Telling clients they have a small penis. Promising them 2\" from lig cuts

Fat injections!!! All these poor suckers not knowing it\'s going to be absorbed within a year.

So so sorry for these poor guys.

This guy is the worst.

I say we boycott Dr Gary Horn (Androfill) for promoting fat transfer and lig cut on national tv.
He injected one guy with 105ml of fat.

I\'m definitely not blaming them or saying its only an issue for the wealthy, but seeing them really emphasised how an issue like this gets into people\'s heads and allows them to get their priorities so wrong. I think everyone watching the show would agree that neither guy is suddenly going to become anymore appealing to women because of it or men were going to think anymore of them for it. The old guy in particular seemed like he was really barking up the wrong tree.

Funnily, Androfill\'s website does discourage PMMA and FFT. They state that only HA is the safe and risk-free method for Girth enhancement. They also say that lig-cuts will only enhance length in the \"flacid\". Though they say a cannula can be used, their You-tube video showed a needle being used.

I wonder whether this doctor is still working for Androfill?

I think smalljay is in the of things. PMMA was a godsend at the time and now maybe, something better (HA) has turned up. From what I\'ve read so far, even without considering the long-term risks, it was not a godsend. Androfill\'s (hypocritical) website and others in the medical field are beginning to attest to this. The attention seems to be moving towards perfecting the skills of HA. Those using the older methods are those reluctant to give up what they believe that they have become experts in and for the still ignorant clientele. This is clear, as Reklaw pointed out, that Androfill could have such a website recommending what it has but carrying out the procedures brought out at the start of this thread.

Okay fair enough, i didn\'t mean to witter on at you I just feel passionately about how shit this technique is.

Actually I think that is what everyone is saying.
it depends what your definition of a successful procedure is...
If it\'s something that makes your penis temporarily thicker despite an almost garanteed uneven appearance, a garanteed squashy unatural feel, huge lumps that might persist years even decades, and the fat moving about inside your shaft which is almost certainly going to be noticed by anyone that touches it and not to mention you\'ll have to have one of the most invasive surgeries imaginable to get it out once you\'ve decided you don\'t like it, with these Removal ops you often end up losing length, getting tissue Necrosis, the skin is left stuck to the shaft and no longer functions properly and a whole host of other problems.
But I mean if this is what you mean by something that \"works\" then fair enough
Your making out as if the only downside is that it\'s temporary, the fact that it\'s temporary is the least of your worries.

One major difference.

Fat transfers are very temporary.

In a year or so a huge proportion of that fat will have absorbed meaning they achieved nothing.

PMMA is essentially permanent.

Nobody is saying fat transfers don\'t work. It\'s that these guys are suxkered into thinking this is the answer to their problems and in 12 months they are going to devastated beyond even their original condition.

Can you reference which doctors said PMMA is causing a lifelong inflammatory response I the body, I would like to follow that up.

@alesk you are viewing things in the way Dr\'s have for years and in my opinion it\'s a flawed way of thinking. Take this thread for example, the main thing that comes out of it is that PE is really a mental issue. So whilst the medical community take the approach of promoting safety based on the physical properties of the material used for enhancement, you have to consider if this is also true in terms of the best approach of helping guys psychologically. For example, fat is \"safe\"\' as it isn\'t a foreign body and therefore doesn\'t carry the risk of non biological fillers such as PMMA or Silicone. But of those 3 materials which is the most likely to leave a patient with long term severe depression? From my experience, having followed hundreds of guys progress over 15 years, I\'d say fat by a long way. So which product is really safer?

This is fearful! Apart from hoddle there\'s one other person who posted having done a procedure with them (the doctor). I wish there were more posts about PE in the UK.

I see what you mean about the website it\'s completely hypocritical, when you take into account that they were promoting FFT and lig cut on TV yet mentioned nothing of HA and cannulla, which they were bragging about on here.
