Day 13, post round 2

All is well. I am sitting at 5.25 behind the glans, 5.75 mid shaft and 6.375 at the base. I have taken it out for a spin with a new customer, and she is definitely on board. I think this is the perfect size. Not so big it hurts, hut definitely not lacking. It\'s too big to really enjoy bj, as she\'s very talented and could take the whole thing all the way down, but it just hurt too much with her teeth. That might not be the case with everyone, and it might just still be sensitive from the procedure and healing, but I think it\'s just too big at the base and no woman is going to be able to open that wide. Alas, it\'s the price I pay.

Complications:
I have a little bb sized Nodule from round one at the base of my unit that looks not great in that it kind of looks like something I would be nervous about if I were a woman checking for disease. I\'m leaving it alone and seeing if it will go away. I also have a crazy injection site lump? ridge like thing on the left side at the base. Flaccid it\'s super palpable, not as bad Erect. Not a problem, but it\'s there. Also, I didn\'t squeeze my injection sites hard enough and I have slight lumps at each one. Squeeze the shit out of those post op if you want to avoid these.

Overall, everything is just grand. I\'m really grateful to notsureyet and miracle who advised me to proceed with caution as to getting a full session. Also to sizemic who said anything over 5.75 was just for show and didn\'t have much effect. I really just wanted to give pleasure, and going with the lighter session of 13 ccs overall have me exactly what I wanted to end up with. I think notsureyet is right, anything over 5.75 MSEG (if you\'re like myself and notsureyet and it gets bigger as you get to the base), and you\'re crossing into the land of pain not pleasure. Of course, women can adjust, but as a single guy I want callbacks, not to watch women limp off and then they don\'t want to see me again.

It occurred to me that some guys have gone for procedures without an accurate representation of how bad swelling can get. I have posted lots of pics of how good results can be after the fact, but I am going to post a pic of day 4 after round 1 that will show just how bad things can get due to swelling.

Keep in mind, this is not current, this is old, I only didn\'t post it because I had just been dumped by my ex fianc' and I was at pretty much the lowest point in my life, and I didn\'t have the will to post pictures of my unit malformed and what I considered ruined at that moment. It can look like this, and then look pretty much perfect later on.

Day 20, Round 2

Ok, I have been out enjoying life and too busy to post, but I assure you things are amazing. I have had a lot of opportunities to break this guy out, and I\'ll tell you about the overall reactions in a bit. Here are the stats so far:

MSEG: 5.75
BEG: 6.25
BPEL: 6.5 (I\'ve been measuring wrong)
NBPEL: 6
FL: ~ 5 consistently

I have two small nodules (1/2 bb size) on either side of my mid shaft, where I had injection sites from round 2. I just didn\'t squeeze enough. That said, I have had previous bb size nodules go away after a couple weeks, so these may also self resolve. The PMMA is clearly palpable in the Flaccid state, but it looks and feels pretty damn good in my opinion. Erect, it is undetectable unless you just know what you\'re looking for, except for the bottom side, which unfortunately has to end before it reaches the scrotum. I have been with several experiences women who did not know I had anything done. I have been with one experienced woman half a dozen times now, oral and everything, and she has no clue I\'ve had anything done. Also, my Dick is rigid enough to penetrate even when not fully Erect, which is kind of neat.

Ok, so reactions: I\'ve had one woman be a little scared and not allow me to penetrate all the way as it hurt her to take the full Girth of the base. She has never experienced a vaginal orgasm and my Girth did not make any difference, she still cant have one. One woman who can\'t orgasm in front of another person period, and still cannot. The other 5 have been very into it. I get the impression that they would have enjoyed me just fine at my old size, although it would have taken longer and there probably wouldn\'t have been as many Os, thy would\'ve liked me just fine. One last note: condoms. In a word, ouch. Condoms cut off my circulation and leave a bad indented ring around the base when I use them. Regular magnums aren\'t really any better, they just have more headroom, and that\'s where I\'m smallest, plus they\'re longer which I don\'t need either. I haven\'t tried an XL, I kind of feel silly even going there, but regular magnums really are too tight at the base. Any suggestions?
That is a much better problem than my old problem of having caution wear iron grip snugger fit condoms slipping off into vaginas all over town. Well, lets evaluate that real quick though. I was repeatedly losing snugger fit condoms in the same, multiple women\'s vaginas. That means lots of women wanted to have sex with me, liked it enough to keep coming back for more, and I was too small for snugger fit condoms. So guys, size doesn\'t matter that much, it really doesn\'t. Women just don\'t care as much as I thought they did. Good to know, one less thing to worry about.

Hats off to doc C and wade for being able to get me to literally exactly the dimensions I wanted, and I mean exactly, without going over. They would kill it on The Price Is Right. Those guys are artists.

Day 30, post round 2:

I just measured for the first time in a while, and I have to update the numbers.

BPEL still holding at 6.5 (just posting to show no loss of length)
NBPEL: 6.00
BHEG: 5.25
MSEG: 6.00
BEG: ~ 6.5 (this is a hard measurement to get precise with my turkey neck)

I am extremely glad I did not get a full session on round 2. For whatever reason, my body just really likes to gain size via PMMA and collagen. I am bigger than my goal size and I definitely don\'t want to go any bigger (mind you I\'m not complaining, I\'m just sayin\').

The imperfections are beginning to settle in, as is bound to happen. I have a bit of a bulge on the right side of the shaft (it\'s been there since they were injecting during the session, I don\'t mind but it\'s there). Overall it just doesn\'t look quite as perfect as it did when it was two weeks old. Then again, it\'s also 1/4 Inch bigger. The bulge doesn\'t show as much Erect, but the overall look is just not quite as natural as it was. I\'ll post an Erect pic later.

The bottom line, with even the best PMMA result, there is going to be some migration from the base up the shaft, creating a somewhat unnatural look (this is subjective, and sounds worse than it is). The PMMA stops above the scrotum, and there is a definite transition point on the back side. That is universal, from what i understand, although its difficult to see in pics. In my case, at the base, the sides sort of narrow in a bit at the base, and it\'s kind of asymmetrical.

There will also be a bit of a ring and or gap at the glans, and the overall shaft will not be a perfect cylinder. You will almost certainly lose a bit on aesthetics with a significant enhancement. That said, I have had no complaints and I know it is very appreciated by my partners (except one who was scared of the size).

I point out imperfections in detail not because they bother me, but to provide balance and make a thorough report.
