TOPIC: going in for the filler consultation tomorrow

I did notice that he has 4.5 stars out of 5, from 77 reviews on Realself.com - which makes him of the higher rated doctors - so I don\'t want to make it sound like I am trashing him, I just left without much clarity.

Every single surgeon I\'ve met who offers fat injection has used that excuse \"I\'ve perfected the technique\" HA what a load of rubbish, I was told this by Franklin Kuehhas and Roberto Viel.

Anyway I think it\'s good that he offers such a wide range of options and the fact that you may be getting a procedure so close to home may help you get a better result because you will be less stressed

Hi Reklaw, I agree - everyone says it has been perfected yet I have never seen evidence of that. He opened the conversation with that and I pretty much decided then and there that this wasn\'t going to lead to anything. What he was saying didn\'t match up with what I know. Also, I have read that the act of spinning fat in a centrifuge damages the fat cells and leads to more lumps and bad blood flow - not fewer lumps. I know I don\'t have the stomach for any more fuck ups sp I would rather do nothing than take a chance at this point.

Hey honkydory! Sorry,I\'ve been away from the site for about a day or so but thanks for the info. Myself including other members appreciate you asking the necessary information. On the other hand i have come to my decision. I will eventually go with Dr. Heller but first i want to continue my \"Do it yourself goal\' and if my Dick turns out with weird shaping all I\'ll do is set up a date to have the doc do the procedure. That way I\'ll be at my goal. If i can make at least a .75 Girth increase myself, going to Dr. Heller will put me at my goal as well as correct my shape of the shaft. Great info again.

the prices for HA are really low, like incredibly low. i would for sure want to see the packets that the syringes came out of to be sure they are juvederm at that price for 10 !! that is seriously half the price it costs here.

also, different HA brands are very different materials - in terms of consistency, longevity etc. there is a reason those more expensive ones are more expensive and its not only down to effective marketing by the reps.

i went back to see my doc today and got another 6cc. will see how that turns out over the coming week and post more pictures. he didnt want to put as much as 6 in as he said it really wasnt needed and 3 was more than enough. but he did the 6 cos i kind of insisted.

also, he was much more interested in talking this time so we were discussing other techniques and he told me he does FFT and has for many years. techniques have apparently improved over the years but results are still variable. however he has had patients that lasted 6 years with a good result. interestingly he said some patients just arent suitable for it - they dont have enough fat or the right fat or they just metabolise fat really effectively. and for example, he said looking at me that he could more or less tell that i would metabolise it quickly because i naturally dont have much fat on me anyway. and also that it would be hard to lipsuction enough of the right fat out of me to start with. while he would be happy to do FFT it would need to be with the right patient as he doesnt want a poor result or complications, so HA is often the best option.

i think with all these options there are so many variables. one thing he will not do is anything permanent like PMMA as he has done lots of operations trying to get it out of women who had it put in their cheeks or backside and then doing reparatory surgery.

interestingly he does gender reassignment surgery and serious full on surgery stuff. i think he just does this cosmetic stuff for aesthetic interest !

Are you sure he\'s not a bullshitter? I really doubt he does SRS and the comment he made about a 3rd of his inquiries coming from women about their husbands just sounds absurd.

Until recently he was working in one of those budget plastic surgery places in Belgium. I find it very hard to believe an SRS Dr would be found there. It would be like Armani designing a range of clothes for Primark!

Those are just 2 books written by the same guy who I believe had FFT. That\'s a far cry from being a sexual reassignment surgeon. That\'s the level of surgery the likes of David Ralph do. And there is no way on this planet a third of his inquiries come from women. Maybe a couple asked recently and it\'s stuck in his mind and he just threw out \"a third\" off the cuff. The last thing the nutters (and I\'m one of them) on this forum need is to start convincing themselves that it\'s got to the stage that women are phoning up to get their men enlarged!

Lexus, does this mean that you are injecting yourself? That is really ballsy, are you sure that is a good plan?

I mean to be honest with you i don\'t think what these docs are doing is invasive and it\'s really just injecting under the skin of the shaft. It\'s not FFT,lig cutting of grafts that are more invasive and needs the correct surgeon. Like i said before if they are using syringes to inject all i have to do is follow their same routine which is not hard giving the fact that it only takes them 10min to complete the process. So way not? People may say it\'s dangerous but i say having any penile enhancement done is dangerous.

Also these guys order these materials and products right off line in bulk then turn around and charge thousands for a little gain. I\'ll will be ordering some Hyaluronic Acid/HA either tonight or tomorrow and start slowly with my glads. I will post a progress report day by day.

I just looked it up - it is not translating out of Korean for me - but I take it is a medical supply site for fillers. Wow, I don\'t really know much about this stuff. A little worried for you but just be sure you get stuff that is good.
A friend of my best friend has a tranny come over and inject him (not sure what the correct term for that is anymore, don\'t think tranny is very PC), and my friend was going to do it also, and I told him he was fucking crazy - but the guy who is getting it done is happy with the results, so what do i know. I am sure I am not telling you something you don\'t already know, but you only have 1 Dick, be good to it.

Gotta just add I hope you don\'t regret this. Are you sure you want to mess with your glans? Kittenpasteco had HA injected into his glans and got Necrosis and there are 1 or 2 other guys on here with bad results there. Just check out his thread before you do anything with your glans.

Lexus are you still trying to use the filler from aquafiller.com? Honestly I still have the same plan, I just want to learn the technique then try for myself. Which one are you getting?
