@ kcchief do you knowEgor sure which route your gonna take for your procedure? And from what the doctors past patients have told you and have shown, do you feel convinced of the procedure? I have a short penis but pretty girthy at 5 inches around. I\'m more into the glands procedure. Itwould of been nice to see a before photo of the glands procedure. In the photos above its only a after so there\'s nothing to bad it from. Does the doc come off as a honest guy to you. With what people said about elist it may be hard to tell. He tells his patients there\'s no complications with a straight face.. Smh

And why hasn\'t he bothered joining the forum if he\'s willing to give photos away ?? And I\'m not exactly sold on those photos, just saying.

And BigJunk, if you were well aware of this procedure and were contemplating as long as you (presumably) have, why did you wait till someone else started a thread to chime in??

I understand what your saying SO but just like any new procedure you may not find much info on it until more people have gone through with it. I\'m pretty sure when PMMA first came to light there wasn\'t many testimonials or photos taken to prove it works. Maybe these guys are from the test trail and never considered to join a forum and talk about it: maybe they were just contracted to share their experiencesI with customers in exchange for a free procedure.

It seems this forum is changing rapidly. Everytime someone throws out an idea about a new procedure person is immediately shot down if they don\'t have a two page thesis on it. In the infant days of the old forum Everyone kept open minds and turned peeled back layers to find out if the procedure is plausible. Now if it\'s not PMMA people close their ears. It\'s just annoying and neEd to stop. Hear these people out and give it a chance. We won\'t learn anything if people keep getting shot off or called a shill.

Sorry N1I, while I value your opinions & input, I will never shy away from being critical. Never said this guy was a shill, but only pointed out some things. Considering his first post ever on an already established forum (not an infant forum) is about putting money down on a little-known procedure warrants some questioning, and that\'s exactly one of my roles here. You don\'t have to like it, and as you can see, I\'m not in anyway censoring his content. You know, if myself & other mods never put in the (essentially non-paying and volunteer) work of screening unusual posts & members, this place would have already been crawling with bullshit, leading men down far more dangerous paths.

According to you N1I, I should just turn a blind eye to all things questionable. I don\'t think I should. Besides, I\'m not shooting anyone or anything down. If anything, I\'m giving them every opportunity to introduce something new & cutting edge to the forum if it is indeed legitimate.

My username is Skeptical One, please let me do my job and perform my role here as I find appropriate. No moderator here is throwing around the word \"shill,\" but unless you have neglected PE\'s history, we have reason to be critical.

That said, I wish the convo to resume and I\'d like to learn more about this physician and his PLATINUM procedure.

Im just saying to stop coming so hard at people who come to the forum. Im just as skeptical as you. I\'m just saying this forum has a different vibe from the old one. My reasoning I don\'t post as much as I used to. that\'s all. But I do hope this procedure is plausible because I have small glands. But I don\'t think I\'ll move foward on anything until I hit my desired length.

I was looking over my notes, one of the guys mentioned an induced Erection either during or right after the procedure. This may explain the smoother, non-PMMA like, neck area and overall even symmetry. I have to wonder though if this might bunch up when Flaccid.

Interesting link: www.yestheyrefake.net/liquid_silicone_risks.htm

Useful list of questions to ask any physician using silicone injections.

It even mentioned these as potential risks of such injections: Granulomas, migration, traces found in other organs and lymph nodes, excessive collagen formation, necrosis, silicone embolism.

Hello kcchief, I was originally considering PMMA in TJ but now I think an american doctor using american products is better. I am just beginning my investigation though. I probably will wait until some from the forum has it done first. thanks for the information mate.

A word of advice to newbies, there ought to be a thorough discussion on the efficacy of Silikon 1000 (as Artefill will likely be too expensive an alternative), how it relates to PMMA, how it differs, and perhaps more importantly, how truly skilled Dr. Loria is.

Filler techniques are in part successful due to the skill of the performing physician. I think it would be ideal to obtain as many before & afters to get some sense of how his results look, the kind of quantities he injects per round, and so on.

It may be appealing to pull the trigger on an American-based \"bioplasty-type\" procedure, but it wasn\'t until some initial investigation before some of the first PMMA pioneers pulled the trigger with the Dr. C method. I\'m curious to learn more about this method, how it compares to current bioplasty techniques (namely PMMA), how it differs, and perhaps, which has a greater advantage when it comes to long-term safety as well as aesthetic consistency.

kccheif,

I am. I am researching this right now. If this procedure and this doctor turn out to be \"legitimate\" this would be a very practical and relatively inexpensive procedure for me.
