I agree, moderate to heavy porn consumption can (keyword \"can,\" I\'m not speaking for everyone) desensitize you sexually. Just read all of briceb\'s thread and saw that he didn\'t gain anything on his second round at 30% after his first round at 10%.

I am thinking about the concentration of PMMA that would be best for my 2nd round.

I received 22cc of 30% Metacril for Rd. 1 about 6 weeks ago and I have an appointment for rd.2 in 3 weeks, so it will be at the 9 week point.

I will defer the decision of material usage to Dr. C when I get there, but I wanted to ask for opinions about PMMA concentration for a second round, to have an educated conversation with him when the time comes.

My results have been fantastic in the Erect state with 30%. My Flaccid still comes up short, and for round 2 I will use the ESL40 overnight when I can\'t keep my eyes open and massage continuously, so that while I\'m asleep, it won\'t turtle like it always does, and the PMMA can settle in an elongated state as much as possible. I think this will help with Flaccid length at least, if not Girth as well. I wish I had used the ADS overnight during my first round, but I was scared to after reading about nocturnal erections and damage. If I can manage it correctly for the first three nights, I don\'t think using it will harm anything. I\'m willing to give it a try this second round. The Flomax they provided didn\'t help much as an anti-turtle.

I\'ve also read about sleeves and wraps, and I might consider a gentle wrap to keep the product in place and extended. What is used for a wrap? I know the sleeves are silicone, but I\'m not going to use that as smalljay has informed us of poor results with that.

So the question is, should I discuss getting 30% again, or just 10%? Should it be a combo of both placed strategically? I don\'t mean 10% and 30% being mixed to 20%, which he doesn\'t do anymore. I mean a few cc\'s of 10 and 30 or micro droplets here and there. I want a massive Cock, so the more concentration, the better is what I thought. According to briceb\'s excellent study and graphs, 30% seems to produce better results if I read it correctly, and my results have been fantastic with 30%, so why change, right?

I think you should talk with Dr C about your expectations and lifestyle. He\'ll determine what\'s best. I didn\'t ask for 30% for the second round but that\'s what he gave me and I\'m happy with the results. The first round I had 20%.

AstroD, porn does corrupt the mind, and I\'m guilty on all fronts, hence I\'m not always getting the best out of my dong when the time counts. However, as far as what percentage to use on your 2nd Round--go with 30%. I think if your instincts are leading you there, you might as well go for it. If you don\'t mind the stiffer feel of the 30%, then go for it (which I don\'t mind the stiffer feel of 30%, of course, I need anything that gets me stiffer). I\'m sure with the 30%, you\'ll be at 7 inches in most places and 6.5 at others.

As far as the ads usage overnight don\'t strap it to your leg simply buy the chest harness. That way if you do get a night woody it\'s pointed towards your stomach/belly button already and not your knee.

Is it bad for it to be pointed downwards? I would think it would help stretch my lig cut. Also, since i did have the lig cut, it doesn\'t Erect that high anymore, it kind of flops over real heavy like or at the most, 90 degrees only, so I don\'t think it will be a problem.

Had my 2nd round.

This round I received 21cc\'s of 30% and 1.5cc\'s of 10% Metacrill, for a total of 22.5cc.

I bled more this time. Swelling was the same. The pain seemed a little more this time, but Dr. C said that was very normal, since I had a previous bed of product below. They gave me a pain pill afterwards, forgot what it was called but it starts with a T, toridol??? not sure. It made me feel sick to my stomach, and dizzy weird, but it could have been because I asked for the Ativan sedative, and I\'m a light weight. When I tried to speak, it sounded like I was talking in slow motion and slurring.

I only stayed the night at the Grand Hotel, which I like a lot, and very convenient. The next morning I saw Wade and Doc, and Wade showed me how best to massage this second round through the swelling and all. My flight was later in the afternoon, and I asked if Wade could wrap it versus using the ESL40 in the flight. Wade said it was contraindicated and showed my the line that had formed when I wrapped it that morning after showering. I agreed it wasn\'t a good idea.

So I shuttled back to the airport after checkout at 1:00. They give you a medical speed pass so you don\'t have to wait at the long normal lines.

I wore the ESL40 from the hotel to the airport, hit a restroom and took it off for security check. They did the scanner on me and I was \"chosen\" for a pat down, but they didn\'t touch my Dick, just the thighs lol. BTW, I paid $85 to get the TSA precheck for the next 5 years. Anyway, went to the restroom after security and put the ESL40 back on. We\'ll have to see how it measures up at the 8 week mark. That is when I went in for rd. 2, 8 weeks post rd.1 because it seemed to all have resorbed and looked smaller again. Doc C. heard me say that and pulled up the before rd. 1 pics and I actually did gain, but my dysmorphia doesn\'t recognize it.

If I end up with anything over 6\" Erect Girth, I\'ll be satisfied. If it resorbs to less than that. I\'ll consider going for a third round in roughly 3-6 months. I\'ll also consider PRP, but I saw that it\'s only a temporary Girth gain, injected into the cavernosum, but helps with healing.

I read in another thread about mixing PRP with FFT and injecting it subQ above the cavernosum, and it may have worked well. That was 6 mos ago and no update as of yet.

Hey fellas! Time for an update. It\'s been 24 days since my second round.

My Flaccid just does not want to stay elongated for too long of a time. I have to keep tugging at it to look reasonable. So it turtles and it looks obvious that there\'s something in there. You turtlers should consider this seriously.

I\'m hoping that after a few more weeks or months of healing, it will smooth out like it did after rd.1, and I\'ll be ok with it. If not, I\'m going to have to ask Doc C. for rd 3 but only placing product on the left shaft, and not even touching the right or top (dorsal) aspect. The dorsal looks like the head of a bottlenose dolphin (enhanced top of head).

Also, there seems to be a 1/4\"x1\" Nodule of product that either migrated to the bottom left of the shaft, or maybe got cannulized ther for some reason. I can\'t seemto massage it away, but perhaps rd. 3 will even it out since that is the side I only want PMMA done next time. Also considering asking for a little at the base all around and wearing the silicone sleeve to prevent Turtling. The ESL40 doesn\'t seem to prevent it.

Ok, rant off. Here are pics. BTW, I\'m still glad I did all this anyway. I like that it\'s bigger than that noodle I had before. I just want to get it looking natural is all. I would hate it if all the women who see it in the future can tell that it\'s been injected with something.

Also, the Erection is totally awesome, curves to the left still with that bulgy area on the right shaft, but awesome nonetheless.
