The leaking, in my case, went on for 4-5 days. It is a mixture of blood, lymphatic fluid, and the PMMA. I would estimate about 1-2 cc of fluid are lost in the constant bleeding for that duration of time, but most of that is probably blood. You can tell when it\'s the product because it has a weird sticky, almost string-y texture that blood doesn\'t have.

The swelling today is much less, strangely I did not get any swelling in the scrotum which many guys here discribed although each round was so very different for me. I did quite a bit of massaging for around an hour last night, I cant feel any nodules or lumps, drinking my lemon-ginger tea and alcohol free beer lying to my mates that I am on a strong medicine. I wanted to use the sleeve however I have not receive it even after ordering it 3 months in advance. It was resent second time a month ago and still nothing - not sure what are the tracking numbers good for if they cant track the parcels. The doc gave me a sticky wrapping band which I am using instead. Also I am trying to keep the penis in the up-right position in the pants to work with the gravity so PMMA is settling more mid and low shaft as I am quite happy with the Foreskin. So that was my last round - hopefully, I dont want to go through it again, its been a rollercoaster of emotions since September last year when I decided to go through with it. This time I want to do things right all the way and hoping for maximum gains. Sorry, cant post the pictures from my work phone-laptop again so these will come once I am back home again.

The max low is still yet to come as I\'m only a week post op and usually the lowest point comes at the end of week 2. If I stay at 4.5\" I\'d be the most happy. Strangely I have a good feeling this time around that the gains might be the best. Aesthetically - after having round 3, I really was prepared, I massaged more than during previous rounds, found time to watch some porn on Viagra to redistribute the PMMA as evenly as possible and went for check up the next day. The lumps which the doc tried to break up, are much less obvious although as I mentioned I still can feel them by touch however they are flat now. I wished I knew things before round 1 and 2 which I know now, the results could have been aesthetically better although I\'m not complaining. From a view, it looks completely natural. If you look at my previous pictures, most of the PMMA settled in the Foreskin after round 2 and that generated huge gains in that area which looked odd but now it is way less obvious. I really don\'t want to go for another round but it might be worthy to even things out completely - well, I\'ll wait another 3-4 months to see where it is at. The only negative I have is, that if I go pee and I pull back the Foreskin to get the right direction, the movement of the Foreskin is quite sore, almost if I need to relax the skin first and only then be able to move it. I realize that my goal size is other person\'s starting point but it surely feels good and almost no Turtling.

That\'s great brother! Just know you have someone supporting and wanting to know how it\'s going. I\'m an active user and I\'ve read almost all the recent posts. I only read 2013 and up. Post pictures when you can. I\'m sure le unit is looking great and within time and healing, it\'ll look better!

You should always post pictures. I understand where your coming from because I get the same in my thread. But just because people aren\'t posting or responding in your thread doesn\'t mean that its not helping. Sometimes even after doing an update its really not much you could say to the poster unless he\'s going through a horrible recovery. You are helping with your posts and pics, just sometimes they dont really have to warrant a response for anyone. I dont look for replies. I look at the view count of my thread. If it increases after I made a post, even if no one responds, I know that I helped someone.

Also not too many people weren\'t here in the beginning of the original forum and the old MNS forum. There was a lot of shills on MNS and thats why these forums were created. Pics are proof that the procedure was actually executed and healing is really going as documented. Pics shows that. It also helps the newbies who are afraid to post and just lurking. If people stop posting progress pics theres no purpose of the forum because i hate to say it, but People lie. But the motto is pics or it didn\'t happen.

Hey UD - I wouldn\'t get too discouraged about the 4.5 yet. Some guys have grown up through 6 weeks, and the tissue remodels for months. Plus, you had 20 cc which is a lot, I think.

I had a low response from 15cc metacrill, but that was during the period when a lot of guys were not having good responses. Was it me or the product? Nobody knows... even wade says it is a mystery because some patients did perfectly fine during that phase...but yea, there were some non-responders.

If you end up at 4.5 from starting at 3.5 after 3 sessions, and aesthetically you look good, I\'d call that a success personally. I highly doubt I am going to get a full Inch after 3 sessions with Dr. C. Maybe 0.75. My body seems to practically ignore PMMA...other than to make a few lumps (which have faded in the past) . But, i am at the low stage now (2.5 weeks post) so I can\'t judge anything really. It looks like I am around 5 - 5.25 but numbers early on don\'t mean much. I was 4-4.5 going in, depending on the area of the shaft.

The island thing is new for me, but I am not sure if kenalog will fix it because kenalog is a crystaline substance in a solution. So, it gets deposited in tissue, in one local spot, and can have effects for months. So, kenalog can easily give you a dent if you don\'t have a good injector who dilutes it to the right concentration (and this is a guessing game) and if your body doesn\'t respond equally in all areas. You may just end up with the same \"island\" with a hole in the middle or needle track...or other side effects.

The firm areas I had in prior rounds seemed to blend in around 9 weeks all the way to 6 months, though they went through ugly phases where I thought I ruined my penis. So, I\'m thinking not to mess with kenalog now in those spots. I couldn\'t resist doing it for the nodule underneath because that looked scary and I wouldn\'t have forgiven myself for not treating that ASAP after seeing pictures of people who formed permanent collagen in those areas. I would accept a risk of a dent there over the risk of a permanent mass.

Greetings Undecided. I haven\'t been on the forum or added any comments for a while, but I always follow people\'s progress as much as I can. I\'m just happy you have not had any major dramas or long-term complications. Best wishes...
