My Elist implant experience to-date 13 years 1 month ago #1270711931

Of course on the PMMA, but my plans are to hang for at least a year or more. My current length is a NBP 6. About 5 inches in Girth, but I cant really measure right now due to still healing of an opening that hasnt quite healed yet on the shaft. The goal is to hit a solid 7 inches length. Good luck with yours and my opinion is that if the implant is free of infections and edges, then is rocks due to the nice cylindrical shape, fat instant Girth, and the ability to have intercourse if your erections are not optimal or even limp at first until you get going.

Things are mostly status quo (no better, no worse in terms of retraction and numbness), but lately I\'ve been experiencing a strange problem I hadn\'t previously encountered: the wrap doesn\'t seem to stay on. No matter how tightly or loosely wrapped, it slides off. Has anybody else encountered this problem? If so, any wrapping tips?

Dont forget me Boston....I had my implant removed due to easy detectability of the implant and all its edges and ridges. Then suffered scar tissue formation of the shaft that acted like ligaments further shortening my penis.. Recently had the scar tissue removed and gained all my length back... Still healing from that surgery, so I have not posted pic or hung any weight for extra length. Cant wait for that...2 more weeks. Thanks@lastime I am 7 weeks into my Post-op and have the same situation as you had with edges and ridges. I also feel that the implant near the glans has widened and this is making the edges look worst and is very apparent. I have also made my mind up to remove the implant as I feel I too have been lied to by Dr Elist. One third of my implant is still up where my incision is and I have been advised by the Dr E to \"Milk\". I have been doing this for 9 days and I see absolutely no improvement at all....only more fucking pain. I cannot get a full Erection because the resistance to the implant. Can you advise me who carried out your Removal. I am considered Gary Alter in his New York clinic, I am from the UK and have tried to source someone here and hoping to hear this Monday but if nothing comes back I will see who you recommend or go to Gary Alter. I have some images I would like to share but when I tried to drag and drop onto this post it created a link to my desktop. I also tried the add image Icon but do not have a web site I can upload too. Can someone advise please!I hope you get a better result than me BM5555. I wish you well in your recovery

@nueknob, which UK based urologists have you spoken to? It could be a good idea to havea telephone consultation with Gary Alter and ask himif he feels that Removal of the implant is a specialised procedure that requires past experience, or if a any good urologilist should be able to do the job. Alter is an honest guy and wont tell lie to you in order to get more business for himself. If he says any good Urologist should be able to remove it, then stay in the UK.

Keep the wrapping on 24/7 or as much as you can. It will force the implant to form around the penis shaft. You may need some Kenalog shots to loosen the tissue near the incision area. It will take months, about 6-8 for the implant to settle down and for most of the edges to go away. Give it time and see how it goes, you can always take it out. Dr. Alter is one of the best. Good luck man!

Hope you post some pix.

@hoodle10. I had a consultation yesterday in London with Mr David Ralph(in the UK Surgeons are addressed as Mr.) He confirmed what I suspected from my conversation with M7 that the implant has cohesion at and around the pubic region and that the only solution was Removal . He specialises in penile reconstruction and made me feel confident with what the probable prognosis be post-op with him. I feel he will do a great job. There was no hidden agenda and he informed me that there would be a good chance of retraction and curvature but would correct this at a later date and would incorporate this cost in. He is charging me '3000.00 ($4700.00) for the lot.....so not a bad deal. He is also looking into PMMA
Doh.....Just noticed the attach file link OOPs
Please refere to image P1010639. This indicates how far the implant is up to the incision and Image P1010640 indicates how far across the implant is. If I were to describe this it shaped like a funnel. I tried to \"Milk and Stretch\" for 8 days but there was no movement at all.......only pain and lots of. I hope this info is of help. P.S. I will give my full story in a later post!!

@Mustang2020. Thanks of your advise Its much appreciated!
@SO I just uploaded the images but they have not posted yet or are showing on the post. They were quite big files. Is there a limit to the size of the files that can be uploaded to the site?

10MB is the maximum file size. Email me the photos and I\'ll see what I can do.

I know Mr Ralph well. If you have surgery with him, say you\'d prefer the hospital in St Johns Wood, rather than the one on Harley Street. It\'s far nicer and cheaper.

@SO I have sent them earlier. Just checked my sent folder and they had gone. If you don\'t get them I will reduce the size of the files or send them in stages!
@hoddle10. Thanks for the tip regarding the hospital
@Messageman. No time like the now and I\'m not getting any younger. I only hope it comes out as quick as it went in
Thanks to you all for the support. If I didn\'t have this site I would probably be climbing the walls......Like the old British Telecoms ad \"Its Good to Talk\"

Kenalog shots will help release the implant from the base of the penis. When I had mine in, the shot worked great and it allowed my penis to be free to move all around after weeks of being stiff.

If you had the implant stitched to your glans, make sure the Dr. removing it talks to Dr. Elist before hand. It is very tricky to reach there without an additional incision near the glans of which one needs to avoid.

Good luck.
