TOPIC: My Elist implant experience to-date

With as many negative experiences shared here at PB\'s and other forums regarding the Elist implant, I think we can both agree that it\'s not the favored Phalloplasty route. While highly suspicious, I believe everyone has the right to tell their story and appreciate Bostonman5555\'s thorough documentation of his firsthand experience. That said, let\'s refrain from any further insinuations or negative remarks. Innocent until proven guilty. As S.O. stated previously, shills can only hide their ulterior motives for so long. I appreciate your effort to give us a \"heads up\" brother lovelove. Shills are definitely NOT wanted here.

I met twice Dr Elist in march 2011and i was almost under his knife because i was fresh off the boat in penile enhancement. and after that when i found phalloboard i read almost every single story about Elist implant then i turn my head towards Tijuana and now i am more than happy.@Bostanman I posted a response to your thread on MNS with several questions. I\'ll post some here although you did answer some of them via your post here.
1.) Have you encountered any of the problems so far most common Elist\'s procedure, such as ridges/edges sticking out or slight offset implant?

2.) Did he share any information regarding how it was implanted in your penis? Did he stitch the implant near your glans or did you go with Marknmau\'s route and have it implanted without stitching?

3.) Do you plan on posting pictures?

4.) Did you get the lengthening procedure as well and have your ligs cut?

5.) How does the gap underneath the penis where your urethra feel? Is the opening drastic in feel?

6.) Could you post when you finally get to measure your Erect length? You are as far as I\'ve read the very first person to come out of surgery with no length loss.

7.) How much was the procedure for you?

I have not had the surgery myself but have read a lot of accounts.

So to offer some info regarding the capsule and when you can have sex; it seems that the consensus by most guys who\'ve had it is 12 weeks is about the safe point for when you can have sex. The capsule is about done forming by 6 months although it varies with a tolerance of a bout +- 2 months.
The capsule by all accounts is quite thin, so don\'t expect a Girth gain of .5\" from it. You might luck out and your body develops a thick capsule but that is definitely not the norm.

What\'s the title of the thread you posted on MNS, and what handle do you go by there? Hopefully it\'s still up there if it dared to be anything but praise for Elist. I don\'t bother much with MNS as it\'s not an objective source of information.
To answer your questions:
1. At first, the implant seemed to veer a bit to the right of my glans. When I asked the liason about this, he asked Elist who said I should apply more wrap to that area. Since I\'ve been doing this, it truly seems to have evened it out. I\'m not feeling ridges/edges, but I\'m also feeling very \"novicaine-y\" in the penile region currently. I\'ve been told normal sensation will return in about a week.
2. I believe he made an incision beneathe the glans. As far as stitching the implant to the glans, I\'ll inquire about that and get back to you.
3. I plan on posting pics after the healing process is complete. At the very least, I\'d like to wait until the bruising has healed.
4. I didn\'t have the ligament cut. I believe he doesnt\'t do this anymore. He seems to now advocate light Jelqing, as well as suggest the weight of the implant will help stretch the length over time. I\'m not putting any hope in that. Mostly, I\'d like to retain my length (fate willing) and am psyched about the Girth.
5. The gap where the urethra is feels the same. Status quo.
6. Absolutely. Thus far, my erections have been too painful to do much with, plus I\'m wrapped around the clock. The plan is to wait until they stop hurting, and measure when unwrapped. I\'ve already prepared my wife for what may hopefully only be a temporary loss of Erection length. If it proves to not be temporary, then I suppose I will jelq.
7. I paid $10,500. I believe the cost is slated to increase from what the secretary told me.

Thanks for sharing what information you know, as well as for your eventual support! I promise you that I am the real deal. Most shills that I recall are vague and incomplete in their accounts, and only want to sing Elist\'s praises. I will only sing his praises the day my newly-thickened Dick causes my wife to sing my praises on a whole new level!

I checked out MNS again... can\'t believe some of those guys there are insisting that Erect length gains are something to be expected with the implant... Mrstone, Newgirth, and company lol.

lol I don\'t even dare to look at that site anymore. I saw it once when I came across Dr. Elist\'s site and I was like yea I can tell by they way they are writing and responding that a lot of this is bull... I mean some of their responses to questions made no sense but they can definitely reel in potentials who have not done their due diligence. I have no choice but to research as much as I can, as I need to save before committing 100% to any practice. I want to thank a lot of the members here and the site before it was upgraded for a lot of information.

MNS was a joke; full of immature naieve delinquents and shady shills. I lurked for a long time, ultimately determining it untrustworthy. I sincerely hope BM5555\'s tale is a happy one. Many men are dissatisfied with FFT yet JABM demonstrated an excellent result from Dr. Roberto Viel of London. Hopefully, BM5555\'s outcome bestows Dr. Elist with newfound admiration and respect adding creedence to cause. There are no such things as perfect men, only men with perfect intentions.

We may have crossed paths in Elists office. I had my implant removed and replaced with a new one on the 7th. I had know issues with the old one except for the alignment, it was installed improperly and never improved in appearance when Erect.

Good luck with your healing, things move along pretty quickly after a couple weeks. Keep it wrapped, clean and try not to disturb the implant for at least a month.

I had the large implant and upgraded to the extra large. I can\'t say I notice a hugh difference in Flaccid appearance with the XL. I can say that the new implant I have is the latest version and different than the one I got only one year ago. It is softer and is larger in circumference, it wraps around my entire shaft with only a small gap on the bottom. The attachment is different at the gland as well, he now uses a mesh to hide the transition from the implant and the gland. I can still feel it because I know its there but I don\'t think anyone else would. I was told the mesh is stitched to the gland and the implant is free and rides behind the mesh.
I cannot feel any ridges on the bottom.

Overall I\'m pretty happy to date and being diligent to ward off infection. The medication is different than last year, Cipro for antibiotics and Tramadol for pain.

CK, great to hear that things were relatively complication-free except for the issue you had corrected. Thanks for your support! I look forward to hearing about how the size upgrade goes. I\'m curious what your stats were before getting the implant, in gauging whether I\'ll eventually be eligible for an XL upgrade as well. In your experience, did the implant live up to your expectations in its effect on your sex life? Were there limitations with getting oral sex or anal sex as other people have mentioned? Are most positions equally doable, or are some more optimal for the implant than others?

Lovelove, the liason confirmed that my stitching was the same as CK\'s (glans stitched to mesh with implant free below the mesh).

At day 10, the erections are getting less painful. I\'m walking more normally, but wearing loose-fitting pants is still necessary. I\'ve become slightly self-conscious about ladies noticing my new bulge in my pants when out and about, but my wife\'s pointed out that I should enjoy the fact that it\'s large enough to garner attention! The liason has been wonderfully responsive to my concerns, and I feel well-supported. After emailing the liason pics, I mentioned some concerns about a few persistant sores on the shaft that my wife thinks resemble stretchmarks. I also mentioned that my glans was drooping slightly as well as the top of the shaft seeming wider than the middle. I\'m assuming that I\'ll be told that these things are normal, so we\'ll see what the response is.

Do you plan on posting pictures?

I\'ve had some alarming news that I\'m to discontinue wrapping until a few lesions on the shaft heal. Needless to say, I\'m anxious that the lesions heal ASAP so that I\'m not looking at perforated skin. I\'ll fill you in as developments occur. Anybody with the implant experience lesions and instructions such as these?

@Lovelove - once this lesion thing is dealt with, I\'ll gladly post pics. I\'m not feeling comfortable posting pics just yet.

What does dr Elist say about how to treat these issues??
