Thanks a lot BigJunk, I was looking esp. at the shafts of these two penises :-

1- The one with the measure tape- you can see there is a fluid-like under the shaft\'s skin (could it be due to the silicone which will feel always v. soft ?? I doubt that because Silikon 1000 should be injected in a micro-droplets technique and the new collagen will form around each microdrop so it should not be fluid-like. Or the reason for that it could be due to edema post-penile pump, may be I am wrong ??

Also in this case you cannot see any penile veins under the shaft ??

The color of the skin the distal 3/4 is more congested and red but the proximal 1/4 has almost a normal color.

I have noticed also that he has I think a fine scar directly behind his glans, post-surgery ??

2- The other one his penile dorsum looks like it has more a flat surface esp. in the last pic. it looks like a normal penile dorsum (i.e. neither operated nor injected penis) otherwise they will usually have more curved surface.

Also in this penis you have multiple big and small blood vessels under the skin which is different from the 1st one??

In the infant days of the old forum Everyone kept open minds and turned peeled back layers to find out if the procedure is plausible. Now if it\'s not PMMA people close their ears. It\'s just annoying and neEd to stop. Hear these people out and give it a chance. We won\'t learn anything if people keep getting shot off or called a shill.

The reason there is no standardized technique that is because despite numerous different approaches, to date none have been able to produce results with high enough patient satisfaction and low enough complication rates. This has been going for 30 years and every time a new technique is introduced it seems to be followed by a new group of victims. We\'ve learned from that and thus many of us are extremely skeptical when we hear about yet another new technique.

If with the first PMMA thread posted on PhalloBoards, the following day someone announced they were going to get it done, don\'t you think there would have been a similar reaction?

Hi Guys, I will try to respond to your questions as best I can. I would encourage other guys to call and collect info too so we get a clearer picture. @SO I met with Dr Rosenthal after my divorce and planned on getting grafts right away. To be honest I was having a late mid life crisis and he told me to wait a while until I was feeling more upbeat about life. Also he said at my age the risk of complications is higher than a young guy, and I will take longer to heal. Then I read about re-absorption and decided to hold off even though I think Rosenthal is a good guy. I leaned about Dr Loria just recently, and I think I was jumping the gun yesterday. Sometimes I am just too impulsive. I will not schedule treatment until I am comfortable all of my concerns are addressed. @Smartman Regarding the guy with the tape measure, I also thought his penis looked pumped. The problem is he called me before I saw it otherwise I would have asked. I think another possibility is he took the picture shortly after the injection, or after some rough sex. It looks swollen to me and may be smaller when it is not inflamed. Sorry I don\'t know what a dorsum is. @kcchief: email. (what?) @N1I: I spoke to the guy with the big one on the phone for quite a while. I did not realize how big he was until I got the pictures though later in the day. He works as an adult actor and had the procedure specifically to get more work. He said he was big even before he reached puberty which I do not doubt. Also he said it was a mixed blessing, he is making a lot more money but it is difficult for him to maintain a relationship with girls outside the industry. Most don\'t like what he does, and he said the extra Girth is just too big oftentimes making sex painful. He said Dr loria has done quite a few guys in the Miami porn scene but they are bigger than me to begin with. He did not consider Dr Reed or any other PE surgeon because a scar or even a small Nodule will get blown during closeups and negatively impact his career. Check the 2 Lemperle FBG papers in the complications thread. Silicone oil has similar complications as PMMA. The FBG\'s tend to be much worse as far as severity and more difficult to treat.

Sorry N1I, while I value your opinions & input, I will never shy away from being critical. Never said this guy was a shill, but only pointed out some things. Considering his first post ever on an already established forum (not an infant forum) is about putting money down on a little-known procedure warrants some questioning, and that\'s exactly one of my roles here. You don\'t have to like it, and as you can see, I\'m not in anyway censoring his content. You know, if myself & other mods never put in the (essentially non-paying and volunteer) work of screening unusual posts & members, this place would have already been crawling with bullshit, leading men down far more dangerous paths.

The results look almost too perfect. Either that, or this doctor is really awesome. If my result looked half as good, I would be really happy. I am happy, but I would be really happy. Also, the one without the tape measure does not look like he has as large a Girth as he said. He is big for sure, but does not appear to be 7.75 inches.

Pics look great - but definitely hard to believe that these are post-op cases, they look too good.

I was looking over my notes, one of the guys mentioned an induced Erection either during or right after the procedure. This may explain the smoother, non-PMMA like, neck area and overall even symmetry. I have to wonder though if this might bunch up when Flaccid.

Im just saying to stop coming so hard at people who come to the forum. Im just as skeptical as you. I\'m just saying this forum has a different vibe from the old one. My reasoning I don\'t post as much as I used to. that\'s all. But I do hope this procedure is plausible because I have small glands. But I don\'t think I\'ll move foward on anything until I hit my desired length.

@ kcchief do you knowEgor sure which route your gonna take for your procedure? And from what the doctors past patients have told you and have shown, do you feel convinced of the procedure? I have a short penis but pretty girthy at 5 inches around. I\'m more into the glands procedure. Itwould of been nice to see a before photo of the glands procedure. In the photos above its only a after so there\'s nothing to bad it from. Does the doc come off as a honest guy to you. With what people said about elist it may be hard to tell. He tells his patients there\'s no complications with a straight face.. Smh
