I never tried the penimaster, but does that cause blisters? I've heard you can wear it all day- or was it phallosan that made that claim? When I first started I tried sleeping with an extender on which was stupid. I figured I can make gains while I sleep. I did have an indentation after first procedure probably because I was doing vac extending, which is why I think they use the noose style extender. Like I would be worried that anything that creates a vacuum could cause some kind of deformity before the material completely sets. How does the penimaster work? Is it just like the cheap blue vacuum cups? I was going to look at the comfort grip but I figure it wasn't worth buying just to use during the 2 month recovery period after the procedure. I am interested in the penimaster if I can wear that all day with no blisters. I picked up the hanger from Still On Systems that Dr Rupeka had mentioned but that was a waste. It doesn't really stay on the glans for a noose style of hanger. www.reddit.com/r/TheScienceOfPE/comments...rip_extender_review/

Sorry i wasn’t clear it’s the opposite. I had been gently stretching with a phallosan plus under zero tension for the first week to heal in an extended state and I was trying to decide whether to keep going or stop. I elected to stop since my glans was getting a little irritated and wearing it all day and night was kind of a pain. But wearing it the first week made all the difference for me and the outcome was far superior to just using the weight which is what I did for the first round. I might try some light pumping in another couple of months to maximize the collagen but for now I’m just leaving it alone focusing on clean living, laying off the alcohol and cigars, taking supplements, etc.

If anyone is looking for information on traction devices and their effectiveness you may want to watch the following video. It discusses the Penimaster, Phallosan and others but goes in depth on the RestoreX which I'm using. I plan on using the RestoreX for another few months, supplemented with the Silistretrcher-2 all day stretcher and weight hanger. I ordered it last week and I'm looking forward to it arriving this week. Since the RestoreX provides 5 to 7 pounds of force I plan on using the Stillstretcher-2 for its ADS function.

Glad to hear you are doing well and the process is working. I appreciate input in the post care and phallosan plus device. Before I read your post I went ahead and ordered the silistretcher/hanger. It had some decent reviews and seemed less complicated than others making it a good device to learn on. My intent is supplement my RestoreX stretcher with some hanging then ADS for tension for several hours during the day. Did you sleep with your phallosan on? Thanks

The phallosan plus was excellent. I was a little paranoid the first night that I might swell up larger than the base ring and get stuck in the thing but fortunately this was not a problem. LOL The trick is to not roll the condom sleeve all the way down, keep it just below the glans right on the circ scar to keep the suction but no part gripping the shaft itself. I put it on the lowest possible setting zero tension just enough to keep extended and I wore it 24/7 for 7 days straight with the exception of the airplane home on day 5. I’m a month out now and things are looking great. Not 100% perfect but I’m very satisfied. FWIW Ian seemed a bit skeptical about my methods but I’m convinced this is the way to go for severe retractors and far superior to using a weight. I used the provided weight and wrap the first time and the outcome was poor so I’m speaking from experience here. As for the choice to use Ellanse I guess I’m just a wuss for whatever reason I just can’t get on board with a permanent filler even though I know there’s not a whole lot of difference. The irregularities I had from the first round are still there and will probably still be there years from now.

Good news on your experience. I have AV on my short list. What made you choose Ellansé over the other fillers they provide HA or PPA? Also how was your experience with phallosan forte plus. I’m thinking about purchasing one or a similar device…perhaps penimasterpro….or perhaps lg hanger, total man, or silistretcher….tough to decide….thanks.

I’m 2 weeks out from my second round of Ellansé and I feel like I owe this forum an update. So I had my first round of 10CC back in 2022 and tbh the results were less than stellar. I am a severe retractor and I came away with filler clumped up underneath at the base (like I had a tumor) and also migration above the circ scar line. Nobody’s fault just my anatomy and the way it went. So after 4 years I decided to get back on the horse and go for another round this time being way more prepared. I received 8 CC of Ellanse with no PRP (I didn’t want any extra volume making shaping harder) and after two weeks I can safely say the results are amazing. The big difference this time was my approach to after care. I bought a phallosan forte plus and kept it extended 24/7 for the first 7 days. I believe this made all the difference for me. Not only did I achieve major girth gains (roughly 5 3/4” ) I also achieved a significantly improved flaccid hang. The first time I used the weighted ball hanger they give you and imo this is way too much tension. Simply put the harder you pull on something the more it’s going to want to retract. So I used the phallosan plus on the lowest possible tension pointed straight down only taking it off to go to the bathroom for the first week. Just enough tension to keep it fully extended but no more than that. The goal being not to stretch the penis but to allow the filler to set up without migrating especially when sleeping. I didn’t do any stretching before the procedure because I didn’t want to show up with an already fatigued penis and I think this was a smart move. So after this round I’m probably done with fillers I’m happy with my gains and I think it’s important to know when to quit. I don’t have a porn star penis but when I see it in the mirror and feel it in my hand I can’t help but crack a little smile. Sorry no pics but I wanted to share my experience and results and let people know even if it didn’t go well for you the first time there’s still hope. Happy to answer any questions.

Are you happy with your Phallofill? What were your before and after measurements?

I don't think so, but external stressors may impact the recovery and maintenance (in varying degrees) based on the procedure type (among other factors) -- I believe William of
@PhalloFILL would be the source since he's developed PhalloFILL's proprietary approach to Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections for girth enhancement.

Thanks for asking Johnsmore. I made various attempts to be less of a grower, and spent way more money than I should’ve. I wasn’t looking for a “magic bullet”, I was just looking for something that worked for me. I tried jelqing, pumping, and various stretchers, including the Phallosan Forte which is a very well made but expensive stretching device. Unfortunately, none of this worked for me, not due to time and commitment, but probably due to my physiology. Pumping was very helpful because it stretched my skin which will help with the volume of filler I can take and ultimately my aesthetics. The one device that worked for me is the RestoreX stretcher which was developed to help with Peyronie’s disease. It is not cheap but it definitely provides a consistent strong stretch. It was developed in cooperation with the Mayo Clinic. Those with Peyronie’s disease are supposed to use it for two 30 minute sessions per day. I purchased it when it first came out and actually called their customer service to see if it had been used for penile lengthening. At that point, no studies had been done to test the device for that. I used it over the past 18 months or so for about 10 hours per week and it has helped me. Let me be clear, I am not recommending that anyone try the RestoreX stretcher, I’m just relaying what worked for me. I’m also older (just turned 59) than most of the guys posting on the forum and I would have to say with age your sexual muscles “loosen” / change along with our biceps, triceps, etc. So, things just hang a little easier than they used to hang. My recommendation would be to spend time here reading what others have done that helped them and decide if that might work for you. There is so much great information on this forum but it takes time to read through it. I can honestly say I’ve probably spent over 100 hours reading the progress reports, testimonials, and reviews etc. that everyone has posted. It was time well spent and I am very grateful for all the different perspectives shared here. I’m sure this is way more than you were looking for when you asked your question but I wanted to share my perspective / journey. I wish you and everyone else who is contemplating penile enhancement the best of luck! Like I posted before, I wish I would’ve done this a long time ago. Thanks!

While I'm awaiting responses to the questions (which should be arriving very soon), I still see no indication this is rental equipment; can anyone explain why or how they've confirmed this? I was never told as much nor can I find any info on the website saying as much. My contention is that the burden of proof is on PhalBack, but if it it works as intended, even 75% of the goal for 75% (or more) of its users, I'd say that's a resounding success given the inconsistencies typically associated with manual PE exercises. Hey everyone, new here, entrepreneurial guy. Hope everyone is doing well and, at the very least, receives this message. I was ready to purchase the item online and have tried to call and the employees failed to pick up the phone for the device. I was willing to pay upwards of $10,000.00, however after reading everyone’s comments it appears this grossly exceeds that price, you have to go to a doctor, nurse, and you rent it out? Based on all the foregoing, I’ll have to pass if it true. Sharing penile equipment that is potentially biohazardious with other men’s semen on it, is not good. Moreso, the website is terribly archaic which looks horrendous for sales or any form of a sales funnel. I’m a marketing guy, I’m easy to sell, but with the website having no information, the price being $20,000, it would make more sense to have a lower tier product, middle and this being the upper tier product - for a business to succeed, from someone who has grown millionaire dollar businesses, I’m not sure who made the website and the lack of information. Lastly, the price. I’m not fond of a rental equipment with a subpar website, employees who don’t pick up the phone, for a product that exceeds $20,000 wherein I’d have to swipe my Amex. The site has no credibility. I see no difference between using Phallosan Forte, LeLuv, BathMate with an adjusted or custom vibrating cock ring using the above in intervals.
