won\'t give a damn who sees photos of my Dick even if my face is shown in the pictures.

Interesting report. What did he say to expect for your size increase for that small amount? 5cc = 1 teaspoon... so that\'s not too much. There\'s some attraction of water by HA fillers, and that leads to swelling for 2-3 weeks in the face. I don\'t know about the penis. I just wouldn\'t expect 6cc to be 0.25\" of Girth on a 6.25\" penis. I guess you\'ll know with more time. I\'m also really curious if it moves or if you can tell where it starts and ends. Thanks for doing this.

So Day #4 ,nothing really to report. I got an Erection last night to do the daily smooth out but there\'s nothing to smooth out, it\'s basically perfect. Measurements are holding at this point, between 1/4 and 1/3 of an Inch at the very base and .25\" up the shaft apart from about 1\" up on the right hand side there\'s about 1\" where it\'s not as thick and needs resolving when I go back in in about 10 more days.

I\'m quite OCD and entirely happy, it\'s just looks exactly as it did prior but bigger.

It\'s only 1/4\" but somehow the difference to me, seems significant it feels entirely different in my hand , I can imagine a full 1/2-3/4\" must be insane.

Again though, very hard to know what the final result will be as there good still be some swelling, so I may lose some more, hope not though.

Costs, a lot , HA is really expensive, I paid '2.5k for 6ml!! . All the pricing is on the Androfill website, but the next lot I have works out a lot cheaper as they let you move between different prices per ml for 6 months after your first procedure. So for instance I\'m going to have 9ml more in a couple of weeks and that takes me to 15ml in total and 15ml price is much cheaper than the 6ml price so they deduct the difference if that makes sense so my remaining 9ml works out cheaper than the 6ml I had.

I\'m not sure how many holes there were, maybe 10? I can only see one small mark now on the top near the end, but it sort of looks like a tiny mole, the rest are invisible now there\'s no trace, and no nothing leaks , nada. I was pretty careful about moving about etc, and I did have a very small amount to see how I got on, so perhaps that helps.

I\'m not really an expert on the whole canula vs needle thing, he does about 60 HA ops a month and has done thousands of fat transfers, Dr Horn has been doign penile stuff for a long time, it just seems crazy to me he would prefer a technique that could ruin his rep, what with the internet and all. I couldn\'t find a single negative thing about him online at all. I am going to go canula next tim though just to play safe. His right hand man Francis says about 20% of the clients ask for cannular and he\'s happy to do it that way if that\'s what the client wants.

As far as looks go, it just looks indentical really to how it was prior, just bigger basically. The skin tone and feel looks the same on the outside, feels a little different to the touch to me, but I think it\'s more the feeling inside it than on the surface if that makes sense but not different that anybody would know. I have none of that weird bad effect towards the head, it all blends seemlessly and I have 100% zero bumps, ridges , weird bits, zero. Again though, it\'s still early for me, only day 4 so who knows what might transpire .

When you\'re hard you can\'t feel anything that you didn\'t feel before , it just feels a lot bigger in the hand , perhaps it feels a little more solid but I can\'t quite work out is that because it\';s just heavier / thicker or is it a texture issue , not sure to be honest.

Settled, I think it\'s settled personally, first couple of days it could be sorta squeezed and I self removed about 3 small lumps the size of say half a pea, but now there\'s nothing to move and it just all feels like there\'s nothing in there, like nothing happened basically.

As far as physce goes, I did have some anguish early on basically I thought I had a massive Cock for 2 days but the swelling went down really fast and honestly that was bit soul destroying, but now it\'s been the same for 2 days I\'ve really adjusted to it and am really happy . My head used to be wider than my shaft now my shaft is wider than the head and while .25\" seems small, somehow it makes a lot of difference when you\'re holding it in your hand. I would image a full 1/2\" to 3/4 \" which is my goal would be insanely significant.

Ok, so this is the weird thing being honest. They thought with 6ml based on some other guys that I would gain just under half an Inch and I discussed this a lot with Francis because I had spoken to Dr Oates and he estimated for half an Inch you need about 12-15ml depending on exact length, proportion of head to length etc , that also tied in with what Dr N in Prague told me . So while I was sorta hopeful they would be right, I didn\'t think it likely.

I actually had 6ml, not 5ml, but yeah similar territory. I\'ve gained (at this point) 1/4\" which seems about right for 6ml if 12ml-15ml is 1/2\" according to Dr Oates. But here\'s the thing, it\'s a big caveat, I\'m only on day #4 and Francis said in truth, you can\'t really measure results until about day 10.

It is movable for about 48 hours perhaps a little more, when I say moveable, it primarily stays where it\'s put but if you get a lump or a ridge you can sort of massage it but its\' not like it springs back, it sorta stays pretty much where you put it. I\'ve been careful not to be overly active though and worn really tight supportive underwear even in bed at night so perhaps that\'s helped.

After that, for about another day, you could sorta feel it a bit , slightly maleable under the skin but not really and 4 days later it\'s impossible to tell there\'s anything in there at all, it just feels like penis basically but a bit heavier and thicker.

You definately can\'t tell where it starts or ends no, but I guess that\'s because there is no \"end\" really, I had it all the way up the shaft so the entire thing has HA in it. Note, I had juverderm voluma, which is supposedly pretty good stuff, I can\'t speak for other versions of HA, but this stuff seems amazing and natural feeling.

I\'m quite obsessive and OCD so I was really concerned after seeing various pictures of PMMA and HA that this was going to drive me insane but I\'m nothing but happy (at this point)

I\'m really hoping round #2 of 9ml more will be the same experience but I\'ll keep this thread updated for those who are interested.

Just a side note, I\'m not sure if this is the reason his results tend to be good but I just tried to book a further 9ml in one go and Francis says it\'s always best to do about 6ml at a time so do 5-6ml next time then come back again 3 weeks later and so another 3-4ml. They def favour doing small amounts , letting it 100% \"set\" then come back unless you\'re coming from a long way away and it\'s just a pain. Dr Horn did say he would do 9ml If I wanted in one go but advised to do it in two settings for a 100% natural and hassle free approach.

I\'m still deciding, it\'s easy to get a \"more size fast\" attitude, it\'s a little addictive to be honest, I\'ll have a think but am inclined to take the docs advice. It\'s only a couple of hours away for me so not the hardest trip to do to ensure no complications.

Androfill is not bad after all! If I did it, I\'d do 15ml straight because I\'ll be paying 1k+ airfare. The posts have helped a lot and removed some of the dread ...

I can only go with my experience of course but the communication and result has been A+ . At one point Francis was replying to my frantic texts at 11:30pm at night and again at 8 am on the Sunday morning. That to me is worth a lot when you\'re concerned about your Dick !!

I guess Dr Horn would do what you asked for. I can tell , I wish now I had had 10ml in one go and not been so conservative, the 6ml was a zero issue and it\'s all 100% fine within days. I can\'t see it being an issue as long as your post care is really on point. I think that\'s they key, and especially with 15ml, to really ensure you smooth it out day and night.

I found it dead easy to do but again, only 6ml, I really have no idea what 15ml in one go would be like.

Thanks Dexterphall. It\'ll be interesting to see how it goes over time for you. There\'s something about HA attracting water and sort of \"growing\" and in the face, this isn\'t really a good thing (depending on what you want to achieve, but usually people prefer not to have this swollen look - in the face). My understanding is that Belotero was actually the solution to this because it doesn\'t attract water. You can even inject it in fine lines, directly. I think voluma does attract water, but I am not sure how temporary or permanent that swollen thing is. I was reading some more on realself, but the docs were sort of unclear about it. I think your report will be really helpful since we don\'t have many. I just said 5cc is a teaspoon so people could get an idea of how little it really is (1 more cc is just a little drop). If you think about 6cc of spackle or caulking or something, it\'s not going to take up that much volume if you applied it to a wall. But, the water attracting properties change things. When I had Radiesse, I think I was swollen for 3 weeks. It was just 1.5 cc in 1 dented area, though. The dent was 100% gone for 3 weeks, and then slowly it started emerging again. Radiesse is very different though.

Francis said the same, there\'s definitely a water component that you have to take into account and a really true measurement is probably about 14 days after. Right now Day 5 or 6, I lost track but it\'s now holding at exactly where it has been for 2-3 days so I\'m really hoping that it doesn\'t get any smaller !

There\'s a site somewhere on the net where you can compare penis sizes side by side and a 1/2\" on penis Girth increase creates a HUGE insane difference in volume , it\'s weird how so little HA seems to make such a big difference.

Just a heads up, I just tried to ask for 11ml in one go for an appointment next week and they basically talked me out of it. They reckon the sweet point is about 6-7ml max in one go for perfect results.

I\'m not saying they won\'t do 15ml for you, but I would speak to them, I\'m really lucky it\'s just a 2 hour trip away so no big deal for me to go back and forth so I\'m taking their advice and going for the lower amount, then waiting 3 weeks and then going back again.

That\'s one of the mysteries of HA to me honestly. I don\'t understand it... but also in the face, just 1cc can make a huge change in the eye or cheek area too. You don\'t need that much and suddenly it\'s a big difference.

The juvederm Voluma trials used 6.8cc for the \"noticeable change\" that they wanted in the cheeks ( www.juvederm.com - the first woman has a lot less but looks very different).

In the lip, 1 cc of restylane is quite a lot for most people. Restylane comes in 1/2cc syringes because people don\'t even need 1 full cc.

It\'s like 1+1=4 or something with this stuff. With fat grafting, surgeons will put 20-30 cc in the face, which sounds freakish if it were filler.
