I realize there are many posts like this in the archives (not to mention Thundersplace and other such forums) and I've been slowly making my way through them, but I wanted to start a new thread seeking advice on how to gain length in a safe and efficient manner in order to renew interest in this topic on the forum. Additionally, I intend on getting a procedure for girth in the (hopefully) not to distant future and feel that it would be best to ask a community of those who have gotten or intend on getting the same what methods, routines, equipment, etc. they have used, which has worked (or not) for them as they journeyed to achieve an increase in length before (or after) a girth enhancement procedure.

I previously toyed around with the BibHanger, at one point getting up to 12lbs. (between the cheeks), but my EQ was awful so I stopped. I also used the ESL40 ADS but became frustrated as the silicone cap would constantly slip off the glans. I own and occasionally use the Bathmate (for girth) but find it doesn't produce anything other than temporary gains (lasting a few hours or less). I also did some manual PE (stretching and jelqing) but became extremely frustrated by how tedious it was.

I recently purchased the Total Man Ultimate Penis Enlargement Kit that comes with silicone sleeves, a compression hanger (one more compact than the Bib), a rod extension device, a vacuum extender, and a ADS strap. For $330 (including shipping) I found it to be a relatively good deal (though I could be wrong). I'll keep the community informed as to the quality and durability of the products if any are so interested.

But if anyone can offer advice, tips, routines, or resources to help me gain some length, it would be greatly appreciated.

I was also thinking about purchasing the penimaster. I currently do light hanging with a silicone cup. I used to do the BibHanger at over 12lbs. but had horrible ED so I stopped.

However, I've heard that the penimaster can start to hurt the glans after an hour or so. I'm really looking to purchase something that I can wear for many hours a day with little to no discomfort. Thoughts?

I have been on and off with PE for about 2 years now. I have an esl40 and a bib like hanger. I started wearing the esl40 for any where of 8-14 hrs a day. The hager i have to figure out because it keeps slipping. I also have sever retraction.
I am interested in phalloplasty and have seen throught the years of lurking on here that erect length is not realistic through surgery. I am working on diet and exercise for the fat pad. Currently in Vegas if that helps.
My goals are to be 7x6 nbp and to get rid of my turkey neck.
Guidance from members and doctors would be greatly appreciated.

You don\'t believe to used car salesman right? Here is the similar case. First of all, claim of erect length gain of 2 inches+ is simply ridiciolus from medical aspect as penile tissues simply cannot stretch that much, and second, you know, every time some of PE salesman claim of incredible gain, he can\'t prove it with before/after pics. Take a look at the two of the most shameless liars in PE industry: DoubleLongDaddy and BiB. Both of them claims of incredible gains like 5 or even 6 inches and they can\'t prove it, it\'s just a big lie. If it was true, it would be proven in many scientific papers with many of repeated experiments and proofs such as before and after pics. But as you know, medical studies on traction says that in average patients have gained just a little more than 1 cm or 0.5\"

It looks like a smaller better-designed BIB hanger - your dick looks bigger but your the first person I ever heard that got girth from hanging. I don\'t understand how you gained girth as it is pulling from the base and the clamp is in the middle of your dick. Your girth looked big enough before - how much did you gain? You are also the first person I ever heard of that gained 2.3 inches hanging. Congrats if it\'s true. Even if you didn\'t gain that much it looks bigger. If you\'re selling a 2\"+ increase a pic with a tape measure would probably go a long way - it doesn\'t establish what you were before but at least guys could see that you are over 8\" now. It looks like a legit hanger and it\'s not crazy expensive. (By the way, I looked at the website - what\'s with the \"testosterone\" ring that sends natural electrical impulses in your dick, lol - there is no way there is any science behind putting metal on your skin that generates its own electricity on contact with sweat.)

1) How soon after lig cut did you start jelqing?
2) How soon after lig cut did you start clamping?
3) What\'s your average daily routine - how many hours manual, hanging, ADS, ANS, etc?
4) Have you done PMMA/Ellanse/HA/etc? If so, how soon after your lig cut?

1. Would say maybe 6 months before I Jelked again. Honestly though I had residual swelling that gave me substantial girth for at least 5 months. I was actually concerned about it but slowly went away. In my case I didn\'t want to introduce more blood into it.
2. I\'ve always been thicker at 5.5 mid 5.9 at base so I\'ve never done any girth work never needed it. Pumping I do is strictly for asthetics when I just want a little extra or we go to nudist areas. The bib hanger I used years ago felt a like clamping though. Clamping and related activities deserve full research and understanding because the opportunity to permenently damage your penis is high. Be safe!!
3. Before I had a lig cut I went as high as 8 -9 hours a day combining ADS ESL40 7 hours, and vac hanging 2 hours. Did this on and off for years sometimes working in extending in the evening instead. I originally started with a flaccid penis of 3.5 inches and these methods only solidified a 1/2 inch perminent gain. I originally started though with manual stretching and conditioning my penis before I used any devices.

Currently though I have no more suspensory ligament to contend with, so my program is much different and less aggressive. Every other day I vac hang moderate weight 8 pounds for 30 minutes before work. I do 15 minutes weight hanging between the cheeks and 15 just seated in a chair straight down. I do manual stretching everyday in the shower. When I come home from work I do a custom wrap on my penis for comfort and I strap in my extender. I can really crank down the tension with little to no discomfort. I wear it until I go to bed. Taking it off to jelk and helicopter every hour and a half. I usually get in 4 hours a night. I try to stay very fit as well. Adipose tissue (fat) around the abdomen can hide a significant portion of your penis. Low bf definitely makes your dick look bigger believe me, I\'ve dropped 30lbs since my lig cut. I work out 5-6 times a week weight training and add cardio to it every other day. Working out your penis is important too, I kegel while wearing my extender as well and the bars tell me how much force I\'m pulling. I take fish oil, a men\'s active daily vitamin, protein, glutamine and CLA for maintaining a healthy weight ( literature is not 100% on CLA btw). And I drink a lot water and tea. Oh also take L Licene for tissue health.

3. I plan on doing Ellanse or Voluma. My wife is very against this as she says she can barely take me as it is. It would definitely push me well over 6 inches girth at my base so I feel her concerns. But again, I like my erection size, so I would only be doing it to make my flaccid look even bigger. I\'m in no rush. I believe cheaper, longer lasting REVERSIBLE fillers are the future. Time will tell.

Be Very careful how much force you put on your penis after this procedure. If you put a lot of stress on it too early you can open up your incision. Open Questions I still have:

Post-Op Questions
1) Why did LL\'s operation with Rosenthal have post-op instructions to not shower a month after surgery? Dr. Solomon\'s post-op had me shower on Day 4, after drain removal! I am now showering every day using Hibiclens. EDIT: Answered by LL in this thread.

2) Why did KFH\'s operation with Clinic Brazil in Russia have the doctor attach an extender 2 days post-op? That sounds dangerous...

Stretching/PE Questions
1) Dr. Solomon wants me to wear the 14 oz ADS from AutoExtender for 6 months to prevent scar tissue formation from the ligament cut. But what about after that? Can I start hanging? Can I start jelqing/clamping again? Can I pump?

2) Anyone have any recommendations for ADS besides AutoExtender? (Phallosan Forte, ESL40). Dr. Solomon specifically said to NOT use the extenders like SizeGenetics that press against the pubic bone - he had a medical reason for it that I don\'t remember off the top of my head. Then again, I don\'t see a reason to use one of those vs other ADS systems anyways.

3) Anyone have recommendations for a non ADS hanger? Bib Hanger vs LG Hanger? Anyone heard of the tools that MoS pushes? (SizeDoctor, SiliStretcher, LengthMaster)?

My Story:

Basically I was a fan of the old BIB Hardcore Hanger once I did my own hanger which was working better for me I figured out that you can also produce size related hanger.
Basically I have to hanger which I believe one is working better for girth up to 13cm and the other for girth above 13cm.

Probation has an expiration date just like prison time, they legally cannot hold you for anymore time unless they give you additional charges. When you accept your deal whether it be probation or a sentence they cannot go back on and tack on additional charges. Probation is a breeze, just stay the fuck out of trouble, the only time you are a commodity is when you\'re actually in prison. I was super happy with the increase the silicon microdroplets gave my head. just look at my pics above. You can see how it helps the ridge of my glans really pop. If i would have had another 4 cc\'s it would have made a big big difference. I\'m still contemplating what to do. I really want my glans bigger.

yes i had tons of concerns at first. I went very light and incrimentally added weight in the beginning. but now i believe using the bib hanger (its a clamping hanger) helps loosen up any nodules and helps keep everything loose and plastic as it should. I\'ll go more into this with my hanging thread.

Hi guys sorry about the year long hiatus. Life Life and more life.

I went down to Doctor C. for my first round and the site shut down so i went at it alone on my pilgrimage. I was pretty pissed because I came to rely on everyone\'s input.

Yes i still hang with my bib hanger. I hang every day. I havnt really gained too much becasue after every procedure i thought it might be a good idea to not hang for 8 to 10 weeks to make sure everything developed and healed properly. Also i quite hanging 2 weeks prior to a procedure to make sure my penis is in good healed state ready to take on the trama. Taking that much time off from hanging really puts a dampener on the progress.

Mustang as you know I found this site due to the Elist references in a Google search. I was contemplating the implant.
