Ok guys, I head to Tijuana on Friday. I had originally planned to get another full Girth session of 30%, getting me above the 6-6.25 midshaft Girth line. I am having second thoughts on this. I am a single guy, 5\'7, and I do not typically attract size queens (I think they usually go for taller guys). I like small, petite women. That said, I love having a bigger Dick, and I would like to be bigger still. That said, it\'s extremely important to me that I be able to sexually please and satisfy, not hurt, the women I\'m with. I do tend to find women who have had children as I\'m in my 30s, but I haven\'t found that has made that big of a difference in tightness. So my questions are:

1. Should I get another Girth round and go over 6, or is this going to just cause pain?

2. If I do get a second round just for aesthetics, filling out the gap on the lower back of the shaft, and maybe working on the glans area, will 10% do it? I assume I\'ll need some 30 at the base to make it even, but I would like to gain about 1/4 to 1/2 Inch from the last round. Is 10% going to give at least a little but more of a gain and smooth out the aesthetic issues?

I\'m very strongly leaning towards doing an aesthetic round only, but I would appreciate input. I have been extremely lucky, and I can pass as having a natural penis at this point, which as a single guy is pretty awesome. I want to give women the best sexual experience I can, and have the biggest penis I can get away with without driving women out of my life due to being too big. I have one week. As much input as possible would be greatly appreciated.

I say go with 10%, touch up, and try to get to around 5.5-5.7\"EG. I wish I would have stopped there. That is still bigger than prob 80% of guys out there and no woman will think that is small. Even a size queen can work with that. Anything more and there will most likely be some women that are driven away. Just my opinion.

I have said this in another post, but if you are second guessing yourself maybe just wait. If you get this now, you will find girls that like bigger and girls that don\'t , just like now you will never be perfect for every girl now. So consider waiting as an option, find the girl you may marry or get married, and then ask if you need more Girth. She might be absolutely happy already, and if you were to big, no going back. Just saying, you can always get bigger, and if you are unsure, maybe wait. Good luck with what ever you decide.

Alright, finally crossed the border (3 hours!) and headed back to the hotel. I compromised and asked for a conservative Girth session. I had 13 ccs total, 3 of 10% and 10 of 30%. They were amazed that someone actually didn\'t want to max out. I want to get to just under six, and I\'m good. That should give me just enough room for a final touch up in a year or so. It looked big but not ridiculous, and frankly, it\'s right on the edge of dwarfing the glans, so I\'m very glad I did what I did. Should be all done with Girth enhancements, now to the hotel where I will massage it every hour on the hour, sleeping one hour at a time at night for two days. It\'s overwhelming, but it worked last time. Wish me luck!

Dude, how\'s the recovery? Any updates?

Very quick update, everything looks good. A lot of swelling. More than last time, actually. I have no idea where it will end up, but I am at 6\" midshaft right now. I ended up within an 1/8 of an Inch of my largest swollen size last time, so if that holds true this time I will be very glad to have gone with a conservative session. We will see how it all goes, but as of now, it\'s all looking good, I\'ll try to get pics up soon.
