Its cool you found a doctor you can go to thats near you. Your results look amazing, but I don\'t think I will travel to London. I might just stick with doctors here in nyc. Sadly it\'s only two i know of, Dr Heller (might have spelled his name wrong) and Dr Mirza.

@007 - thank you ! i am pretty pleased with the effect myself for the moment, although i realise its temporary and its not perfect but overall, quite pleased, its definitely thicker than before, i would say about 0.75 Inch.

as you pump, over time, like weeks and months, the gain you get during the session is more and the effect therefore lasts longer. you are right at the very beginning now so take it slow and see how you go.
i dont have one of those plastic rings round the base of my pump tube, its just the edge of the tube. i bet its more comforaable with the plastic ring !. make sure you push it right down onto the base of your Cock though.
you can also use a Cock ring of some description (i prefer the adjustable strap type ones, but a simple rubber or silicone ring is fine too) and stick it on right after you pump to keep your Cock engorged. but anyway, if you keep going at it gradually you will definitely grow thicker while pumping and it should last about 6 to 8 hours very well and likely still have some effect the next day. well, thats my experience.

@indiano - i am pretty sure there are plenty of doctors in NYC who will inject Hyaluronic Acid to your penis ! i think that Heller does, i was looking at his website and he has a whole menu of options so it might be worth contacting him, email and ask at least, for sure he does a non-surgical option but it might not be juvederm although given he does a range of procedures he may well do it. i definitely wouldnt fly all the way to London for it, not worth it at all, you would be better going to Dr C in Mexico and asking for his PCL filler which is kind of similar - temporary, injectible, irregularities and complications are uncommon - its just another facila filler but not Hyaluronic Acid based. in fact if i could get that injected here in London, i would.

@007 - there is a long standing debate among regular pumpers about permanent gains, some say absolutely yes, others say, no after a few weeks you are right back where you started. personally i think some do, some dont and a lot think they do but its just because they never leave it long enough to completely \'unpump\'. and if you pump regularly for years, well, its going to take a while to go right back again isnt it. if nothing else you definitely get more skin (my Foreskin is longer than it ever was before and i have only pumped on and off for about 1.5 years at most).

i tend to pump from semi Erect, not fully Erect. there are also all kinds of \'additional tips\' like making sure you warm up a bit first (stretch your penis, not aggressively, just with your hand, or have a warm shower, and make sure the room is warm. others add water to the tube - that can get very messy until you are used to it though and totally fuck up your pump - dont do it with an electric pump obviously !

i learned a lot through trial and error. the one error that i learned the hard way to avoid was \'overpumping\' which is doing it for too long - like over 30 minutes without releasing pressure for a few minutes, or at pressure that is far too high. i stick at around 5 to max 7hg (if your pump has a gauge on it, if not then just be aware of any pain and if it hurts, release the pressure immediately and massage your Cock. you are likely to get little red dots and thats normal, they go away after a few days. i always put some face cream on my Cock as well as it helps the skin stretch without damaging it. but have a look on tigerpumping.net for comprehensive guidance.

I use to pump with a cheap 15 pump for the fun if it, but I guess I had it too long, it started breakdown and lose suction. I never tried the other types of pump except bathmate and the hand trigger type, but from my experience it can help with Girth and firmness of your Erection. I hope I can get better results once I get HA or PMMA.
