Dermal Filler PMMA permanent or aquafiller xha permanent. Honestly to me aquafiller xha permanent seems like the better choice.

Idk if it\'s the same, but the website is aquafiller.com, perhaps you can go on and determine if it\'s the same. I see they offer PMMA at 30% and another which is called aquafiller Xha permanent which is 30% HA and 70% PMMA.

Yeah I am still thinking about it. I would be more comfortable if i saw it come out a box then a syringe already filled with who knows what.

Hey I would love to see - you can do it on a site like Tumblr and then make it private view I think - at least you could do that on photobucket which I haven\'t used in years.

I decided that I am going to Mirza (GJ\'s Dick was pretty flawless) or Heller, in the next week and either do Juvederm/Bellafill or just the Juviderm. The FFT would be my first choice as it is my tissue - but I really don\'t believe anyone has perfected it.

It was a year last week since I had my surgery to remove the grafts and I am healed and I have the money to do it right now.

I don\'t really have income to do this every year right now, so I suppose it matters how much you lose in a year - 50%, 10% - all of it etc. If it was just 25% say, that would be fine - I am really worried about aesthetics as mine were really bad for a couple of years. I like the idea of the BF/Juv mix in that I probably would have slower loss - just feel dicey about having something like PMMA in me 20-30 years. I still don\'t understand how I could be fine with the grafts for almost 14-15 years and then have them die. I would like to schedule something for next Friday even. If anyone has thoughts about Heller\'s options please let me know..

Mischiefmaker - it seems like you have a good relationship with that Doctor - would you mind asking him how much loss are they talking about % wise? I would really like to know - if you only need a 5cc touch up every year that is not such a big deal to me. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. He said I would need 20cc to fill out the skin - I could always start with 10 and see where it leads me. If I am only losing 50% a year that is not a huge deal as I can always swing that financially. If I had to do it every 9 months, that\'s different.
I wish he offered the Voluma version or the Sculptra which is a collagen builder.

I wonder how these doctors decide on what they are going to use - there are so many out there.

Wow it looks fantastic - and you can see it getting bigger as he is going. I talked to my best friend about it and he also said just go with temp. for now, he knows my whole story. I know I don\'t have the stomach anymore for long term if it doesn\'t work out, so maybe I do the Juviderm and play it by ear.
He said that I would really need 20 to fill out my skin, based on your experience and GJ of you see this, does that seam like a huge amount?
- lol, actually I just looked it up and it is only 1.3 tablespoons. I will do 20cc. I am going to book it on Monday. March is my birthday and last week was my 1 year anniversary from the procedure so I want to do it now as I am away for 2 weeks at the end of March so hopefully that will give me time to see if any complications happen. Thanks for all the info.
GJ told me that Mirza\'s bedside manner was no better than the guy I went to so I decided not to let that put me off.

Happy Birthday hunkydory. That will be a great present for yourself. Rd. 2 will be mine. Gotta treat ourselves to some things sometimes, I say!

Thanks AstroD! I agree. I don\'t know why I am making it so complicated. The more research I do the sooner I come to a negative review and freak out. I was all set on Dr. C and then as soon as I changed that all these possibilities I never thought about came up. I am going sailing for 2 weeks with my sister so if there is a complication I will be a little screwed stuck on a boat, so I want to do it this week.
