The pain, The uncertainty and the lack of facts

I arrived home, my dad picked me up from the airport. I was a bit slow in moving, I went to my moms for a few hours. Moms know everything, she kept looking at me and saying what is wrong, I told her I am tired from the trip and I want to go home.

I arrived at my place, my beautiful dog greeted me at my door step but she kept sniffing my wounds. Again, she is a bitch and she knows everything!!!!

I took my antibiotics on time and I took one Ty3 pain killer. I went to sleep that nite ok.

At 6 am, I woke up screaming like some one stuck a knife in my dick! I had an erection and the stitches (the Dr. never mentioned) are killing me behind the glans. I screamed in pain so bad, my dog was scared! I walked around my bedroom like a zombie to get the erection down and I took another TY3 pill. After 20 mins, it kicked in and I started to feel less pain.

I called the Dr and asked him about this pain, he said don\'t worry just take the TY3 and in a few days it will be gone. He had told me in my consultation that most people never have pain.

The next few days it was the same, wake up screaming and walk around my bedroom like a maniac to the pain.

This lasted about a week and then the pain started to lessen in intensity. The drain bulb was a pain in the ass or should I say in the side.

I had to do some mechanical work on some machines and I do not believe I did it with my dick wrapped and a drain tube stuck in my side. Somehow I managed to work a few days after the surgery....I had to make some money after spending over $11,000.00 for the surgery and the trip there.

The incision healed well and I took out the drain after a week or so, I can;t remember now. You have to pull this surgical tube out of your side, it is about 12 inches long!!! It hurt a bit but it looked worse than it hurt.

Now I can take full showers and I felt a bit better. A few days later, I took out the stitches from the incision. You cut one side and pull the thread from the other side. It burned a bit but was not too bad.

The erection pains were now a lot less. the penile skin looked a bit red but I used Olive oil and wrapped it 24/7....

I got some erections and it looked big but short, I had lost one inch or more of erect length....Again he says: do not worry about it, it will come back in a couple of weeks.

I can feel the edges all around the implant : Don\'t worry about it it will go away when the capsule forms in a few weeks.....He said.

It did, but in a few months. the erect length never really came back. the girth was fantastic. I have not tried it yet. I tried to masturbate a few times, but I was not able to reach orgasm because of the severe pain behind the glans....

At about 4 months or so, I meet this small chick. We go out and have a few drinks. We start to have sex, she looks at it and says: oh my god, it is too big. I liked that and I thought may be all this shit was worth it.

I could not put it all the way inside her, she was small and when I push, it felt like my glans was going to burst! I made her come by my fingers and tongue and she stroked me to finish, I did but it was very quick orgasm and pain came right back.

A day later, my penis swelled and was spongy. It looked like I had irritated it from the sex. I took some Alleve for a few days and of course wrapped it less tight and after one week the swelling went away.

Now I do not know what to do, if I have sex it may burst and if I do not have sex..then what the fuck?

A few weeks later I have sex with another lady. The pain was a lot less. she took it all the way in and she loved it. She came twice. Again, It swelled and I had to wait a week for the swelling to subside... This is now over six months post op!

I went on a business trip overseas, when I cam back next time I had sex, it was a lot better and pain was a lot less and I did manage to have a good orgasm. Now I had to teach my self to balance between pleasure and pain to be able to come.

the girth was great, they all loved it. Length was not an issue at all even thu I was around 5\" to 5.25\" EL.

Most of the edges went away. Only around the glans the edges felt a bit sharp but blended in well when erect.

I went on a business trip to LA, so of course I dropped by Dr. Elist office for a check up. He told me it looked great and he gave me a shot of kenalog near the incision to loosed some scar tissue. It worked and a few weeks later I can move my penis in all directions without much resistance from the implant.

I can tell that the implant is settling down and the capsule had formed and things are stable now. The glans pain never went away but it had lessened.

Now I am enjoying it a lot but the pain it still there and if I have sex for too long, I can\'t finish. I had a few lady friends with benefits and only one can tell there is something there.

At this point, about 8 months into it, I had heard all the horror stories about the implant. Some of you know I was on the old defunct mns forum and I told it as it was.....A lot of my postings got deleted for telling the truth.

Now I am thinking, fuck, is this going to blow up on me like every one is saying? Mark (a gentleman who also had the implant) and I talked on the phone about our experiences. He did not have his stitched to his shaft so he had almost no pain and he had and still is having good fun with it, right Mark?

Now, we hear about this new shit called PMMA....What the fuck is PMMA? Oh my god, it is PLASTIC BALLS....oh great now we will put plastic balls in our dicks not silicone? what gives?

After meeting him, I\'m positive he wouldn\'t. He comes across as an ethical guy who\'s got a reputation to protect, among other things, and God forbid if something went wrong or it was found out he did a PMMA procedure stateside, it would be a huge deal.
Taking the trip from L.A. was easy-parked outside the border, walked over and immediately got a cab to his office (I only went for a consultation and didn\'t get the procedure.) Since you\'re already in San Diego it would be a piece of cake to go back and forth.

Mark, the scar tissue has already developed by now and is has settled. I do not see why you should get an infection UNLESS the implant edges causes problems. If you remove it and not replace it with a new one, then you will have retraction and curvature for sure, how severe it depends on the individual. I suggest you decide if you want the new implant, then have it done and you will heal very quickly and should have no problems or if you want PMMA, then you can do that at your convenience.

It makes sence to get separate procedures with fft or elist implant.

I can\'t help to think back to the length loss from other members from the past.
But it seems pmma is more forgiving.
Looking back at bct and others who kept going for more.maybe too much.

hi man, we are pretty much same situation. 25here 6tall fit, 6by5, not happy with the size. thinking this surgery for awhile, waiting for my passport back. im from San Diego tho, can just go home afterward. wondering if Dr. live in SD, i can just come to their house, pay them under table. dont know if they can do that. i know its illegal.

Thanks so much L.T. and Mustang, Now the thing bothering me the most is: say I do decide to keep the implant in, in reality it\'s probably unlikely that I would get a spontaneous infection, and they can usually be dealt with before causing any lasting, serious problems..... but..... now my worry is, it seems the longer the implant is in / the more likely one is to have serious scar tissue build up.... no?? It seems that would be the case, and since there probably is a chance that I would want it out SOME day...... wouldn\'t that alone almost be reason enough to have it taken out?? I mean, if there wasn\'t this PMMA option, I wouldn\'t even think about it, I love this nice girth! but I don\'t want to leave it in so long that I have a scared up banana for a dick if I need it out and then not even be a candidate for PMMA .... know what I mean? oh what to do! Wow sizemic! that looks great! better than my implant I must say, the more results I see like this the more I think of getting it out and going the PMMA route, like Mustang is doing. For those that are interested, I\'ve started a thread outlining my experience with peyronie\'s. I will be answering questions and offering advice to members. I suffered for 15 long years and I wouldn\'t wish this condition on my worst enemy. I\'d like to diagnose/counsel/reassure as many as I can.

UPDATE February 2013


Here is an update on my latest TEA Total Enhancement Approach. Since my last posts I have had several more CO2 fractional laser treatments to the face which have me getting picked up by younger and younger girls. It used to be women in their forties who sometimes checked me out. Then I started to get them wandering towards me like droves of zombies. Now they don\'t dare come at me anymore out of fear of rejection, and girls in their twenties are starting to come on strong. That hasn\'t happened to me in eons!


Possibly some of this comes from my experience with Dr C and Wade whose PMMA injections have totally upturned my life. I had my second PMMA series last summer, the third last September and will get my fourth in June. Yeah! However now this has me considering my physique and aesthetics on another level.


I used to simply want to no longer feel deficient \"down there\" and hoped to attract a much younger woman whom I had deep feelings for but who had manifested that she liked only very \'large\' African men. Yeah, it doesn\'t get much worse than that when you aren\'t packing the goods. So I went forward with PMMA out of love and hope. While the motive was not fulfilled in its promise, I have no regrets and am even grateful to that girl for having moved me to do so...


About general aesthetics and what I call TEA, I have been moving the process from genital enhancement to facial youthfulness and now onto general silhouette enhancement and total body aesthetics. For this reason I am also getting a webbing reduction in Russia, along with abdominal liposuction although everyone says I don\'t need it. It is just a small layer of fat I can\'t get off equal to about two pants sizes at the waist. I\'ll be happy when it\'s gone!


You will note from my Russian Adventure thread in the Patient Support forum that I will soon travel to Kaliningrad for a ligament cut operation through the scrotum. This is NOT to have a larger unit in bed, but is strictly a TEA aesthetic enhancement. Since I am now looking a lot younger and more fit, I have been indulging in the formerly forbidden pleasure of nude beaches and resorts. I just love the freedom, as well as feeling attractive to the naked lovelies... It\'s a great rush and I relax better than ever before.


However, the PMMA has made my unit rather thick when flaccid so to make it more natural looking I am seeking a purely aesthetic flaccid lengthening with the ligament cut. I will be stretching much of the time for the subsequent months so this may even bring me erect length gains although if any they should be very modest. At 5.5\" EL I hope to reach 6\" if possible - who knows? I\'ll keep you posted.


Since the surgeon does this procedure using the Russian method passing through the scrotum to avoid any visible scars in the pubic area, I am also having him remove the webbing which runs all the way up to my circumcision scar. This should give my unit a lot more visual appeal making it seem to start from closer to the base instead of growing out of my sack. I think visually it will make it look longer, which is useful when it is a bit too short for its consequent width. This combined with the lig cut and stretching may help make it look properly proportioned.


I am also going to ask the doctor for a PRP blood platelet plasma injection around the eye sockets, as when you age you lose body fat in a few facial areas. So the key to youthful appearance isn\'t only tightening the skin and growing new fresh baby skin thanks to fractional laser localized 3rd degree burns, but also getting some filler into those hollowing areas. Mind you, this is not a very apparent problem in my case, but I want to rejuvenate before aging too much.


Also I want to avoid costly fillers which will vanish in no time and have heard that PMMA is great in the shaft but not the face. While convalescing in the Russian clinic I will try the platelet rich injections similar to Dr Runels\' Vampire process, minus the hyaluronic acid which isn\'t needed in my case. I will also have some injected into my slightly receding hairline and smallish bald spot on the crown of the head. It is said to work wonders in preventing male pattern baldness alopecia and I shall report on any results here.


Finally, after my 4th and possibly final PMMA series in Tijuana this summer, I plan to go for shaft and ball sack hair removal. Like many men, especially those with webbing or whose skin move up the shaft after PMMA injections to accommodate the extra volume, sparse hairs grow along my shaft. I want them GONE. So I examined at length various methods from waxing to cremes and from shaving to home lasers, to conclude that for a permanent solution one must have this done professionally.


Although I have access to a leading dermatologist who is a pioneer in laser technologies and who has a full-time laser hair removal specialist working at his doctor\'s office, research on the subject of cost, permanence, reliability, hair types and skin colors brought me to conclude that for me the best method is going to be electrolysis.


However, this method is quite dangerous as it can cause severe burns or pitting along one\'s shaft, creating a moon crater result - far more disastrous than a few stray hairs. So one must have a top professional, and preferably one experience in genital hair removal. Since I will be in California to go to see Dr C in Tijuana, I plan to book an appointment with a leading Transgender electrolysis expert who has done genital hair removal for over sixteen years. I shall ask for shaft, scrotum and rear hair removal and maybe nose and ear hair removal too if not too pricey. On blogs I heard the price was $75/hour and that she works slowly and safely, which sounds good to me. Here\'s the link:

You will note that she uses primarily the galvanic method, so I will also be able to tell you how it feels to have electrical current in my unit and gumballs LOL. In any case I think this is probably the safest and most cost-effective permanent solution for hair removal in delicate places. More later...

Thanks loads for the leads to Thermage units, I will look into buying one once in the States where websites aren\'t blocked by the medical lobbies.
I underwent another \"enhancement\" over Christmas with more CO2 Fractioned laser on the face, hands and neck. All that\'s left is one last session just for the eyes, using metal protection cups and a lower setting due to the fragile eyelid skin. That\'s tomorrow and after a week\'s recovery I\'ll be fresh as a cucumber!
I self-administered a sub-cutaneous shot of Gonadotropin aka as Pregnyl which I had left over from last summer, and found it complemented nicely the intramuscular shots of Testosterone I\'ve been taking every three weeks. I\'ll keep a few around for occasional use, even if Miracle7 thinks it might be nasty. The one I took actually had me feeling peppier and younger. Could it be the placebo effect. Or is it the placenta effect, given that it is a hormone extracted from the placenta of pregnant Dutch ladies.
This summer a 2nd round of PMMA, and the ladies will think they lucked-out finding a hot for his age boy toy! LOL And no, I won\'t be telling ANYTHING as I already lost someone very dear that way. Word to the wise, discretion when it comes to personal enhancement of any kind.
